Room next door was a bit loud but stay was good. Biggest room yet for a central London stay

I stayed here because I was doing the London marathon and I wanted somewhere central. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, I found it to be quite noisy which isn't the hotels fault as it is London after all but I'd recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. My one complaint was somebody trying to get into my hotel room, I looked through the peep hole to see a couple with their key card so I opened the door to tell them it was occupied, lady showed me her key card and it had my room number written on it so they'd given them my already occupied room. I did complain about this when checking out and reception were very apologetic.

The hotel check-in time is a joke. Check-in at 3 p.m., and if you want to brush your teeth after lugging your suitcases across half of London, you pay 40 pounds for nothing. If you're good, they'll discount it to 20 pounds to access your room, which, of course, is already ready. My room could fit four people, though.

We enjoyed our stay for a London city trip as a family of four. Family room had enough space for all of us. Very good breakfast. Well located for visiting top sightseeing spots.

Stayed here with two young children on their first trip to London. The staff were amazing, so kind and courteous. The hotel was clean and the food at Keepers was exceptional. Would highly recommended and will be staying again!

We loved this hotel for our family stay, it is ideally located in a quiet area and less than 30 minutes from the main tourist attractions (we did the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge, Borough Market and Tate Modern on foot). We had a great welcome from the whole team, it’s very clean and the hotel restaurant is great. They are very welcoming to children. We recommend and will keep this address for a future trip. THANKS

We were generally satisfied with the hotel and breakfast. However, right after checking in on the first day, our room was given to someone else. They offered two drinks as compensation for this situation, but such a mistake is not acceptable. There is no telephone in the room; When you want something you have to go downstairs. The breakfast was sufficient and quite good in terms of variety.

The hotel was very clean,the staff was friendly and the had a variety of breakfast items wich were all fresh. We have enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice hotel, centrally located near the London Tower Bridge. Hotel is clean, rooms are modern and have all the basic amenities for a good stay. Also rooms are quiet. Big advantage the fact that it has everywhere water filter machines so you can have as much water as you like during your stay. Breakfast is not its strong point; it is kind of basic in terms of variety and quality. Location is good, just 5 minutes from the Tower Hill Tube station. Recommended for leisure or work stay.

Cristian helped us when we arrived, he was very attentive and quick to tell us about facilities and schedules. My wife has celiac disease and at breakfast they brought her a very complete gluten-free breakfast and they were attentive every day we went. The room was very spacious with a good TV, a comfortable mattress and a large shower with good bath gels. The perfect location since it has tranquility and a very close metro station with a good connection. I really liked the hotel, it looks modern and was well taken care of by all the staff. We will return on the next visit

Very centrally located with good connections to underground and bus. Unfortunately there is no view of Tower Bridge, even though it is very close. Very clean hotel with friendly staff & delicious breakfast.

This is a standard Novotel, I didnt encounter any issues while staying here with my family for about 8 nights. Staff was nice. Hotel was well kept. Room was spacious, clean and everything was in order. The daily complimentary nespresso was nice. Good tv with hundreds of channels. Didnt have breaktfast in location, but had dinner one night at the lobby restaurant, which was pleasant and I felt it was reasonably priced. Location was nice as well, just a block a way from the Tower Hill subway station, lots of pubs, cafes and convenience stores within walking distance. You could also easily walk to Tower of London, London Bridge, Queens Walk, and a few other attractions. Even at night, the area surrounding the hotel felt very safe. Would stay here again.

we always like to come back; this was our third stay. There are only positive things to mention: very well located, pleasant rooms, very good restaurant and bar and above all the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. We will be back!

Very well located and decent room, however the breakfast is average, you have to queue for 10 minutes before getting a table, then you queue again to get served and then the queue for the elevator, it's not very pleasant.

