Absolutely love this place. Restaurant quality food, highly recommend the house specials.

Food was piping hot when it arrived, tasted great,

very little topping, chips were cold, cheesecake wss warm.

By the time the food got to us the kids were asleep and the food was cold the man who delivered it didn’t speak good English therefore couldn’t understand when I stated where I was

Driver ran off with all my change. Gave him £20 for an £11 meal. Even said I’ll not have £8 back leaving him a tip and he got in his car and drove off even when i tried to get his attention to come back.

Amazing restaurant worthy food! As a pasta lover myself 🍝 I would say this is better than most restaurants I’ve eaten at!! Came around 20 minutes which is perfect and all still hot ready to eat! 😁👍🏻

the best Italian takeaway I've ever had.. I came to hull for surgery a couple years ago.and we ordered from here the day I came out, we've planned coming back during our next visit for 2 years straight.. it's a shame we live 2 hours way because I'd go bankrupt for this food it's incredible..

flawless as always, partner dropped it off to me in hospital because I refused to spend a day up north without eating from here! incredible food, hot on arrival, fantastic portions.. the garlic mushrooms are absolutely to die for

Pizza was awful. Hardly any cheese or any toppings on the pizza . One of the worst pizzas I have eaten and wont be going back

Fillet steak in spicy sauce £13 . only had 5 very small slices of meat?? & mushrooms . very disappointed unfortunately as pot contained mainly sauce 😕 a very expensive pot of sauce

Ordered the Fillet Vulcano, had fillet on a regular basis before and this wasn't fillet. It was nice but not fillet!

Spaghetti bolognaise was lovely! Would of been nice with Parmesan cheese but I refuse to pay £3.50 for a tub cheaper at shop! Partner was disappointed with his burger didn’t even come how it was described just looked like a normal cheese burger from take away which cost £7.50

Restaurant stated 25-50 minute delivery time. Arrived 1 hour 45 minutes after order. Food was cold and had to be reheated. This order was for a singular pizza so I am extremely disappointed with the service.

Appalling hardly any meat on three of the meals just full of mushrooms and sauce I've always used this place but tonight will be my last time I use it , we counted 5 very small pieces of chicken on two of the meals and 4 very small pieces of beef

Fast delivery, hot food and the seafood linguine was a huge portion, packed with seafood. Very impressed with the quality overall and will be ordering from here again.

Mushroom stroganoff...more like a few mushrooms in a watery gravy. Side of veg great but really not ordering again. Very disappointed. Delivery was fine though.

For £10 the amount of toppings on the pizza isn’t great, garlic bread was lovely

We ordered food to be delivered and paid online. However the takeaway never arrived. After ringing them they said they never received the order despite a confirmation number.

The pizza was ok but someone tell me how puts hot chicken on top of cold salad that will tack time to be delivered and too top of on top of a very hot pizzza and hot chips at the said I rang the restaurant and explained too avav and was told he would give me a refund for the 2 salads at £22 but just eat said that they could not do this and the restaurant had too so if I was you would not eat of just eat or the restaurant as one is playing me of too each other I am disabled and now got nothing for are tea thing is I have ordered from this restaurant before and every time the food as been 100% and not a hot salad

Lamb was over cooked and tasteless as it would be if its over cooked the chips were very nice so filled up on them.

We had ordered Love Italian many a time before tonight, and although it was hit and miss sometimes, we had some delicious meals from there, so we kept going back. (they seem to have two chefs one of which still cares, the other not too much). After today, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. My calzone arrived not only soggy (which can kind of be forgiven) but with raw, underseasoned and just generally not edible. I called to see if maybe it was a mistake, but the young lady who spoke to me was clearly getting very angry instructions from the chef telling me to essentially get lost. I drove over with the pizza, only to get chef and the manager telling me how I was wrong about essentially everything, and the chef did not exactly choose his tone or words. They gave me my money back eventually but refused to return the money for the delivery. SUBPAR FOOD and AWFUL attitude.

Delivery time was ok considering it was a Saturday night. The food was great, the pizza was absolutely delicious, the rustic chips were really nice. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

The delivery driver is very abusive. Absolutely vile chap and very racist towards English people!

