Pho in Plymouth

I have not had the opportunity to visit the restaurant or the beautiful city of Plymouth to enjoy the food here. However, just looking at the photos posted by customers, I already see the flavors and colors of Vietnam. We wish the restaurant a prosperous business to bring Vietnamese flavors to friends in the UK and the world.

Pathetic, disgusting, and cheap attempt of the real thing. Dont try again. Trademark your own food, not ours.

Chloe was great, made sure the chefs knew about my allergy and was friendly.

Tried out this restaurant for the first time and the food was phenomenal. We had excellent service from our lovely server Natalie. Would definitely recommend coming here if you're a fan of asian fusion food.

Portion sizes quite modest for the classics, a server called Sharlene was very considerate of my wants and needs.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Louis Rodwell Chai, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a delightful meal. The menu is a wonderful blend of traditional and contemporary dishes, showcasing a variety of flavors that cater to all tastes. I opted for their signature chai, which was expertly brewed and perfectly spiced, offering a comforting and aromatic experience. The accompanying snacks were equally impressive; the samosas were crispy and filled with a deliciously seasoned potato mix that left me wanting more. The service was another highlight of my visit. The staff was called louis rodewell chaiattentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations without being intrusive. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my experience enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Louis Rodwell Chai to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. Whether you're a chai enthusiast or simply in search of great food, this place is a gem that deserves a visit!

My husband and I are over from Spain for Christmas. Had a fantastic meal at Pho. Food was beautifully cooked. Lovely and fresh. Flavors were amazing. Chloe our server was very friendly and attentive. Our whole experience was great

The Phó xào with the "This Isn’t Chicken" is the best fried noodle dish I’ve ever eaten and the service from our waitress Chloe was outstanding. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and cared for. Chloe was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring our glasses were full and that we had everything we needed. She also had excellent knowledge of the menu, gave great recommendations and accommodated our dietary preferences with ease. Her friendly demeanour and genuine enthusiasm added so much to the experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Josie was a super waitress, very attentive and with good recommendations, especially the coffee! Food was delicious, chicken wings and squid starters were amazing and the crab noodle soup was divine. Fresh flavours and well presented.

Another visit to Pho , for the second time in the last few weeks. This time for lunch, it was as delicious as our dinner. The calamari was so soft and my beef noodles were superb. Josie was our waitress and she was extremely attentive ,her customer service skills were excellent. Thanks for a lovely lunch, we will be back soon!

Impromptu decision to pop into Pho resulted in a fantastic flavourful food experience. The pork spring rolls were our favourite. But everything was delicious. Service was excellent too . Good tip to wrap the spring rolls in lettuce with fresh mint. Thank you Josie.

I will start this review saying it was a busy day so it was stressful on the staff) I was very disappointed in the service from the start. When he took our order he seemed very manic and eager to walk away. I felt very rushed and stressed. It took us 2 HOURS to receive our mains and no one warned us how long the wait would be!! The staff were standing around and acting silly. The tables around us were filthy and we didn’t even get our starters yet. The food was disappointing!!! their beef pho always tastes like feet and too salty!!!! I am vegan of 3 years and was served real chicken until they realised!!!!!!! The amount of prawns my friend got is a joke !!! If they are running low don’t serve it!!!! It was terrible!! No check backs., no new chopsticks and no water refills!!! NEW COMMENTS: Last time I was here (another shot) They charged us for their mistakes!!! So bad

Ordered the king prawn curry noodle soup today and it only had two pieces of prawn in it. Bit pricey for what I’m getting

Had really dinner with my friends the case is absolutely awesome and fantastic and the weekend boy who serve our table called Louis he’s very patient and giving a good service to us and it’s a top notch service that I have. I will probably come back again with my crowd next time.

5th visit in 3 months - never been before arriving in Plymouth and now i cant stop coming. A great menu with something for everyone - staff are more than willing to make tailored recommendations - one visit was as a party of 6 with many first time dinners. Ive been served by a different member of staff every time and it has never been anything less than excellent. Always clean and a wonderful atmosphere - pleasant background music and a variety of seating arrangements available from solo dinner to party of 12, again tailorable depending on your desire to be surrounded by other dinners or in the privacy of a booth.
