Nudo Sushi Box in Manchester

First time visit, had the futomaki box. Fish quality seems decent but the sushi is bland. Very deceptive use of cucumber to look like avocado from a distance, obviously cheaper. Won’t be returning.

Average sushi but with a hefty price tag. Better elsewhere.

I went yesterday at 17:30 and was closed, I walked 10 m for nothing, here says closed at 19:00 . It’s a lie

other shops of this chain are great but this one fails in service and hours are wrong, never open! nor stocked

Came back here after a few years as the franchise is not yet in the city I currently live, as I was desperately wanting to have a delicious sushi sandwich unlike I've had anywhere else. Unfortunately, I ended up walking into all three establishments in Manchester city centre only to find out that the sushi sandwiches have been discounted from the menu. This was not only shocking but incredibly disappointing as they were such a staple of the brand and also really tasty and well executed. Less one star for the now defunct Nudo sushi sandwiches.

The curries from here are delicious and the portions are substantially-sized. However it really is too expensive for a lunch dish, with the aforementioned curry currently at around £11.

Amazing food, staff are very friendly. Would recommend 👌 100% always get the chicken teriyaki

I attend Nudo relatively regularly and have always been happy with the professional and friendly experience I have there. Today however, a manager/supervisor/owner was in and rudely dressing down the staff member in front of customers which was totally unprofessional and awful to see. The member of staff looked understandably upset. V poor behaviours - I'd never work there.

I actually used to get lunch from here quite often ( 3x a week) however the prices have increased so much that it isn't affordable so now its more like once a fortnight. I understand prices have increased but not much change from £10 for a takeaway teriyaki salmon nigiri is a lot for something that consists of mainly rice??? The food is pretty good quality overall.... its just the price!

Just had it for the first time after walking by it many days. Really over priced for what it is. Wasabi is much better. The sushi is unfortunately fishy... the salmon was OK compared to the tuna. Tuna was so fishy I gagged. I may habe to throw it out. What a waste of $$$. The cooked food may be ok but the bento boxes are mostly rice. I won't personally be going back and I cannot recommend.

Just bought a sushi box for £8.04. The salmon and tuna is so thinly sliced it almost see through as per picture. What a waste of money - have pretty much paid £8.04 for rice!

Obsessed with nudo, the food is always on point and the customer service is always quick. Wish there were more units opened across the country honestly!

It’s pricier than places like itsu for sushi but it’s loads better. Best meal is the chicken curry, they heat it for you and it’s the best meal you can buy for lunch within a 15 minute walk of my office. Costs about £8 but would work great as a dinner if you wanted it. Service can be a bit slow, blunt and disorganised but I bet staff are rushed off their feet. Don’t know why people don’t shout about Nudo more.

Reasonably tasty rice boxes and sushi. A little overpriced and not the best quality but fast service. A lunch here will set you back £7-10.

Quick, tasty and not bad price. Great if you are looking for a quick bite before a show or shopping . Would go again.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and it was a disappointment. I bought a a noodle dish that was way too starchy and not cooked through properly. The tuna sashimi we had was also poor quality. To add insult to injury I was charged extra for an additional soy sauce. Never known this before in any sushi restaurant which may seem petty to point out but...

Quick lunch, okay prices, makes a nice change from sandwiches.

Very poor quality sushi! Clearly frozen then thawed as rice stained with fish colour is a giveaway. Better places within a walking distance.