Fantastic hotel, comfortable room, clean and spacious enough, with refrigerator and safe. Comfortable mattresses. Very good and varied breakfast buffet. Friendly and attentive service. We have been very comfortable. The area was very good, safe, and with transportation nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for a week trip with two adults and two children. The children slept on a pull-out sofa - completely sufficient for sightseeing. The breakfast was good: in addition to the classic English breakfast, there was also yoghurt, bread and cereals. The team was always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - the nearest underground station can be reached in a few minutes, and it's not far to Tower Bridge or the Thames. Absolutely recommended for a trip to London!

Arrived at 2:30 p.m., room not yet ready even though I am an Accor gold member, luggage left at the hotel to visit London, room OK except that the expected sofa was not there but a small bench, therefore complicated for my 1m80 son. Wc not separated from the bathroom which is a shame. At breakfast, a little confusion, we didn't ask to pay extra even though I had already paid for everything. Otherwise the location is perfect!

Loved an overall experience staying at the hotel. This is my second time at Novotel and never had any complaints. Staff is super friendly and special shout out to Chris for valuable tips. Great man and super friendly. I was placed in a quiet room and everything was on top.

Best location, right next to the tower and the tube station. Breakfast was great. Rooms nice, clean and soundproof. Gladly again! The only minus, only one elevator. Far too little at check-out time.

We stayed at Novotel London Tower Bridge for two nights. The welcome at check-in was nice, but there was no one to assist with our luggage. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue when we entered the room; we found a glass shard on the bed. If we hadn’t noticed it, it could have hurt one of our children. The thought of that happening was very unsettling.

Hello We were here on a short trip for 4 days. The location of the hotel is perfect, beautiful area, 5 minutes walk to Tower Britch, several subway stations nearby. Room was large/clean/quiet. Breakfast was sufficient, not very varied but OK.

The hotel staff knows nothing about customer service.. I’ve stayed in many Novotel hotels and this one is by far the worst.. the staff are on there phones most of the time and you as a customer have to wait for them to finish and then they will acknowledge your presence and maybe will ask you if you need something, they would even look at you and then back on their phones. The room was dirty the amount of dust is unreal..

Comida promedio. El sándwich de pollo tikka grill era promedio. Las patatas eran sosas. Hija tenía pollo tikka masala y mientras le gustaba, el naan que venía con él era como naan de supermercado (casi como pan de pita). No fue horrible, pero definitivamente nada que delatar.

Visité el Keeper’s con mi esposa para una cena, tengo que decir que el pescado y las papas fritas eran muy pobres, estaban empapados con el aceite en el que se cocinaron hasta el punto de que no se podía saborear el pescado, lo que dejó un sabor horrible en la boca, le mostré a un miembro del personal que cuando presionabas el pescado ligeramente con el aceite del tenedor rezumado, que acordaron que no era lo suficientemente bueno. No comí mi comida ya que era horrible, me dijeron que el cargo por servicio no se agregaría a mi factura ya que nos habíamos quejado y ofrecimos un postre gratis que fue rechazado, aunque pagué la cuenta creo que no debería haber cobrado por mi comida ya que no era comestible. He estado anteriormente en el restaurante Novotel en Leeds, que era muy bueno, así que me decepcionó con mi visita a los Keepers.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Fatima and Jenna, the receptionist, during my recent stay, and their service was truly exceptional. Fatima and Jenna was polite, professional, and incredibly patient, even while managing multiple guests simultaneously. They were warm demeanor and attention to detail made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. They were went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and even provided helpful suggestions to enhance my stay. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism paired with genuine kindness. Both of them are true asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend them outstanding service!

Oddly arranged room with a bathroom area without demarcation, the shower and the sink were open to the living space. The sink was almost in the middle of the room...not very practical. The walls of the shower and toilet have a mirror effect and are transparent if the lights are on. The design is therefore rather nice but not at all functional, difficult to maintain privacy in the shower if the light is on or take your shower light off... The neighborhood remains noisy, especially on Saturday evenings; the soundproofing of the windows does not cover all the noise. If the hotel rooms are all designated and arranged in the same way, I would rather recommend this place to people who are not very modest, or to a couple rather than to friends. Otherwise a stone's throw from Tower Bridge metro.

