Great bacon roll to get the morning started

Just got a order and it wasn't great at all had cheese on toast non of it was melted very well and all it was one little bit in the middle I think that was disgusting

My order has not been delivered

dinner was cold. only thing hot was the potatoes.

Been over 1hour 30 mins still haven’t received my order. When I tried to call up the shop it says numbers out of service. If you want your food on time don’t order from here. Never am I going to order from this place again. Payed £16 for nothing !

Food was hot and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be using again. It’s a shame that you close 15:00 on Sundays. As we were going to try Sunday roast, but we didn’t require till 17:00

I have been waiting for nearly two hours, it’s said the food has arrived but hasn’t. I am extremely unhappy.

Visited just for a quick fried breakfast. Service VERY slow, even in a noticeably quiet restaurant (about 10 covers in total). A latte took over 10 minutes to arrive. We ordered 2 Early Bird fry ups (1 sausage, 2 eggs, 2 hash browns, baked beans and toast). The meals took 30 MINUTES to get to the table. This is just a simple fry up guys!! Could see plenty of kitchen staff, but the speed of food is terrible. This is not the first experience here of slow service. It seems they deal with Just Eat orders first, and leave visiting customers to sit and wait. Will be using the North End Cafe in future, because the wait is just far too long. This isn't fine dining guys...this is simple cafe food!

The food never turned up and couldn't get hold of the restaurant

Do not use this restaurant. they cannot deliver when they say they will. When they eventually turn up the food will be cold, not a surprise when a cooked breakfast arrives in a paper bag. On this occasion, I was so angry by the attitude of the person who came I refused the order. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT. Not fit for purpose.

Food says delivered but I have not received any food I’m guessing this is because the pin of the map wasn’t on my house as it wouldn’t let me move it but the address was correct it’s not hard to input the address when I tried to contact the restaurant no one answered

Placed a order for delivery paid for it only for them to cancel it. Now have to wait up to 5 days for a refund. Won't be ordering from here again

Great tasty food and still hot. slightly delayed but not a problem.

Ordered fried bread and ended up with orange crunchy “bread” dripping with grease and had clearly just been thrown in the deep fat fryer. I asked for normal toast instead because the fried bread was inedible which I was then charged for. Waited well over an hour for a burger meal and full English which was not worth the wait. Staff are miserable.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!1 sandwich and 1 breakfast took 2 hours from order to delivery, phone number for restaurant is out of service- they’ve done this deliberately. Food is absolutely horrible, soggy, freezing, damaged during delivery. Honestly the worst experience I think I’ve ever had with ordering food. I’d rather go without anything that ever use this useless restaurant again, £18 for a 2 hour wait for a sarnie???! Mental. Stay well clear!!

Very nice cafe on the high street. Parking in Aldi behind but you must buy something in Aldi and scan the receipt for free parking otherwise 15 mins free..

Went in chrismas day as really fancied a cooked breakfast. Was really nicely cooked and came out hot and fast.

Delivery was long but well worth the wait food was lovely would recommend anyday

Excellent food, great price for huge breakfast / brunch.

Delivery was delayed twice and arrived an hour and a half after order placed and thirty minutes after original time stated. The food was okay and thankfully hot. Will probably order from them again as our usual first choice for brunch is currently unavailable.

Cup of tea arrived with milk and teabag still in. Egg not cooked with snotty white. Mushrooms were in a puddle of grease which slowly covered the whole plate. Sausage deep fried and split. Toast looked like it was shown the toaster briefly. On the plus side the bacon and beans were ok. A cafe should be able to make a cup of tea. Serve the milk separately and boil a kettle. Dont use water from the coffee machine as it’s not boiling water. Basics.

Hadn't been here for a long time but visited recently. Food was lovely, freshly cooked and hot. Staff lovely and attentive. Lots of meals on the menu and all look lovely!

Delivered bang on time and hot and tasty! Portions are on the smaller side but I was very happy and thought it was excellent value for money especially the sausage sandwich!

A very tasty cheese & mushroom burger with onions & big crispy chips

Said served with gravy, turned up with beans. Just find having vegetables with baked beans odd. Didn’t really go, made my own gravy. Pie seemed like a pukka pie. Wasn’t very tasty

I’ve been there for breakfast today for the very first time. Its a nice and clean place, they also have a terrace outside. Food is very food and affordable! They have very good offers. The most amazing thing about this place is the staff. Nice, polite and always smiling. Its such a good environment. Recommend 100%

I am very disappointed it came up my food was delivered which it wasn’t so I called the restaurant . My food turned up cold don’t think I’ll order again . I want a refund back
