Top quality pre drinks venue, situated perfectly for a transition from town to the barbican. Friendly staff and the live music is a big plus.

Great bar that is tucked away under the large Leonardo hotel on Exeter Street, great bar whether it is during the day or into the evening. Nice comfy armchairs and great selection of spirits, you also get to pet a couple of little doggos too !

I found this little place as I have a friend that lives near by. It is a lovely little place to wind down on a Friday evening. They don't really do food other than this particular salt beef bagel and it is gorgeous. It comes in a buttery bagel with loads of salt beef, sweet pickles and American mustard. It is such a nice combination of flavours. The resident doggo there is this cute little thing I have put a picture of too. They do a lovely coffee and a nice selection of different drinks including interesting rums and gins. These have inspired some of my drinking choices since we have started going here in fact. The staff are always friendly and happy to have a chat. It feels like a bit of a proper local.

Gin tasting! Cam in for the gin tasting and it was such a lovley place. The gin tasted amazing, the service was top tier and I can't recommend it enough. Definitely coming back again.

We always visit here for drinks and food and love the atmosphere. The owners recently hosted a karaoke night for us which went down a treat. Highly recommend

Love this place!!! Foods AMAZING and great selection of wines, Tarquin gins and beers etc. One of Plymouths hidden gems, without a doubt. Minutes walk from the Barbican and Seconds from Ebrington street. The music nights and Sunday afternoon Karaokes wonderful.👍

Very small coffee bar and alcoholic establishment ... the staff member was most helpful especially pointing out the 'token for a free drink after six offer' that was electronically put onto the phone for me. This place is extremely small I should imagine having a dozen people in it would actually fill it up ! It played lovely sunny coastal video images on a very large wall. Only downside of last night there was no running water in the toilets but we disappointed in that ... not very hygienic

Been meaning to visit this place for ages, I visited on a Friday night. People sit round the bar and music plays in the background at a good volume so you can talk. Pleasant lady runs the place, greeted with a smile and very polite. Will definitely be making this a regular!

very cute little bar/cafe. they have a quiz on wednesday nights at 7pm and have good beers on tap. have gone other times and enjoyed their soup and bread and cappucinos. overall great little place. love that it is family owned and often has the same people in!

Off the beaten track this small family-run Bar is a must visit for a chilled evening, or a disco night out with live music events. Offering a good range of respectfully priced drinks including cocktails on tap and premium Gins. Staff go the extra mile and when offered the homemade chips/toasties are lovely! Well worth a visit!

We had a lovely evening sat in the heart of Plymouth safely distanced . The owners could not have been more friendly and live music from Alex Hart. Perfect.!!!

Rather disappointing. We were charged 50p more for a milk alternative (Oat milk). The cappuccino's were also very bitter and this led to the milk curdling.

Accommodating vibes, tactile coffee cups, exceptional chocolate brownie slices. I have been a handful of times and always savour my visits - it is not fancy but it is relaxed. Feels like an extension of my own livingroom.

This is a great little locally owned cafe not far from the barbican. We went for an evening meal there having a round of burgers, everything was fresh, juicy and delicious! The staff are really welcoming, smiley and friendly. The place itself it's decorated really nicely with big windows and great indoor/outdoor seating. Everything is very reasonably priced especially for the quality of food and customer service you receive. Couldn't recommend this place enough and will be going again.

Popped in due to seeing an offer for free coffee with cake. Ended up having the best brownie experience. Owner was very friendly and told us about all their different cakes. Will go again for sure!

Ordered take away through Just Eat. Food was fresh and good quality, could tell it was freshly cooked to order. Impressed with the customer service, the rider from Just Eat didn't arrive to collect, so a member of the cafe staff brought our order to us to ensure that we got our order. Thank you Cafe Kiss.

Kiss cafe is a wonderful cozy restaurant I only today have found and ordered here (infact I'm still eating my chips as I type). The staff are brilliant kind and know what they are talking about. The meal deal (a lovely cheeseburger chips and can of drink for £5 which you will be hard pressed to find in other places) came promptly and was well cooked. The burger was juicy and tasty and it's home made from scratch. The chips were also well cooked (usually I'd have hard chips in places like this but not here). Even now I'm eying up their shakes. Keep an eye on this one. It's going places. And I would recommend anyone and everyone check this place out.

The stench of the urine soaked subway right outside is overwhelming enough, then you get blasted in the face by the extractor vent from the kitchen. You'll witness the staff sneeze into their han, then continue to serve drinks and food without washing off their germs. Coffee was absolutely horrendous, food was mediocre

This is one of my favourite cafes ever, let alone just in Plymouth. Staff are very friendly and the food is delicious and you get great quantities. Need two people to finish one of their sandwiches!! Their burgers are great too, only a fiver for a burger and chips combo. Would highly recommend :-)

I had the lunchtime burger and chips deal for £5 and was very happy with what I got. A very generous portion of chips and the burger was extremely tasty. Allegedly the best ham egg and chips in Plymouth. I will be back to try..

My go to place in Plymouth. I love that the ingredients in all the dishes are sourced locally. There is not compromise on quality or taste. The two behind this place are passionate about food and service and it comes across in what they do. A decent cup of coffee too. If you live in Plymouth, passing through or you are heading in there, be sure to stop by this lovely little place.

Interesting place. Trying to be modern but lacking behind on the coffee and food front. Automatic coffee machine doesn't quite cut it. Food is very tasty but just doesn't quite have the wow or "instagram" ready factor which would mean you could forgive the coffee. Lovely staff but could do with a trained batista and some market research done on some other high end brunch/lunch stops. Huge potential but not quite there just yet. Maybe that's just me being a millennial.

The food is the closest you will get to homemade and you have the option of choosing your own music that will play in the cafe. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite or a coffee.

Awesome food, my husband loved the blue cheese burger. I had bean casserole which I highly recommend. The service is amazing. The lady with glasses is so lovely and the welcome u get is amazing. High chairs available which is a bonus and a chest full of toys to entertain my little boy. Will be returning and looking Frwd to trying more on the menu. 😘

Lovely atmosphere, ate there on Thursday night as I was staying overnight in local hotel. Food was lovely and staff extremely pleasant and natural. None of this have a nice day rubbish had the asking you every five minutes it everything is OK. Must, polite, to leaving you in piece to eat your meal and making you feel comfortable. Will definitely be eating there again when I next visit Plymouth.
