I've been coming here for years, and recently been and tried their new hot dogs! I had one with chilli and onions, and then today I had chilli with nacho cheese and onion. Oh my god, they taste amazing! My new favourite and I'll be back for more. My boyfriend is from Bournemouth so I introduced him to NutCafe, and he has said their burgers are the best around! Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing atmosphere and the service is impeccable! Thank you :)

I really look forward to the nut sunday roast. you get a very generous amount of tasty beautifully cooked meat off of a joint. the veg is perfectly cooked, nice and soft . Great roast potatoes and yorkshire pud .generous portions of everything topped by lots of really tasty gravy. long may it last.

Service was amazing 10/10, food was delicious many options to choose from and can cater to needs very well. Staff are like a big family and seem genuinely happy to be there and welcoming and help with everything and anything. And by particular nathalie who usually makes the drinks is an absolute STAR * The cafe is lovely and clean very well up to standards and the toilets are impeccable. Overall a great fantastic place and i can't wait to go back for another cheeky breakfast !!! 10/10 perfect score big love to all of them

I accidentally sent my food to my sons house and the delivery driver called me and I explained he agreed to bring it to my address was perfectly understanding and the food was still hot and fresh as always thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have a tea with my meal each time and I always only get less then half a cup wish I am paying £1-90 for each time I don't think this is right I try to call you BUT you never answer the phone also in the notes I ask for Fried bread but it dose not come always I spend a lot of money each week at your cafe .

Do not use .placed an order and it's states it was delivered but not to me . They have taken my money and NOT delivered my food . Been calling them over 6 times but they will nit answer phone . Will report them to trading standards. .

Nut Cafe is a good useful cafe. One of the better ones in North End. Quite good service and nice and tidy today. Plenty of choice also today.

5 star sunday roast beef dinner. the beef was delicious and lots of it . veg cooked to perfection. lovely gravy, roast potatoes and yorkshire puds. I highly recommend this cafe.

Originally it was supposed to be here at 13:15-13:35, I then had to ask for an update which I was told it would arrive at 13:55. It’s now 14:17 and our food still hasn’t arrived. I’m a regular and order from here a lot, never had any problems but this has put me off. Don’t accept orders if you’re too busy and can’t fulfil it in time. I now have a toddler who’s still waiting for his food. Totally unacceptable.

This is by far the best cafe in Portsmouth. Clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and attentive and the food is excellent and not over priced. Best of all they do proper size chips. Never had a bad experience here, can't imagine I ever would.

Ordered food first thing this morning, my mistake cos food was obviously from yesterday’s or even days ago. Fish smelling amd my colleagues urged me to bin it cos it wasn’t fresh. Just a waste of my precious money

Been over 1hour 30 mins still haven’t received my order. When I tried to call up the shop it says numbers out of service. If you want your food on time don’t order from here. Never am I going to order from this place again. Payed £16 for nothing !

Food was hot and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be using again. It’s a shame that you close 15:00 on Sundays. As we were going to try Sunday roast, but we didn’t require till 17:00

I have been waiting for nearly two hours, it’s said the food has arrived but hasn’t. I am extremely unhappy.

Visited just for a quick fried breakfast. Service VERY slow, even in a noticeably quiet restaurant (about 10 covers in total). A latte took over 10 minutes to arrive. We ordered 2 Early Bird fry ups (1 sausage, 2 eggs, 2 hash browns, baked beans and toast). The meals took 30 MINUTES to get to the table. This is just a simple fry up guys!! Could see plenty of kitchen staff, but the speed of food is terrible. This is not the first experience here of slow service. It seems they deal with Just Eat orders first, and leave visiting customers to sit and wait. Will be using the North End Cafe in future, because the wait is just far too long. This isn't fine dining guys...this is simple cafe food!

The food never turned up and couldn't get hold of the restaurant

Do not use this restaurant. they cannot deliver when they say they will. When they eventually turn up the food will be cold, not a surprise when a cooked breakfast arrives in a paper bag. On this occasion, I was so angry by the attitude of the person who came I refused the order. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT. Not fit for purpose.

Food says delivered but I have not received any food I’m guessing this is because the pin of the map wasn’t on my house as it wouldn’t let me move it but the address was correct it’s not hard to input the address when I tried to contact the restaurant no one answered

Great tasty food and still hot. slightly delayed but not a problem.

Ordered fried bread and ended up with orange crunchy “bread” dripping with grease and had clearly just been thrown in the deep fat fryer. I asked for normal toast instead because the fried bread was inedible which I was then charged for. Waited well over an hour for a burger meal and full English which was not worth the wait. Staff are miserable.
