Rung up at 825pm to be told busy no updates and unhappy with no updates to say running late. As cleary update just eat with incorrect information bout delievery etc. Request a solution as may have to buy food else where now

we wanted to eat chicken kebab! neither of the two pizzas was what was in the order, and there was no sauce on the kebab! the food was not very good!

always perfect! collection is always ready within 10 minutes perfect for that last minute decision to have a takeaway. staff always really kind too.

Ordered Doner Kebab X2 and X2 portion of chips. Chips can’t be faulted they was nice but the Doner kebab was vile! Meat was hard and crunchy and had zero flavour…. First time ordering from this place due to high recommendations but never ever again! Shambles

Normally a very good experience when ordering from O Yes however todays delivery time was awful but out of character, the food was still nice but it was only warm not hot so can only assume it was out for delivery for a while

Our food was undercooked, my chips had sat for so long they were rubbery I had one nugget missing and the wrap was disgusting after three bites my partner ended up binning it. Was also missing a drink and call them minutes after delivery when we unpacked the food only to be told the delivery will be sent out with it at some point on his next run. Overall service was awful and would not recommend to anybody

I had a text saying my order was ready to collect @ 6:08pm, so way ahead of the schedule, but ok, I went there and waited till 6:35pm for my order.

Around 35-40min late, 3pc chicken, with donner/lamb kebab, chilli and separate garlic with bottle of pop. Not sure if it's the fault of driver or shop but the food was cold. I didn't dare try the chicken, but the donner meat tasted pretty good, the chilli was spot on. Garlic a little weak, but fine. I honestly couldn't eat more than a few mouthfuls in fear of being poorly which is a shame. If this was HOT, I'm certain it would have been 5* all round. Such a shame really as I'm unsure where to apport the blame with the lateness and temperature. Obviously this will reflect on the stores score, but that's how it is I guess.

Terrible. Ordered 3 kebabs. All size large and they looked so small. Hardly any meat for £15 for one kebab. Hardly any salad. Two hairs found in one of the kebabs. Never ordering from here again

Ordered food an hour before closing, waited until half an hour past their closing time and still didn’t receive it, called up to be told it wont be arriving and to cancel, had we not called they wouldn’t have told us. Terrible service.
