Ordered food, an hour later it said it was delivered and then was cancelled but I was still charged.

Ordered via Just Eat. After the order was placed, accepted and paid, the "restaurant" called to say I had to pay an additional £7 delivery fee. I am vacationing so don't have cash on me, they abruptly cancelled the order and hung up on me. When you order online there is a drop down menu to add the delivery fee?? Odd and dodgy behaviour

Very friendly staff. I ordered from here last week, and I had a great first impression. I will definitely be going back here when I visit Driffield next time. If you guys are reading this, I'm the customer who wanted red cabbage with my calzone and warned me it wouldn't taste right... well, it was absolutely brilliant 👏 😂

Website needs updating as I wanted kebab meat but no sauce option. I got Pizza 14" hot lips.. lots of pizza choices..lashings of toppings and value for money. Not easy in this climate..tasty..polite owner. Bad reviews may come from keeping the prices good in an expensive area and comprising it this pizza was great and feed a family of 4..support

First time ordering here. We heard good reviews and were not disappointed. A mixed and a chicken kebab and a Ziggy Piggy burger. We ordered on line through the website, automatically got a 15% discount on our order, and we were given a collection time. It was on time, hot and delicious. I will be back to try other dishes from the menu!

Bland chicken dumped ON a soggy pitta; veg and sauces separate, so I had to assemble my own kebab. The marinade is vacant.

The Kebab I received was disgusting, and I've had a few in my tome certainly one of the wost

Gave it ago after few years again Really tasteless pizza,base is too thick no bbq sauce as requested, chunks of toppings cheese didnt have taste and tomato sauce swimming on pizza base Coleslaw with bitter mayo- big cheap tub flavour Service and delivery great but extra £5 on just eat which dont add on when ordering so had to pay cash Disappointed especially when Take a away is a rare treat these days

After finding out the local Chinese and Indian were closed today ( reasons unknown to me ) we ended up trying this place instead. The delivery was quick, the pricing is great and most of all, the king prawn dish was lovely. Plenty of seasoning, salad, sauces and pickles. Not stingy on prawns or salad. Perfect. Fast delivery, food was still piping hot so 5 stars from us.

Placed an order through Just Eat whilst staying at Dacre Lakeside. Marmaris clearly comes up within the distance and delivery parameter. It is listed as free delivery so we placed the order and it was confirmed. We then received a phone call demanding £8 delivery charge, regardless of the fee displayed on Just Eat to send us our order. We contested the charge and they cancelled our order and blocked our phone calls. The “lady” on the phone was an arrogant piece of work. She blamed Just Eat for the incorrect information. Ignorant, rude and not a shred of good customer service displayed. She even went as far as screaming down the phone at my partner! Disgusting behaviour from someone that is meant to be a representative of the company. Do not order from this takeaway!!! It’s a disgrace.

Be very careful when requesting delivery on Justeat. They state free delivery on orders over £15 but will then call you to claim it will be £8 delivery. They have your postcode and their page advertises free delivery but this is false. I refused to pay on the basis they had misleading advertising.

Not impressed, it used to be a good takeaway, just had Donna kebab, no salad no chill sauce no yogurt, but didn’t know till I got home that it wasn’t in the bag, really poor I won’t bother again.

VERY RARELY Am I so impressed with the food quality, on a takeaway delivery. This was my first experience with the Marmaris Pizza & Grill in Driffield. The pizza was excellent value and well-laden with a good mix of ingredients. The chips were cooked perfectly, with all edible - nothing under or overcooked. The salad was well constructed with a variety of components, all were really crisp and fresh. The chicken was cooked perfectly also, taken off the grill at just the right moment. The delivery was completed well before expected, by a well-mannered, smiling chap. Needless to say where my next takeaway order will be going. A great customer experience - Thank you

Worst food I've had in driffield, shocking disgusting food!! Both meals were freezing cold! Couldn't finish it and as for a chicken and donner mix kebab I got maybe 3 ti y pieces of chicken covered with frozen donner meat, old frozen donner meat! Some dry some wet all cold. Disgrace!!

Hour and 50 mins wait and food still not here.....phoned twice told 45mins... then after an hour told 15 mins..... 4 hungry people after a day out exploring... really not happy would give no stars if I could. When it finally got here....pizza cold. Coleslaw hot!

Delivery was 20 minutes late. They chucked in a complimentary tomato garlic bread but would have been much happier with a regular garlic bread. The pizza toppings were few and tasteless much like the actual pizza. The kebab I ordered was cold and the was rubbery and tasteless. Also it wasn’t even assembled. The pitta, meat, salad and sauces were all packed separately. Just felt very lazy

I accidentally ordered a chicken and doner kebab, but I don't like doner meat... Or so I thought! I gave it a try and it was actually super tasty! £8 for a massive kebab, salad & 2 sauces is great value, I'm stuffed! Lovely & polite staff members too! One suggestion though, it would be nice if the pita bread was cut open and placed separately as it was a bit soggy underneath the meat which made it hard to cut open.

Son in law ordered and picked up a Pizza for us( 30th December.) Apart from it being well behind the pick up time and it was cold, the base was raw. It was supposed to be a meat feast But was hard to see any meat at all. The toppings slid off the base when picked up. The worst pizza we have ever had. First time at this place and certainly will be the last. I suggest a member of staff gets a meat feast pizza from another take away in Driffield and compares them . Made my husband ill.

