Unfortunately, I never read the horrendous and numerous 1 star reviews on Google before ordering from this ‘restaurant’ given I was only ordering half a dozen cookies and surely a London restaurant that bakes cookies has to make half decent ones especially when the photos they post of their cookies looks so appealing right? No - wrong, I can’t honestly begin to describe what was delivered to me - 6 rice cartons and inside each one, a raw lump of flour that resembled a half baked scone topped with some chocolate. £27 for the worst ‘cookies’ I have ever tasted in my life. I took a bite out of one, spat it out and the rest went in the bin. Absolutely vile!!! How this ‘restaurant’ hasn’t been closed by the FSA, I have no idea. From the photos and reviews I have seen and read, I can’t imagine the chicken is much better!!

Absolutely awful, ordered chicken wings, halloumi wrap, Nutella milkshake and cookies. Chicken wings were raw and slimy, halloumi wrap had 2 pieces of halloumi and an overbearing amount of sauce so each mouthful was just mayo and sweet chilli with a tiny amount of wrap, cookies are dry just taste like flour absolutely vile. Do not recommend!!!

Ordered 4 cookies, got 5. They were very good and still warm when delivered. Very good service and very good cookies would recommend and will definitely be buying again.

We had chicken strips, cover in basic BBQ sauce The wedges were moderately bettet by the crispy onions on top of the BBQ sauce. The cookie was vile! Think suet pudding, dry and with cooking instructions! Not even cooked!;

Possibly the best delivery I've ever ordered. Hotel restaurant is shut and I didn't really want to lose my parking. Only wanted something small so ordered a wing deal with grilled halloumi. This was actually a whole meal. The halloumi came on a beautiful bed of salad with all my favourites - rocket, corn, cherry toms, olives and red onion. The wings were juicy and delicious. To top it off the soft drinks I'd ordered were ice cold. If I'm in the area again I'll be ordering from them.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Food is very underwhelming and greasy. The wedges had no flavour despite choosing parmesan topping they just tasted bland and were burnt. The pistachio 'bomb' looks absolutely nothing like the picture and is just a cheap prepacked ice cream. Rubbish, don't waste your money.

When choosing a restaurant, we selected this one as it said delivery time was between 25-40 minutes. The order arrived after an hour, there was also no tracker meaning we had no idea where our order was for the 30 minutes it took to drive the 15 minute drive it would usually take. The halloumi is completely inedible as it is so burnt and one of the cookies is not the one I ordered. I will be avoiding this restaurant from now on.

Ordered from deliveroo. Do not order from here. Wrong items. Uncooked wedges and the wrap was the smallest wrap I’ve been seen. It had hardly any food inside. It was about 3cm thick! Cookies are thick, dry and inedible

If I could share 0 stars I would. We ordered a take away and the potato’s were HORRIBLE and the chicken was nearly RAW. Milkshake was way too warm. Not great at all.

still waiting. 2 hours now update: got the food, wings were barely passable. milkshake was sickly. cookie was like eating from a bag of flour. all in all, not worth £25

AWFUL COOKIES. They taste of flour and they’re so expensive. £35 down the drain for cold, floury cookies. Do not waste ur money

I ordered a milkshake it came warm and tasted like cat piss and smelt gone off when I tried to call they didn’t answer and when I called again in the morning it was a random number of a boy 0/10 will not order again please do not waste ur money on this I was really looking forward to it after my green goodbye

Probably the worst peri peri chicken I ever had… if you have a F&B business make what you deliver with care and love or just don’t sell anything that it is not eatable

I had home delivery, food arrived quickly and tasted good but the wings could have been grilled better. Skin was sloppy and there was so much bbq sauce. The wedges were much better today than the last time I ordered when they were undercooked

Probably the worst take-away ive ever had. Literally some frozen chicken strips with some chilli flakes ontop 😂 Abysmal, dissapointing, and honestly disgraceful how you can even send food like this to a customer. Not to mention, probably the worst milkshake in Aylesbury. Blended up oreo's in milk... 😂

Ordered a wrap meal they sent chicken in the bone called them up to sort it, someone called me to sort me a wrap within 2 mins someone at the door delivering a wrap which I can see has no salad other than leaves more Greece than anything else, the chicken was very over cooked and the wrap was reheated chicken don’t NOT RECOMMEND worst place to order food On a night shift. 😡😡😡😡🤣

