Oasis Takeaway in Sheffield

Been going there my whole life, love it. Amazing kebabs, chicken, pizza and wraps; can’t forget the chips, stunning. The 1 stars don’t know what they talkin bout.

Very poor, took 1hour 10 mins to deliver a pizza and chips , turned them away when they tried to deliver it as I ordered from another takeaway and got same order in 20 mins , never go there again

Was really bad not had them in over a year. Tonight ordered 11inch margatie Wanted Doner meat chips in a tray no salad or sauce Then wanted a chicken tikka kebab salad garlic mayo Came tonight pizza kebab in salad no sauce no chicken tikka. Reordered again sent mine fine husband's chicken tikka with chips which would be donner meat chips Then the cheeky gets said you owe me £10 you got the order wrong i didn't. Thought we would try again after Sunday what a dissopoint it was

cold...all squashed from being in bag...looked like someone had sat on food....donner meat was the worst I've had...cold,rubbery was like old donner meat....anyways it all got chucked in bin 40 quid down drain....ordered a different takeaway

Mutton not lamb kebabs ordered a delivery for a mixed kebab not only was it small for £10 the meat all of it except donor was stringy especially the lamb shish thankss

Food was delivered an hour before expected but the taste and quality were great. Best takeaway we have had in a while.

The pizzas were palatable at its best, but the customer service is far than worst. We've ordered multiple times (as it's the only few halal food nearby when we were hungry and no time to cook after work), but this time we had a strand of hair in one of the pizzas which immediately make me feel like throwing up. Called the shop (same phone number that we called to place order), the phone operator didn't really pick up what I'm saying and just said 'you've called the wrong number, we are only taking order'. After being adamant to just proceed with complaint he then just said they'll resend it, WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE SORRY. I said no we don't want another pizza nor a refund, just want to report what's found in the pizza. And he just said okay bye. Never ever gonna buy from them again. They're just. Plain.Rude.

Worst pizza ever avoid. Ordered the meal deal and never got the topping requested, ask for beef mince and was given chopped up smoked salami disgusting, dough was nasty and cheese had a hum to it yuk, would have give it 0 stars but didn't have the option, was recommended to me by a friend, don't now what kind of taste he has,I'll stick to prime pizza and universal. Don't waste your money.

Missing a Pepsi and chips from order plus wedges quite burnt not the best experience

Waited over an hour for delivery when originally said 45 minutes then when the food got here all chips were piping hot but soggy and overcooked very brown looking chips which just tasted like grease as though they’ve been stuck in the microwave. Chicken wrap was very dry the wrap was literally hard, chicken also dry and just thrown together no salad on or anything with no option to add salad. Ordered a chocolate pudding they sent a completely different pudding and when I rang up all they could say was it’s similar to the chocolate pudding but it was at all. Burger was okay. Overall spent £20 to still be hungry after very disappointed.

Ok food. Missing salad and drenched in garlic mayo. Wouldn’t order again. Chicken tikka pieces way too big and weird shapes. Garlic sauce was too sweet, overall disappointed for how much we paid.

Chips was abit over done but the wrap was amazing and the pudding was amazing too

Had the worst experience ever, the food was cold and rank. The chips were preheated from yesterday. The food was not cooked right at all. Sent me another one out and it was freezing cold like it had never been on the grill, the bun was warmer than the burger itself. I can't leave a rating lower than one star but if I could I'd leave zero. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!

Food usually good but tonight waiting 1h 20 when it finally came my order of donner & chips was very disappointing hardly nothing there for £6.50 , chicken tikka wrap was nice though.

Food was fine as usual, the order came to £18 with all the extra charges, when really it should have only come to £13.90, then i was told by the driver that he had “no change” when i handed him a £20 note i was not happy, i know its only £2 but when im already paying £4 in extra charges for the delivery, bag and just eats’s service charge, the driver should make sure he has change in case a customer doesnt offer a tip.

Always good quality food and it is always ready earlier than expected and piping hot. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for many great orders

Pizzas were awful! The bases were stale.

2nd time ordering 1st time order was missing rang up and said would send missing item out then can still wrong then toaday order garlic bread more like but of bread with cheese on think must have forgot garlic Disappointed.

My food was wrong they sent me a burger for a donna wrap all food was cold took ovwr 2 hours to come poor service

I normally order takeaway from Oasis and the food is outstanding. But this time the cheese just didn’t taste right. I thought it was because I drank orange juice but that was about 20 minutes before I had the food. I drank water to hopefully get rid of whatever I tasted just in case it was the orange juice but there was no change in taste. It tasted off and it smelt a little bit like expired milk as well. I won’t stop ordering from Oasis but I will be a cautious from now on

Great service, even though there was a mishap with the order, they went out of the way to fix it.

Can not fault this place one bit ! Every order we have received has been absolutely spot on and the food is incredible the only downfall is the fries were a little rubbery but it didn’t bother us at all as they still tasted lovely. Would highly recommend oasis if you’re looking for quality, fast delivery and great tasting food. Thanks guys

Always quick piping hot tasty food every time never had a bad order

Food arrived very very late although we had a message saying the food was with the driver over 40 minutes before it arrived. We even received a message saying it had been delivered when it hadn’t. After 3 calls it arrived cold and tasted vile. The restaurant couldn’t care less when I phoned to tell them it was cold. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

By far the best takeaway I’ve had in a while!! Will definitely be ordering again

The dessert waffles here aren’t the cheap floppy ones but really nice with a crunch, better then the local desert places.

Pizza was slightly undercooked on base, still doughy, didn’t ring up as was busy but they would have rectified if I rang free bottle of pop too :)

Worst food I have ever tasted well the dog's had a good feast had to wait over a hour never again should have just though my money down the drain

Special mix burger was OK except chicken was over cooked, dry and chewy and chips was over cooked dry and hard had to throw them.

First time me and my family have ordered fro there not only did it take forever but it was cold, 2 of the pizzas were upside down so the toppings were all stuck to the box. The chips and cheese (I ordered large) I got small and they forgot my childrens drinks to go with the kids meals. Not on at all. Never again!!!

Cold kebab don't look what's on a burger ie I asked 4 no salad but came wiv salad n garlic mayo just 1 can I find a gd takeaway in s5 ffs oasis is a bad place to order from when i complained the owner asked me to come down n he seen I was right but I had to travel 30 mins coz my order was a mess

Our meal was over a hour late tried to call the restaurant to ask where our meal was but the phone was constantly engaged won't be from here again.

Wasn't delivered had to go and pick up 😡😡😡😡 and didn't get nothing free for the rubbish service

So many local takeaways have really salty burgers, chicken and pizza but Oasis taste nice, not heavy on the salt and tasty cheese on their pizzas. Excellent service too.
