Oasis Takeaway in East Riding of Yorkshire

Purchased Sept 16th. Kebab meat was awful! It tasted like burnt Charcoal. Thrown on the grill to warm it up no doubt! Never again! Rapidly going down hill. Chap working there needs to smile and say hello once in a while too. Lost my custom!

Cancelled my order and refused it when I rang them supposedly because of repeat refunds (to an address I've never heard of) - I haven't requested a single refund from them. Would advise they change their attitude before they lose even more customers, doesn't appear to be the first time they've been unnecessarily rude.

Called 11 08 could only offer pizza or burger.. not very good if online it says u close at 12 but by 11 08 all the kebabs and chips aren't available Just pure lazy uninviting business 0

why can you no longer order salad with kebabs ut says all kebabs com with salad yet when you try to add salad ylthe only option is no salad and now you have to pay £4.50 for a full salad which is ridiculous

chicken shawarma is lovely the pizzas are really good,home made burgers good and the hot wings are huge with a nice hot kick.Garlic mayo homemade so beats the rest 😋

Takes over 2 hours to deliver.food is nothing to get excited about.all honestly avoid,go somewhere else.

I always buy from these and when the boss is not there the take aways are shocking iv got a dubble quoter with cheese with no cheese may I add asked for extra cheese on my chips and chips spice I have lake of cheese and no chips spice like what is this I may never use these agine idle people

Delivered late and then charged me over the delivery fee; I’d already paid some of it online but the driver still took £5 off us. Late and over charged, I order from here weekly but I will avoid in future 🙃

3 different meals ordered, all were part burnt, part under cooked. Not a pleasant experience at all and would definitely NOT recommend this takeaway. The driver also didn't read delivery notes & woke all the kids and set the dog off.

Lovely food, hot and exactly what we paid for. Delivery on time by a lovely delivery man; it isn’t often we find a takeaway who makes the effort to come out to the sticks and find us but Oasis have two weeks in a row with two different drivers we really appreciate this. Good food, great quality and a friendly service thank you x

Delivery on time, but unfortunately the food was not up to scratch…. Soggy onion rings, half pepperoni pizza burnt, hardly any chips with the chicken, no chilli sauce with the kebab even though I asked for it on notes, some of the lettuce was brown and if that was a large kebab well….. disappointing.

Not used Oasis in a few years, thought we would give it another try, Food came on time, was hot, best cheese garlic bread ive had in a long time, chicken kebab was huge and tasty, Pizza was nice no complaints would use again.

Don't be fooled by the generous discounts - The food may look nice and taste alright at first, but the more you eat, the more you start to regret going there in the first place. Ordered a chicken parmesan. A lot smaller than if you order from any other takeaway in Driffield and a very ungenerous topping of cheese on top. Found some dodgy chewy bits of chicken which I had to leave, and worried about the hygiene of the side salad. I have spent the next day constantly using the toilet in quite considerable pain. Also fed a very small amount of the chicken to my cat, and he is not very well at all. Will have to take him to the vets - hopefully not for the last ever time.

1 they were late 2 they delivered it to a different address 3 they won’t tell me were and I want my money back

ordered to the caravan site barmston beach, order was £44 including delivery fee, shortly after ordering we received a call from the restaurant advising us that there would be a £10 delivery fee in cash upon arrival, begrudgingly we accept, we waited 4 hours and nothing arrived, no further calls to my provided contact details, and calls from me to them were either ignore or declined, terrible service, do not recommend

Taste wise good food but arrived cold with a few items missing, and £16.50 for delivery to Barmston 😳

The Chicken Burger was as good as before according to my partner but the meats in my Mixed Wrap were dry, chewy and tasteless and as for the non exsistance salad and handful of complimentary chips, it was thrown in the bin.... Not very happy 😕 To say that all the other meals have been pretty good, this one hit the bin, thumbs down.

Waited over 2 hours for food. No updates . No compensation. Awful service! Not happy

Delievery driver was lovely. That was the best part of the meal. chicken was over cooked as it looks like it was yesterday's chicken re-fried. I ordered Chocolate Gateau instead I recieved a triple chocolate cheesecake from Iceland I google lensed it to confirm my suspicion. THAT WAS STILL COMPLETELY FROZEN. £18! for it to go in the bin. never again.

Don’t bother, they cancelled my order through Just Eat after an hour and ten minutes after ordering. When stating I wouldn’t use them again, they said “That’s fine”.

awful quality of food. 3 squares of chicken for £9.90.... shocking. undercooked chips that werent edible either.

If I could give them a zero I would the chicken is bad quality really fatty the cheese also tasted funny had to put it all in the bin won’t be going back !