Pirates, ordered on Just Eat, waited over an hour, half an hour past delivery time just to get a phonecall saying I wouldn't be getting my order if I didn't pay extra (cash) for delivery. Hunger blackmail lol. Cancelled my order so can't comment on the actual food. AVOID

Missing kebab, called restaurant straight away and they rang driver who said he had delivered everything. I stated we hadn't received it and they said they had definitely put it in the bag. Still doesn't help as one person is missing their meal. I was told to ring back in an hour so they could check cctv as they have customers waiting to be served. Awful customer service. Me and my wife regularly use Marmaris, they are brilliant. Top quality food that is freshly made to order. They make great best pizza, with loads of topping. I'm getting hungry for another pizza whilst writing this. The staff are lovely too, so friendly and helpful. Very deserving of 5 stars

Excellent food and service I have had 2 deliverys to langtoft . The food has always arrived on time and hot. I have also collected. I like the lamb shesha. Nice friendly polite people it really makes me sad to see some of the negitive reviews regarding delivery charges and waits during busy times. These guys do a great job. To leave a 1 star review because you had a little wait or had to pay a few extra pounds because you live far is an awful thing to do to a business

Rubbish pizza, stone cold when arrived and had to reheat in oven didn’t taste anywhere near what it should, had two slices and had enough of the food. payed £5 delivery for 50 minutes late, will never go back !!!! Pizza fell apart

Placed the order at 6.30 pm, free delivery if the order was over £8.00, l received a text at 6.45pm to say our order was going to arrive between 7.10 - 7.30 pm. At 7.40pm, l received a phone call to say our order was on its way, and there was a £5.00 delivery charge, it would have to be a cash payment, and this was due to the our location. According to Just Eat, it delivered to the address, no mention of delivery charge, l called the Restaurant, and was told that due to the football on TV , our order would arrive at 8.45pm, it eventually arrived at 9.25pm, seriously, we had a 12 year old child, who was hungry, food wasn't brilliant, certainly not worth the wait

We ordered the food , then they decided to delay the order numerous times 2 and a half hours later we receive a phone call from the delivery driver who is demanding an extra £5 delivery fee , when we refused to pay this because we had never been told of the fee from just eat he hung the phone up. Chicken was old enough to drink, chips had been left out in the rain. Pizza was free for a reason.

Very very tasty kebab! I tried a lot of kebabs in UK and I can honestly say its one of the best I ever ate! Must try, top class, fresh salads, delicious meat and cool sauce! The woman whos served the food was very kind. 5 stars for briliant food and best service! 👍

After using Marmaris for over 1 year we ordered a takeaway on Saturday at 5 .05pm the guy said it would be 45mins- 1hr after waiting 90 mins my son phoned again and the guy said another 30 mins after another 50 mins he phoned again and he said oh I thought you cancelled !!! What !!! What a load of tosh we never cancelled and the bloke on the phone doesn’t know what he’s doing won’t be using them again what a disgrace and incompetent staff member !!! Such a shame as the food isn’t bad ......☹️☹️

Rude staff, the time we waited was a absolute joke, I’ve never been talked to by anyone how one of their employees did, at the end of the day customers are his income so that he would treat them like he did me is a joke, worst service I ever had, usually with takeaways they get the hint after the first time however they clearly did not, Ive never waited so long and to this day haven’t been spoken to like that by anyone over the phone, they need to get themselves sorted this was a joke

Read reviews before I ordered online which I should have believed. I ordered at 3pm and it came at 5pm...delivery time just kept getting changed 3 times. I got a call about the first time it changed and the staff were polite. I was also told about the £1 delivery fee i had to pay in cash but that's exactly why I ordered it online because I dont keep cash in the house. They probably do that to avoid tax. The food itself was alright, it wasn't as hot (temperature) as I expected it to be. It tasted nice but it was not worth the wait. wont be ordering again due to delivery wait and delivery charges.

Bloody rubbish, cold pizza with coleslaw which tasted downright awful.. Asked for corn on the pizza and got it in the coleslaw instead god knows why! Wouldn't recommend and won't be using again. Ordered pizza at 18:45 and it was delivered for 20:30.. Almost two hours for a bloody pizza and extra for delivery.

Went for a takeaway for the first time last weekend. It was very good, calzone tasty, regular pizza a bit thick (but ok), fries crispy. In addition the service was so nice and friendly. Pretty good and would visit again.

It has been the first time I have tried this place but I must say it's the best kebab I've ever had! I had the mixed kebab which came with chips. I have never seen such a filled kebab with chicken, beef and doner, it was all cooked perfectly and very tasty. Everyone needs to go to this little gem

Waited over 80minutes for a takeaway to arrive, told it would arrive by 20:05 rang the shop at 20:20 ish as it hadn’t arrived, they told us it hadn’t even left the shop itself, terrible service, will not use them again.

A friend and I ordered from Marmaris today, 12th September. We’d ordered on Just Eat and got an email saying we were out of the delivery area, so we rang and paid a little extra so they would deliver to us. I was checking on Just Eat when it said the order was on the way to see that I’d put the incorrect street name, rang them back and they were very helpful and understanding. The food was amazing, quick delivery and highly recommend, will be back again.

Perfect. Just had a chicken kebab, that was outstanding. Plenty of meat, lovely salads and cracking chilli and real garlic yoghurt! Garlic bread was spot on, first time I have seen my wife clear up a 12" herself!

Been to Bridlington for the weekend and on our last night it was very late and we was hungry. The place closed at 0030 and it was 0025 when i rang. The staff was friendly and let me place an order for collection. Wow! Amazing!...

We decided on here for a weekend takeaway as we had heard good things. We ordered a mixture of pizza, calzone and mixed kebab. When it arrived it was piping hot and well cooked. Some fast food places don't cook the pizza toppings enough so...