Hier een redelijke grote bestelling gedaan bestaande uit diverse smaken Wings en Tenders. Eten was redelijk snel bezorgd, echter is daar ook alles mee gezegd. Vleugels hadden een apart bijsmaakje (muffig) en waren achteraf gezien misschien wel overdatum en/of niet gaar. Marinades waren eveneens matig en het vel van de kip zacht tot glibberig. Eten was genuttigd met onverwacht bezoek. Na nog geen uur melde de eerste zich al met maagzuurklachten en krampen, waarna nog een aantal vrienden volgde. Ikzelf heb er die nacht ook aan moeten geloven met veel overgeven en de dag erna een hoop toiletproblemen. We bestellen redelijk vaak ivm ons werk, maar dit heb ik werkelijk nog nooit meegemaakt. Kortom een restaurant dat absoluut een bezoek van Bureau de Wit verdient.

£50 for this!?!?!?! Bloody pathetic and cold! Small portions and food tasted like it was reheated 🤣 half the food didn't come either! Never again....this place will close soon I'm sure haha. I also reported to uber eats and hoping to get my money back. I'd rather eat my own sick 🤮 and thinking about it I also feel sick now...

I bought halloumi salad came burnt and the salad clearly was not fresh. Also the salad in my chicken wrap was not fresh. Avoid like the plague

I ordered 12 chicken wings and potato wedges And I received boiled chicken and boiled potato I think they coocked it in the microwaves Neave again Disgusting food

Food is terrible Iceland would be a better option. The pictures below was supposed to be chicken strips and wedges, not boiled potato with seasoning on top

Please avoid so upset with my order. I ordered through just eat who won't help so I was to warn others. Ordered at 4.50 food turned up at 6.40, I made several calls to restaurant and each time was told the drivers just left. Ordered wrap meals they came with no salad no onions nothing just 3 pieces of halloumi wrapped in bread. The wedges wow there was quarter of a potato if lucky and they were hard and oily Food was awful and very expensive. Also shocked just eat will not help

Awful waste of money wraps had no salad even though advertised just a tiny piece of halloumi in bread. Hardly any wedges and they were hard and oily. Ordered at 4.50 with estimated delivery time of 5.35-5.55 arrived at 6.45 😞 paid £10.55 per meal for half a potato 3 chunks of halloumi and a piece of bread.

Worst food ever. This place is going to kill someone with the raw slop they serve. It's insanely priced. Go eat out of the garbage can opposite, it will be safer, taste better and also - it's free! Never again.

Spent £40 and food was bland and greasy. Wedges were covered in a weird dressing even though I ordered plain. Also sent out the wrong cookies!! Which for £10 for 2 you’d expect it to be what you ordered!

Cookies were amazing but super expensive for what you get. Wings were dreadful however! We bought over 60 wings from three establishments (to see where to buy moving forward) and these were by far the worst. Wings should be crispy and spicy, these were neither. About as soggy as a babys nappy. They need to try Lost Boys and then redo their recipe. Or it might be the packaging it's delivered in but they need to sort it out as I won't be coming back when you can get cheaper, spicier and crisper wings elsewhere. The wedges were also doused in bbq sauce. Whilst that is what we ordered, it was almost sickly as it was way too much bbq. And most importantly try they were cold upon arrival. The only thing Nxt Lvl is next level expensive...

The restaurant is useless don’t order from here, ordered from here an hour before closing and they couldn’t be bothered to call and tell me that they won’t order instead they got me waiting thinking my order is still coming. Wasted £16 didn’t even get a phone call and can’t cancel my order. Ridiculous restaurant

Really not good. Ordered chicken and wedges and both were undercooked. Chicken oily and made me feel nauseous after eating one wing. Could barely even take a bite out of the wedges before I had to pack them away. The oreo milkshake is good but that's all the credit I can give (although it certainly wasn't worth almost 6 pounds). Don't waste your time or money

Ordered food £51 they got more food during the war when rationing. An absolute disgrace

Ordered Milk Chocolate Cookies and they were mouldy on the inside. Disgraceful.
