Happy with food, delivery only slightly later than expected and an apology straight away, would use again

Always order from here. Food good but ordered at 7:15 on a Thursday and said it was delivered at 8:25 but didn’t arrive till 9:05 with no apology or even an explanation. Not really acceptable

Family tea of pizza and chips ordered this evening. Everyone commented how nice the food was arriving on time and very hot. Will definitely be ordering again thank you

unbelievably late (2 hours 30 mins) i could of flown to Italy in less time, ordered the takeaway 90mins before the chosen delivery time, will not use just eat to order from this takeaway again.

This was our regular visit to Driffield. We fancied a garlic bread and a 'Mexican' spicy garlic bead having had a full meal earlier in the day. This was the worst meal we've ever had from a takeaway. The garlic bread wasn't near the standard of a supermarket garlic bread. It may be me, but I'm not fond of pickled chilies on a pizza/bread. If you want a 'good' garlic bread, you'd better stay with an authentic Italian pizzeria. The staff however were very polite and friendly.

Not only did i get charged twice and still not have my money back but the portion size was small, and the chicken popcorn was basically batter and very little chicken.

Chips were lower quality than normal, seemed to be the end of the bag chips (scrappy and frozen for a long time). Onion rings were also slightly overcooked, not burnt just overcooked. Chicken Wrap & Doner Meat was perfect.

Unfortunately these guys are incapable of getting orders correct. Each time we order, something is either missing or incorrect. It's not difficult to read & deliver a correct order. Once you've played food roulette, the quality of food isn't generally bad. (Only saving grace)

Lovely food, just a shame the salad was warm as packaged on top of hot pasta dish. Great service & quick delivery.

Bolognaise sauce was fantastic. I was expecting it to be spaghetti as highlighted but, it was tagliatelle instead!! Still very nice dish 👌

Food was 40mins late even though I pre ordered. My son’s friend was picked up at 8 so his food was wasted. Ordered a plain chicken burger but came with salad and onions, no free garlic bread with cheese. Just eat contacted la Paz who blamed the lateness on the bad weather…… ermmm what bad weather it’s perfectly normal. Just say you’re busy or just put a hold on orders. Won’t be ordering from them again !

The pizza was lovely. They have a great deal on pizza 🍕 It was slightly over cooked. And it was very late but still came nearly hot.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered half chicken, chips and curry sauce for £11.50 in Justeat. What was delivered was two very old (and I mean old) horrid inedible chicken legs and chips. It want straight in the bin. Demanded a refund from Justeat. Buyer beware!!

Only gave 1 star as no option to leave zero stars. Ordered half chicken with chips. 2 horrible inedible old chicken legs were what was delivered. Absolutely disgusting and went straight into the bin. Paid £11.50 via Justeat to throw into the bin. Demanded a refund. If only I could share a photo on this site. You would be horrified!! Beware !!!

As usual the food was delicious and piping hot when delivered. Excellent all round

Food was supposed to come between 7.30 and 7.50, rang at 8 and told they had just set off so didnt get it till 8.10. Once the food did arrive 4 out of 5 meals were cold. Very disappointed.

I was charged delivery on the app and then the driver took £5 off me cash for the delivery when he arrived so £7.50 for delivery off cold food we have only just moved here so will be going elsewhere from now on

My food was ordered for 6pm but at just gone 6 I received a call to ask me to pay an extra delivery fee. Delivery fees should be made clear at checkout. Way if I had refused to pay the extra…would I have received a refund for the food that had already been made? So I had to pay extra for a delivery that was half an hour late! Not good service at all.

Not very impressed tonight. Donna meat was cold and very greasy and the chips soggy. Burger was good and pizza was fine. Usually is so so much better. X

Not sure if it's been taken over but the large kebab wouldn't have fed a child and extremely greasy. Missing 2 pots of sauce and the 12 inch pizza I asked for was a 10 inch which they did replace! Going downhill won't order here anymore

Kebabs were over priced I felt, just meat and pitta no salad and was more like a medium not large. Wrong sauces were sent as well.

Had to ring twice to be told both times the food was on its way, over an hour late, they had confirmed over just eat that the delivery was delivered on time before even making it, only saving grace is that the food was alright, but to be honest we were so hungry by that point I’d have eaten anything

Delivery time was good, though they sure bailed out the street fast before I could find out they completely switched some of my order with other items of the same price without telling me; they even crashed into a bin on the way out. Good delivery, but you might not get what you paid for. Order at your own risk.

Chips are nicely seasoned and a lot came in the bag Pizzas were saucy and cheesy, but not oily and greasy Garlic bread, again, was cheesy but not oily Sauces were nice

Ordered 2 portions of extra pineapple for a pizza, and the amount of pineapple was barely a single portion. I wouldn't usually be bothered, but the extra toppings are not cheap. Doner meat and chips was good though.

Rude staff demanding an extra £5 for delivery both over the phone and at the door. Absolutely disgusted. Food was over cooked and just overall really disappointing. And if your going to advertise Redbull atleast state that is the sugar free version!

Was very disappointed to be asked to pay £5 cash delivery fee on delivery of food. We are holiday makers and placed the order in good faith and had already paid via Paypal for all monies due

Food was awful, won't be ordering again. The "ham" on my husbands pizza looked and smelled disgusting he tried picking it off but it mostly went in the bin. My mushrooms were somehow dry and slimy at the same time and again most of it went in the bin. Chips had grey spots all over them and had melted the polystyrene box they came again making them taste weird too. When I called to check if the ham was even ham and tell them it was disgusting the person who answered the phone couldn't have been less interested. £23 in the bin. Gutted and hungry.

The REALLY ANNOYING thing is being asked for £5 delivery when it arrived despite having paid £1.50 already. ADD DELIVERY CHARGES AS A MENU ITEM!! Its not hard, others do it. Or simply mention the request for additional cash at the door.

Cold hard pizzas and kebabs. Late delivery. Communication from restaurant was diabolical. £150 order and received 1 free cold 10” pepperoni pizza.

Pizza, burgers, Doners are always spot on . Prices are always great value …… will continue to Oder from here
