Donner kebab not as described (not nan bread)delivered cold . Donner meat not fresh .Pizza is frozen base not fresh as described the cheese is not mozzarella but cheap cheddar mix . Had to order extra sauce as you can’t add a sauce to your donner? Extra 90p I ordered chilli sauce and got some tomato sauce with paprika on top. Absolutely terrible with not be ordering again!!

Pizza is cheesy, kebab is perfect (just wish an option to add sauce was available,) and onion rings are beautiful 💙

Was ok but most things over cooked. Dry donner meat and chicken. Hard chips spent £40+ and had to pay for chilli sauce.

If I had ordered to collect, it lists the time as 15 minutes. If I choose to use the delivery option then the system charges you fir a service charge as well as a bag charge. These are free when collecting. The order took 1 hour and 18 minutes to make and deliver. Not sure if I will use again. Very disappointed. Not sure willing to accept the excuse of well it was busy. This denotes that they put collection above delivery needs, even though they give an additional hour fir a delivery time.

Don't order kebabs. Served on a garlic bread base not pitta as advertised. Lamb chucks v chewy. Chips and cheese sauce always excellent and pizzas are OK.

Had a great pizza at a good price, the staff were really friendly, the chef said the dough was made fresh every day which impressed me too!

Ordered on new years eve and they got the order completely wrong then ordered online they took the money but I never received the food when I tried to complain it left me jumping through hoops to no avail x

Order food at 19.30 told it would be 50 minutes. Rang again at 21.10 only to be told no order had been taken. Will not recommend or use again. Used them for years but stopped. Used at the weekend thought all was good. Now I remember why I stopped.

Worst Pizza ever, vegetarian pizza which throws you because they added a lot of chillis. Menu does not say about vegetarian being with chillis. Called to complain and whoever was on the phone could not even communicate in English. Apparently I have a wife not a husband. Shocking!!! His daughter was mean to call me to discuss the complaint further, she never did. Do they care at all?? Like I just love to go to places and order useless food!!! All in the bin!!! No refund as they can not communicate!!! Honestly never experienced worst customer service! Good luck keeping business going during this times! You have really upset us!