Check in was easy and very friendly, the room (737) was spacious well equipped and spotless. no noise at all from neighbouring rooms. location is excellent next to Tower Hill underground and a short walk to the Tower and Tower pier for trips on the river. Nice welcome gift of chocolate. The only slight problem was the air con system needs instructions to be provided. Everything else what what you expect from a hotel of this standard.

Habíamos estado en una matiné de Potted Panto en Wilton's Music Hall y queríamos una cena temprana para 10 personas antes de volver a casa. Personal muy servicial, mesa disponible y buena elección de comida a un costo razonable. Tuve el teriyaki de salmón que era muy sabroso.

Comfortable, clean and very comfortable hotel. Good location with nearby metro stations to get around the city. And it is very close to some tourist attractions such as the Tower of London, Sky Garden or the Shard. Breakfast and correct bar-restaurant for dinner if you arrive very tired after spending all day in this great city!!! I would return without a doubt.

Great hotel, but extremely expensive in December, like many hotels in London. Metro around the corner, hop-on-hop-off nearby, clean (small) rooms, good breakfast and an okay restaurant. I didn't really like the mattress, but that's personal. Furthermore, a great base for visiting London.

Great overall experience with the hotel. Breakfast is a bit repetative and could use some variation for the warm meals. A good tip is that if you plan to use the sauna, its good to press it on at least 20 min before hand and hit the gym for example.

Hotel very well located in London on Southwark because close to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, City Hall, the Shard, Hays gallery...(among others!). Clean room and spacious enough for 4, with little surprises and a welcome note. Very generous breakfast (all-you-can-eat buffet where sweet and savory products are offered) at an additional cost for around €25/person. A major problem with the sanitary facilities during our stay lowered the rating given to the establishment because although the staff on site did what they could, it was not enough.

The hotel is located next to Tower Bridge and an underground station. Our rooms were bright. The staff is very friendly. The only downside is that the establishment is cashless (like more and more businesses in London) and we also had to pay for our drinks at the restaurant by credit card. To be provided in case your bank card does not allow unlimited card payments abroad.

Great location, the cleanliness of the rooms is great. In the room you have water, Nespresso coffee maker, tea, chocolate....the breakfast buffet is very complete. Hotel to repeat the next visit.

Restaurant management and bar staff let this place down. Brits need to do better. My last trip pre-Brexit most hotels, bars and restaurants were staffed by Europeans and they were usually great. The Maitre D in the restaurant was European and reminded me of the arrogant Parisian waiters of yesteryear, they've learnt, this guy hasn't. Barman had attitude too. Food was also average. Great location, check-in staff were lovely and room was fine, except no milk to make tea or coffee, yet they provide a Nespresso machine. Doh!

The lovely receptionists gave me a warm welcome on arrival and were very helpful and friendly! The room was great. Large and very clean. But the breakfast definitely took center stage during my visit. Can't wait to be back!

I recently stayed at your hotel during my 11-day trip to the UK, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by an issue at check-in. Due to the enforcement of certain policies, I was unexpectedly required to pay an additional 1,155 GBP for an extra room for four days to accommodate my 5-year-old daughter. While I did pay this amount, it was done reluctantly. I believe that Novotel, a brand I consistently choose for my travels regardless of the country, could implement more family-friendly policies that accommodate young children without imposing such significant additional costs. This experience has left a negative impression on what was meant to be a memorable family vacation.

The service was wonderful. Very impressed with the kitchen AND the bar. A fantastic pornstar martini by Quentin, so good I ordered another. Manuel was excellent and his lovely service should be noted! They both even sung me a happy birthday, which cheered me up. Again, thank you guys for a lovely stay. Cristina was wonderful during breakfast, she very attentive and friendly. The whole team was great 😊

Good location, Nice rooms - if only they let you in when you arrive late

I was satisfied with the welcome upon arrival at the hotel. The staff was very receptive. In terms of the room, the size was quite correct. I appreciated the bedding. The bathroom was user friendly. However, no drinks in the minibar. I really wonder what this minibar is for... We are still in an executive room! In terms of breakfast, I am quite disappointed by the fruit juices in the machine. They are disgusting. There is a choice in the buffet. I find it a shame that for the country of tea, there are no small cups and teapots to serve breakfast tea with lemon. In terms of the location of the hotel, I notice that it is very well located...

