Novi & Co in Bromley

The coffee and cakes here are sensational. I'm serious about coffee; it is an obsession. I source my own green coffee beans, roast them and work hard to be a good barista. Hence I am always dissatisfied with coffee 'out'. I fell upon this place while waiting to pick-up my wife from the hospital yesterday. It is the best prepared coffee I've had out in recent years. The one that came close cost £8.50 from a Michelin star restaurant. The only down side is that I need a better excuse to go back! The service was great too. Keep-up the great work.

Staff are fantastic and the owner is a top top fella The shop is well presented and super inviting! Love the way they measure out the bang on correct weight for the perfect coffee ! But for me the oatmilk chai latte is just phenomenal! The cake/cookie selection is bloody decent too !

The coffee here is sumptuous! And the desserts are fantastic too and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend.

I really love this little coffee shop. Really good quality drinks, made with care. The cookies and cakes are phenomenal - so tasty and freshly made. Gorgeous pink cups for takeaway and lovely seating areas to sit and watch the world go by. Truly a hidden gem

Visited with my 4-year-old daughter in Feb 22, and we had a cappuccino and a croissant. The croissant was very nice, but the cappuccino was made, as seems to be the case in the UK, with a double-shot of coffee, the milk foam was too liquid, and overall the drink was far too big. From the point of view of an Italian, the cappuccino was nothing of the sort - if anything it was more of a "soup" than a coffee. Moreover, we badly needed the toilet, but were told it was out of the service, and seems to have been so for a while, as the excuse was that because of the pandemic they had been closed for a while and now the toilet was basically full of boxes. Considering that it is February 2022, this is an unreasonable excuse and should be mended right away. This is important to keep in mind if you are a family and/or with people who might need access to the toilet.

I visited a couple of months ago and liked the coffee. Yesterday I visited whilst waiting for another place to open and asked if they would be prepared to host a table for a Cafe Bridge event if a certain other place failed to open. This they did and I hope they gained a nice little boost from the players buying. I know my colleague Victor Lesk spent time there as well. Unfortunately Navi & Co currently don't have the facilities to cater for lunches other than say sandwiches and so the players went to the White Horse nearby but returned in the afternoon. Uniquely the cafe provide (unlike the four big chains) a little beaker of water when serving coffee in - never seen this before though friends have advised me this is not uncommon abroad.

Exceptional service, amazing selection of drinks, cakes and light meals. Spotlessly clean and well priced. It is the service though that make this place. Friendly from the time you walk through the door. Nice to chillax away from the standard high street coffee shop chains.

A trip to the nearby medical centre deserves a food and coffee treat afterwards. The staff are lovely and this place is baby and buggy friendly as well as business and catch-up chatter perfect. We had a little wait (overlooked but apologies made) for our coffees yesterday, but goodness they were worth it!

Wish I had discovered this cafe sooner. Great coffee, carefully made. Tempted by the cakes but have to forego just now. Will be back.

- Quality (AllPress) coffee. - Delicious home-made cakes and sweet Italian treats (cannoli is tooo tempting every time!). - Freshly-made savouries perfect for a light lunch. - Friendly, caring service. - Characterfully decorated with fresh flowers a nice touch. Everything about Novi & Co is authentic (the real deal). The owners are constantly tweaking things to improve what is already a fine establishment - they care deeply about the quality of their service. We are so lucky to have this place in Beckenham and WE LOVE IT!

Haven’t been able to return here for a while, but glad I managed to again. Enjoyed a great cup of barista served coffee together with a homemade slice of turmeric, lemon and ginger cake. Service was prompt and polite in a relaxed atmosphere.

Not many people in here and I think I know why. Woman at counter seemed very stressed/tense which showed and my latte was warm-border line cold and to strong to be a latte also. Not a good environment to relax in. Should have gone to costa.

Ok. First point is to nitpick with TripAdvisor. A spot of pedantry, but this Coffee House is in Beckenham, not Bromley. Beckenham may be in the London Borough of Bromley, but listing this as Bromley is like listing Paddington Railway Station as being in Westminster. Okay, pointless pedantry rant aside. This is a pleasant addition to coffee shops in Beckenham. The staff were pleasant and the service was good. Stopped long enough for a Latte, a bite to eat, and a chaser with a Dirty Chai Latte ( and finding coffee shops who do a decent Dirty Chai ain't easy). Warm enough to be comfortable, not overly noisy given that it was relatively busy. Decent toilet facilities. Would heartily recommend.

This cafe has one of the friendliest baristas. He takes his time but makes a great silky smooth coffee. The cafe also offers alternatives to dairy and wheat. I love deco and old world coffee house feel to this place.

Novi & Co is the coffee shop that surpasses any expectations you had. From coffee that makes you wonder why you spent so long at any chain coffee shops before, to the cosy and welcoming environment. Daniel, the owner, takes great pride in serving the best coffee and taking time to talk to you, making you feel even more welcomed and cosy. His staff also follow his approach and you're never left standing silently and feeling awkward; it's entirely opposite at Novi & Co. The quality of both the coffee and food is exceptional and I'd rather spend my time an and money here than any chain again. They really raise the standard you expect in coffee shops now.

First visit at the weekend... not to be the last... really excellent quality coffee... robust and round flavour. I expect there's a whole story about how this is achieved... but just go and enjoy! Great cakes etc too

I have visited here on many occasions and always found the coffee and food to be of an excellent standard with the service just as good from the polite and friendly staff who work there. Owner Daniel always takes time to talk with his customers and which adds to the visit experience. Would highly recommend this great independent coffee house over any of the usual High Street chains.

So pleased with this place. Excellent coffee, incredibly friendly staff, delicious cakes and pastries, plus a small lunch menu of tasty ciabatta sandwiches. More coffee shops should be like this.The only way thing that’s missing is a baby change table in the loos. I’ll definitely be back.

If you looking for a good coffee shop other than the usual high street chains, Novi & Co is well worth a visit. Excellent choice of drinks and amazing cakes. Service is truly excellent. I strongly recommend.