Food is always super tasty but delivery time is always extended and then late after that. Ordered at 4:10 and received food at 5:45, had to put it in the oven tonight because food was cold, gutted because like I said the food is nice

Ordered at 4.10pm waited until 5.40 to ring to be told its on the way. Turned up at 6.10pm the driver said a driver came couldn't find the address, took the food back and quit. When food turned up it was cold.

Driver asked for £2 when delivered then said not to worry if I didn't have the money. Why ask in the first place. Delivery charge was included with order. Will collect in future.

Waited 2 hours had to pay £10 delivery and they sent a cheese burger instead of beef burger so it went in the bin as we don’t like cheese!!

Food was ok but delivery time was terrible we're on holiday with my two children and arrived quite late so chose to order from Oasis instead of cooking something ourselves. The food arrived really late by about 45 minutes and by the time it came my children were too tired to eat it. Definitely won't be ordering from them again

Chips cooked twice very dry and chewy. Pizza poor hardly any topping. Missing item Delivery an 1hr 40 minutes! Even still charged us the extra delivery fee of £10 😮 after that long wait.

Do not waste your money. Food was 2 hours late, very poor customer service after going to the wrong caravan site, when the food arrived it was soggy, chewy and Cold. Save your money and time. AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!

AMAZING!!, me and partner have never had a burger as nice from a takeaway ever! These were proper beef burgers not those paper thin pappy things! Delivered fresh and hot and by the usual pleasant delivery man!

The restaurant phoned after accepting my order and demanded an extra £10 delivery fee or I could cancel the order, I tried to cancel the order but just eat told me they would still charge me the original fee so not possible to cancel and not possible to get delivery without paying another £10 . Very poor service and verging on fraudulent behaviour just eat need to step up on who they have representing them

Kebab meat was dry, the cheese burger was meant to have garlic mayo on but what ever it was it was sour and smelt and taste off, all the food was cold paid forty odd pound on just eat got a phone call to say we have to pay an extra 7 pound cash on delivery

Placed an order through Just Eat for Dacre Lakeside. Delivery fee stated £1. I was contacted by Oasis seconds after saying it would be £8 delivery fee. This was secondary to Marmaris deploying the exact same tactics. This is implement wrong and out of order. They, just like Marmaris, blame Just Eat saying that they have requested the delivery fee be changed but it hasn’t. It’s a con, the distance is longer than a usual takeaway but it can’t cost £8 delivery. They should be taken off Just Eat until this is sorted. We were starving at this point and paid in cash to the delivery driver. Avoid this takeaway if you’re staying at Dacre.

Having a family break at the Dacre Lakside site. Just Eat shows £1 delivery charge, however both Oasis and Marmaris takeaways ring you immediately to demand £8 delivery fee. Don’t bother, save the hassle.

We are on holiday at barmston beach we ordered then after an hour we went online to see what was taking so long they had cancelled the order with no warning when I rang the lady said its because we didn't pay the £10 delivery fee I explained we hadn't realised I asked if we could re order she said yeah her boss in the back ground was appalling and I quote "no we're not delivering"

Delicious fresh food, the Greek chicken shawarma was absolutely gorgeous. Will be order more of them in the future!! Thank you oasis for the lovely meal.

Extremely spicy way to hot after just one bite i needed a yoghurt and milk. The chicken is undercooked. Potatoes wedges was also undercooked and hard to bite. Shame as used you guys before but won't be again!

I was 30mins late to collect my food as something came up but to receive a lecture from the man behind the counter about how late I was is out of order from the shops part. Absolutely nothing wrong with my food but to get this was certainly uncalled for.

Awful pizza, ordered Donner pizza. Got cheese pizza with hardly any Donner meat laid on top. Won't be using this place ever again! Avoid!

Ordered on Just Eat for collection and timing was spot on. The food was served hot, and had plenty of taste too. The lamb kofte was a tad tasteless but it was blown to pieces with the Chicken Shrawma which was impeccable! I ordered a chocolate gateau which sadly was part frozen but definitely a 4/5!

Kebab meat was like rubber absoliutky disgusting had tk throw it away uts cost me 25 pound for done meat chips and a slice of cake which I wouldn't mind had the food been nice irbqas disgusting the chips were absoliutky caked in chip slice which should not be added unless requested by a customer

Having recently visited the refurbished takeaway..not having had a skin full of beer, ordered a kebab with sauces and salad to find a pile of dry meat a couple of slices of tomato and some cucumber. Sorry but this is not chilli sauce with yoghurt and salad as ordered and paid for...totally disgusting and once again they get away with very poor service! I will NEVER even consider using them again the quality of food has seriously deteriorated since the new ownership.
