McDonald's in Sheffield

by the time the driver turned up the coffee was cold and the shake had melted. driver "needed to go to his brothers house" after collecting from restaurant. his tracker showed him in Eastwood, Wickersley, and Thurcroft (all Rotherham) then Aston and Woodhouse prior to delivering cold coffee.

My food was cold & my fries was missing from my meal

it wasn't to bad, its just everytime I get a coffee it has a weird taste so didn't drink it, both coffees down the drain

I was waiting for the food for over a hour he was just driving around and the food is cold and he would not take it back his registration is MJ63MHZ it is terrible service and I would like some sort of refund I can not give this to my pregnant girlfriend the burgers where freezing the chips were cold the mc flurry’s where melted and the milk shakes where as-well

Customer Service is too bad, no one came at till for 20 mins. Drivers are also waiting there and none of staff is bothering to attend their. Very poor service I have ever seen. Staff need training and also need some proper supervision.

cold as always from McDonald's, I only get 45 mins break so wen there's an issue it can't be sorted, hate microwaving my food

twice we have ordered from this store recently and they have delivered nearly none of the order. ordered a full meal and received only fries and a drink. maybe once you might expect but this has happened the past two times in a row .. mad stuff.

Manager, sort your staff out to do their job properly. All sauces missing from the bag including the three you get with the chicken selects. Your service is bad and it still continues. Put it right!!!!!

3 fries, 3 chicken tenders, 1 happy meal toy, 1 triple cheeseburger and 1 franks red hot chicken burger were all NOT delivered. £40 order, £10 worth of food!!!!!

Received everything I ordered, but wasn't happy with the drink! The large Classic Cola had been watered down, there was no fizz taste to it and there was no ice added! The courier couldn't find me again either. Not good.

delivery driver left me with no drink. when I confronted him he told me that he had dropped it. didn't even have the balls to admit it,just tried to get away with it! wrong on every level you should not use this driver again. I want a refund for my drink!!!

the food is freezing, I ordered a large banana milkshake and got a fanta, I ordered a large white coffee but received a Tropicana. The wrap was squished into its box. Absolute joke,

20min wait for a sausage mcmuffin and two teas! Another customer complained and got a refund, I complained about the delay and the Shift Manager, Oskar, told me the longer I complain to him, the longer I wait for my food!! Apparently he has no control over how many staff they have, or don't have! Also, don't have a heart attack there, the Defib is above the fryer, so only people 6ft + can reach it without burning themselves!!!

Ripped off again and so hard to get in touch with them.They sent 9 chicken nuggets instead of chicken selects. Could have bought 20 nuggets for less than 9 selects but still got charged for selects. The latte came ice cold.Only order McDonald's for kids but never again.

Food was tasty and arrived warm. Only ever had a couple issues with items missing but not for months now.

Ordered philly cheese stack. When I got it was barely luke warm. Coke was flat and warm ( warmer than the burger) chips were ok. I did take burger back and got a new one which was OK.

Was let down by this order with no condiments delivered , tomato dip missing with garlic dippers plus ordered two curry dips and bbq (paid for) spoilt the enjoyment of the meal

Always something missing. 4th order in a row that something is missing. I understand it gets busy. But as part of the delivery we pay for a service fee- surely this should cover somebody double checking orders before sending out??

We were taking our daughter and her friends to Ninja Warrior for her birthday and decided to take them all to McDonald's for tea afterwards. We literally nipped in at 4pm as we arrived at the retail park and told them we would be bringing 15 people in for tea at 5.45 and could they save some seats together for us. Well when we arrived, they had sectioned off an area just for us, had a load of packs for colouring laid out for the kids and a party box ready for our birthday girl! Food arrived very quickly and everyone enjoyed it. Staff really made it special and went totally above and beyond what we were expecting 😃 But most importantly the kids had a great time! Thank you to all the staff, your efforts were highly appreciated 👏

coffee is wrong,instead of Iced latte I did get a mocca and no fries at all with the meals.Very poor in following orders.

Awful experience. 42 minute wait for food. When collected the Philly cheese stack 1 and a half burgers I only invited after eating that my big Mac did not contain big Mac sauce. The big Mac I ate belonged to an Uber eats order that was ordered over and hour ago.

I honestly don’t understand how they got it so wrong. I only ordered one vanilla milkshake, one coke, one small Oreo McFlurry one large Oreo McFlurry and one large mars bar McFlurry. I received, one chocolate milkshake, two small mars bar McFlurry and one small Oreo McFlurry. Now here’s the best bit, I did receive a vanilla milkshake, but halfway down drinking it it was chocolate… how do you get such a small simple order so wrong

ordered barbecue sauce but no barbecue sauce came.

The food was freezing when it arrived, the driver messaged to say your food is here, but delivered it about 15 minutes later, this happened last time when the driver said the same but our food never even got delivered. Cold food is not nice.

Standard UK McDonald's. Conveniently located in shopping precinct. Manager does face painting for young children at irregular quiet times. Very much enjoyed by my young daughter.

Great init, youre ill at home, and the only food you have left is chips. So you decide to go on uber order a burger and some nuggets to go with your chips. You request a grand total of 10 small sauce tubs for your nuggets and chips. Youre feeling particularly hungry after throwing up. But then you get the food (only 20mins after order).... its stone cold and you dont get any sauce at all! Probably just assuming im some greedy person, trying to teach me a lesson, i guess. Better not ever ask for extra sauce again. Funny, isn't it, when theyre the ones who charge you £7 for 20 cold chicken nuggets. If the employee who served me that reads this by chance, you should smile more. I can just tell youre a miserable person.

I’m a delivery driver here and I come here for delivery pickup but these guys are always late and the staff are really rude seems they don’t bother the delivery!! Shame for a big company like this! Anybody trying to get delivery for McDonald just avoid this one please!! Definitely they need to improve their customer service
