We ordered food through for delivery that didn't arrive. The phone number doesn't work so you can't contact any one. Awful service. Avoid. We certainly wouldn't use again. 1-3 days for a refund too, so unfair.

Fast delivery but very spicy, no option to choose non spicy chicken, no mention of spice on menu, tried different options, 3/4 orders all spicy. If there was no spicy I would have said allot better than KFC.

Good value for money, had a leaflet through my door so gave it a go as not many places deliver out to us. Only issue was chicken was very spicy and neither of us knew as doesn't state anywhere on the leaflet or on the order link online. We had no clue what nst stood for until we googled it AFTER. Would have been nice to have been warned or given the option.

I have to praise all the staff in the cafe, the service was excellent as was the food, the portions were very good, I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I will certainly go back again, Thank you to all the staff

This place had been recommended to me by my daughters so went for a birthday treat. Was told we would need to wait twenty minutes as the waffle maker had to heat up. Fair enough. The first two of the four orders came within twenty minutes but the third took a lot longer. The fourth came after about 45 minutes and was just chocolate ice-cream with whipped cream. This should have been prepared in five minutes. Three of us had finished eating at this point. The reason for this was because other customers had come in and were having their orders taken before our order had been prepared. The owners need to have at least two members of staff because with just one person doing everything it is no surprise that people were kept waiting. I won't be going back.

The service was not existent. The team behind the counter were more interested in their own conversation. The cake was dry, tables were sticky and dirty

Someone I know was spiked last weekend and the workers acted like it’s a regular thing. Keep an eye on your drinks or anyone who might be getting too close. Also make sure you look out for each other. You shouldn’t have too but Plush seem to let this sort of thing happen without a care in the world.
