Nugelato in Belfast

Die Preise sind der Wahnsinn so teuer und das Eis schmeckt nicht mal so gut eigentlich nur nach Wasser. Und die Eisauswahl wahr nicht gerade die beste.

I usually really enjoy the ice cream it self however, today I asked for a kinder beuno nuggy pot and instead they gave me a chocolate one? Considering how much im paying I said I wanted kinder beuno and she gave me such a dirty look and looked so angry. The strawberrys were also completely frozen like ice cubes so safe to say it was thrown out. Such a shame because they have potential just not the best staff. Also a hello and thank you doesn't hurt.

The service from the two staff members (male and female) today in the Stranmillis shop is substandard at best. I honestly hate going into places where they do not greet customers with a 'hello' and a smile nor say 'thank you' after I say thank you either..... not sure if they hate their job but a smile wouldn't go amiss. One other point, why is the girl behind the counter not wearing her mask over her mouth and nose but instead having it wrapped round her chin?? Your staff need to learn some manners otherwise they shouldn't be working in a customer facing role. This experience totally soured my visit. I only come here for my children and based on today's visit, I will not be back anytime soon.

This ice cream place is to die for !! It is delicious and brillant. The price is fair for how much you get Basically everything is 4 pounds which is very good. they do ice cream, crepes,waffles and coffee

Second visit to this fantastic ice cream shop! First visit was early 2019, not long after they opened, when I was on a weekend trip to Belfast from Glasgow. Second visit was a special pit stop on the way to Ballymoney at the beginning of January 2020. Class place! An excellent range of choice to choose from, and truly wonderful and friendly staff. A first class experience! Was my aunties first visit, and she adored it! Will be recommending it to everyone I know visiting Belfast/Northen Ireland. Keep up the good work team!

been here a few times for traets always bunged which is always a good sign and always very nice, their kinder topping is beaut.

Friendly, efficient staff. We had the nuggy pots and they were delicious. The children loved theirs. We will be back.

I usually go to al gelato on the Ormeau road but I was in stranmillis and tried this place. It wasn’t a patch on al gelato, the flavour of the kinder bueno was just vanilla and the gelato was icy rather than creamy.

Love it so much. Although can be very overcrowded with school pupils when's school is over for the day. I have always found the staff very friendly and I can understand it can be a hard job trying to serve a large queue. Thank you Nugelato for coming to Belfast

Stood in line for a good while, for the staff to ask the person behind me in the queue for their order. Why did they think I was standing there!? Lots of staff wandering round not doing much when there's customers trying to order. First time visiting, didn't get to order or buy anything. Never will buy anything now.

Just as perfect as the Newcastle shop which Is great as it saves a few miles getting there. Nuggy Pot is wonderful, mixup various ice creams and toppings of your choice.

Popped in last week for the first time as a treat for the children. We were fortunate that there was a table available for the 5 of us. The two members of staff were very friendly and helpful but I do feel that they could have done with an extra pair of hands as it was extremely busy. In saying that they were both unflappable and efficient. The children loved the novelty of all the various toppings. I don't feel this parlour would be suitable though for anyone with a nut allergy as a lot of the icecreams, sauces and toppings are nut based.

Come here for the fun of toppings and chocolate sauce but know that the ice cream has no flavour. The “vanilla” is just soft serve ice cream. Tasteless and bland. I was very disappointed.

Use to love going here in the Newry/Newcastle store. Not anymore! The size you receive is a lot smaller now for the price you pay. A year ago you would be giving decent size of brownies on the waffles now you get one piece broke...
