We have visited the Northumberland Arms twice in the last few days, and on each occasion, the food has been superb. The staff are friendly without being familiar and the food is served promptly with excellent presentation. I have to dig deep to find any negatives, the only - very minor - one being that I would have liked a fork as well as a spoon with which to eat dessert. Highly recommended.

We had a takeaway tonight £33 and absolutely not good value for money. Will put it on alnwick matters and coastal custodian.we live here so totally ripped off.there were only 2 of us mixed starter and 2 mains.

I love the yung chow fried rice. Always order it, but with a few starters. Always hot and tasty. Never been disappointed.
