Top barman. Unbelievable service Anthony a top fella I’m a member at the gym and it’s always great to see Anthony when having a pint in the hotel. Hope everyone who comes in here gets the pleasure of being served by Anthony he’s a top top bloke. Absolute class

Lovely family meal. Food was good. Service by Anthony & Sabine was excellent. Nice atmosphere to have our meal whilst staying at the hotel.

Nos alojamos en el hotel en numerosas ocasiones y decidimos finalmente probar el restaurante. Definitivamente no nos decepcionaron. Familia de 2 adultos, 17 años, 12 años y 10 años y algo para todos. La comida era deliciosa, el servicio era extremadamente rápido y entregado por personal muy amable. Una experiencia gastronómica encantadora como un regalo antes de Navidad y volveremos al 100% pronto.

Servida por Lit para el almuerzo. Él no podría ser más servicial desde el momento en que le pregunté si podíamos llevar a nuestro perro para el almuerzo. Trajo agua sin pedir. . para nuestro perro, durante todo nuestro almuerzo Lit fue muy agradable, profesional y eficiente. Nuestra comida y bebidas era muy fresco y delicioso. Sin duda volveremos cuando visite a nuestro hijo de nuevo. Gracias Lit por lo de ayer.

Cenamos y desayunamos. El servicio fue absolutamente brillante. El hotel estaba lleno y aunque esperamos un poco para nuestra cena, nos avisaron oportunamente y bien vale la pena esperar. Felicitaciones especiales a Holly Mcgauley cuya ética de trabajo está fuera de serie.

La reserva (para el 9 ) fue ignorada por lo que no se preparó ningún cuadro. Muy poco personal por lo que el servicio era lento. Por el lado positivo, la comida era bastante buena.

Really lovely restaurant, very helpful staff warm and welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The manager Anthony was really accommodating friendly and went of his way with drinks food.

Good choice on the menu, we did a preorder as this speeds things up during the lunch break. As soon as we arrived we ordered drinks at the bar. Once we sat down the food started to arrive.

The food was expensive . Quality was not up to the price . I ordered a £15.00 Hamburger . Asked if I needed to order sides I was told it comes with chips and onion rings . It came witv3 onion rings and a few chips . The burgers had very little flavour . I didn’t eat there the second night

Food and service was spot on and good value for money. Sabrina the waitress was very attentive. Next time we are in Cardiff we'll be back.

Drinks, seating, decor and staff good. Music repetitive techno torture.. I could not stand it. Was going to eat here but had to leave! Please no music. It was SO BAD.

As a rule, I wouldn’t usually stay in a city hotel restaurant for food when there is so much choice elsewhere on the doorstep. However, having arrived late after a long day travelling this was really the best option. Being dog friendly also helped! Service wasn’t over friendly; but was efficient and fast. Food was tasty and decent portion sizes. Just over £50 for a main, sides and drinks for two was brilliant value. Would definitely use again if the situation arose.

Our group (of 6) was staying next door at the Ibis and the staff recommended it. We enjoyed a few hours of relaxed drinking and noshing. Our main server was very nice and responsive, but there seemed to only be two people working that evening...

Nice decor, music, friendly staff. Possibly the worst bar management I’ve ever seen. Ordering drinks requires a staff member to type into a computer and then follow instructions. Takes forever to get two simple drinks. Whoever’s in charge needs replacing.