Perfect location: bus and subway can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Tower Hill Station. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel restaurant is recommended, reasonable prices. Particularly suitable for families with children (family policy: children up to 16 years receive free breakfast when accompanied by a parent)

Hotel facilities very good. Room was very clean. Good shower. You have to get water from a corridor for making a drink not good. Reception very polite and efficient. Breakfast has plenty of choice and a good coffee machine. Found the hot breakfast luke warm. Had a problem at the bar area by rude bar tender, complained at hotel reception who apologised and rectified situation. Great location but needs some points addressing to get higher rating.

Funny story… I came to London for work, and after my work conference I was slated to check out of my business hotel and meet my family in time for check in to have a long weekend stay at the Novotel London Bridge. I didn’t realize that there was also a LONDON TOWER BRIDGE hotel, and made my way to the WRONG HOTEL to meet my family! The staff at the Tower Bridge Hotel were beyond kind and empathetic. I have to wonder how often this happens, lol. Either way, they called a taxi for me and ensured that I was comfortable and reassured me that they were there to help. I was super, super impressed. So often in big cities you lose the kindness and hospitality, and these guys were the best!

This is an excellent hotel for both business and leisure stays. It is in a great location and was recently refurbished so the rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff are professional and friendly, and were proactive as well.

From arrival to departure everything worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and very attentive! Special requests were promptly fulfilled. Since we had to leave at 4 a.m., we were given our breakfast on the way to the airport. The room was very nice and very clean! The hotel is located near the Tower and Tower Bridge, the subway is a 5-minute walk away, the restaurant in the hotel has an extensive drinks menu, the prices are reasonable. All in all very recommendable!

The hotel is close to Tower Hill tube station and the London Tower/Tower Bridge. The restaurant/pub is very cozy and the food is really good. The breakfast is rich and fresh. Gladly again :-)

Great location, nice rooms, horrific catering, the restaurant is terrible, the room service is terrible. A "flat white" was some nasty filter coffee with frothy milk on top. The steak was a £3 fatty cut from Tesco for £30 with a service charge already added. Really terrible food.

Trying to receive my invoice since a couple of days. Mails get ignored and when I call them, they simply put me in a que for 30 minutes and just hang off afterwards. Rooms are quite nice though they are noisier than you'd expect reagrding the location which has nothing to offer in the evening/at night. It's London and therefore quite expensive as well. But one of the better deals you can find. Would stay here again - if I'd receive my invoice...

Very bad experience and impolite staff

From Tower Hill Underground Station you can reach the hotel in 5 minutes. A very friendly employee welcomed us at the reception. Check-in was very easy. The room was very clean, quite large and comfortable. There was enough storage space. The bathroom was also quite large and very clean. At night the hotel was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. From the hotel you can reach various subway, bus or train stops in just a few minutes. There is a good restaurant right in the hotel with good food and a nice bar. All in all, there is nothing wrong with the hotel. Very nice hotel in a perfect location.

Room was VERY hot and there is no AC. The window opened a mere crack. The fan was ineffective. There are insufficient amenities to provide a good experience. The bed is very small and the pillows not great. I woke up with a stiff neck. Comparing this room to the Hammersmith Novotel - this one is very lacking. The welcome here was adequate but not to the level of Hammersmith.

Great. Just a stones throw from Fenchurch Street Train station and Tower Hill underground as well as about 50 metres from the main road to Tower Bridge for buses. Excellent room. Shower powerful and clean. A slight pong from drains, but this is common in the area and is not against the hotel - is a drainage issue in the locale.

Upscale hotel, ideal for a private or business trip. The rooms are clean, spacious and modernly furnished. The subway and DLR are within walking distance for arrival and departure. There are also rooftop bars with views of Tower Bridge, numerous restaurants and of course the Thames nearby.