Meat was really, really salty, spoilt it to be honest and didn’t really enjoy it as much as in the past.

Very salty, coleslaw was warm n watery, taste of carbonara was overpowered by salt

Gone down hill in the past couple of weeks, my chicken salad was rock hard and dry, plus desserts was squashed, used to be amazing

Delivered Ten minutes after the end of estimated time which was a 25 minute window and an hour and a half after I ordered it - and 40 minutes after they said your food is on its way - 2 miles away! Garlic cheese bread - didn’t taste of garlic - just very salty Pizza was okay no real complaints -Chips a bit over-cooked -Garlic Mayo never seen any fresh garlic anywhere near it. Fresh garlic + mayonnaise = garlic mayonnaise and it ain’t difficult to make up. Garlic butter was similar. Maybe used lazy garlic but didn’t see any chopped up cloves of garlic in that either. Just all a bit average and meh tbh. Wished I had gone to Kashmir

Salmon was a overdone with crusty dry edges but it wasn’t offensive, was just cooked too long.

Food came super quick but we received fries not rustic chips also one of our burgers came and was burnt, the bun was black. But the other burger was super tasty and not burnt at all

This is hands down the best takeaway in the area. I travel from Brough for the food that is ALWAYS to a great standard. Tastes amazing. I haven’t had a takeaway from anywhere in the west hull villages that even comes close to this! The fillet steak and chips are to die for and the cheesy garlic bread is the closest thing to perfect you could ask for from a takeaway. Highly recommend this place if you know good food

Love this place we've ordered from here a few times and I can't fault it, burgers are proper tasty pizzas are also really nice there is loads to choose from and it also sells ice cream. I would highly recommend.

I had not been eating carbs for a few months and decided to break it tonight with a gourmet burger and fries i have tried every type of burger. So tonight i thought i would go for a black and blue burger, inspired by a burger competition on tv, it was so dissapointng we collected our food. Burger was cold, no tomato, no onion no sauce, no treacle!!! So basically i ended up with a dry,cold burger with a sprinkle of blue cheese for £6.50. They looked like they were closing up so maybe rushing to finish for the night. But we had ordered by 9 pm. Its the attention to detail to be able to call a burger a gourmet burger and unfortunately this burger fell short of that description. This has put me off going back.

Giving two stars cos the mix grill was ok but everything else wasn’t. The pasta was very salty and oily, the garlic bread very chewy and just bread with a hint of garlic..and the meat load pizza..the ingredients were of not quality at all so it was just not good. Quite pricey considering the quality of products delivered..I would not recommend it.

Having had many fantastic meals from Love Italian, I was so disappointed tonight with the appalling food delivered. The Web Site is like many, sales based not customer friendly, so no opportunity to offer constructive or friendly criticism. Anyway, the calamari was as hard as the tarmac outside and the Gambrioni pizza was terrible with prawns more likely caught in Grimsby. So, either new owners or new chefs, but having used for many years, Domino's is probably my new venue. Mike

We have being ordering from these guys for maybe 2 years everthing spot on the nout of the blue they don't deliver to our area now just like that great customer service and we spend alot here but nomore

Food is very good, fast efficient service, quick delivery. Only one draw back their card reader is always broken so you have to pop to a cash p[oint

We spent over £40 as we fancied something special. Unfortunately it back fired. Our family takeaway was spoilt as pizzas and garlic bread arrived cold and one dish did not arrive. So this meant that one of our family members sat there with nothing to eat while we tucked in. They did send the missing dish but our meal was already spoilt. We got a verbal apology over the phone but that was it. We will not rush back.

Had a steak diane with chips on Saturday night - a 10 out of 10 takeaway meal. Great quality and flavour; very impressed. Owner and staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Will return soon.

I used to like this restaurant but I just noticed a sign in the window asking for female staff only. The owner is a bit creepy by the sounds of it.

Ordered a takeaway as staying at local hotel. Arrived promptly and food hot (its hard to package fish to keep at good temp). Food very good quality and obviously very fresh ingredients. Taste was perfect. Order from here :)
