Nottingham Falafel in Nottingham

I was not impressed, I paid 6.90 for 3 tiny falafal buns and a weird salad, I would not buy again from this place. Overall the food was overpriced and did not fill me up. I do not recommend eating at this cafe

Had the meal for 2- really good and great value. Reminded us of holiday. Smiley service and nice to sit in the shade. Lunch for 2 with drink about £24 with drinks

Went on Saturday Aug 6th. Fabulously helpful staff, explained the menu, and guided us through. Had the turkish falafel meal deal, the meal was large, cooked fantastically, really nice chilli sauce, and selection of vegetables. Chips were fresh and not greasy. Excellent choice, not been before, will go again when again Nottingham

Friendly staff, great food and great prices. Loved sitting out in the sunshine, watching the world go by while eating meze. We will definitely return.

This place has a terrific underlying concept, and it's doing some things really well, but the main product could use some work. Having three variants with different condiments--Iraqi, Palestinian and Turkish--is pretty cool. The pita bread is billed as freshly baked, and I can well believe it--it was excellent. So was their baba ghanouj. However, while I'm not sure just what the falafel was missing--whether it was garlic or other herbs and spices--it was in any event quite bland. And while it wasn't as stale as the warmed-over falafel balls one sometimes encounters at takeaways, neither did it really announce itself as freshly made. A falafel restaurant on Market Square is a great idea--but then, the falafel needs to be not just ok, but outstanding. Based on my visit today, I'd say this place isn't quite there yet. I hope to see better reviews in the future--if so, I'll gladly go back.

Me and my buddy went for shisha £20 a pipe we receive them 10 mins later soon as we hit them it was like smoking a bag of charcoal honestly was impossible to inhale it we left as soon as possible and went to Saracens highly recommended best shisha place in notts by far

Very tasty, crispy falafel in good bread with different variations of vegetables and hummus. Nice to sit outside and look over the market when its warm

Best falafel in Nottingham. I've always found this place clean and welcoming. The staff are amazing and the food is *chef's kiss*. Best halloumi or falafel sandwich in Nottingham.

Concerns about falafel Nottingham store. This place is a HEALTH, HYGIENE & SAFETY DEATH TRAP! it is filthy, disgusting inside and outside. Outside the tables are filthy, food all over the floor. Upstairs is extremely uninviting and scruffy, completely needs a renovation, dirty corridor, food on the floor not cleaned up. The staff look very unhappy and stressed. I observed EXTREMELY SERIOUS & CONCERNING DANGEROUS PRACTICES including staff washing pots right next to food being prepared, splashes of dishwater going into the hummus at the side. Work surfaces filthy, disinfectant cleaner at the side of the salad tray, I even noticed one girl using a takeaway bag folded to transfer a hot tray! All the food preparation areas have cross contamination, using same spoons to serve different foods, comes and raw and vegetable dishes. I sense this business is struggling, this maybe so, as the portion sizes are A TOTAL RIP OFF. Also I could not see, or locate any food hygiene rating certificate

Spotted Falafel on a day trip to Nottingham meeting friends. Good choice of menu. Food was delicious and really reasonably priced. The staff were very polite and helpful. Will definitely return.
