The staff was called louis rodewell chaiattentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations without being intrusive. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my experience enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Louis Rodwell Chai to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. My husband and I are over from Spain for Christmas. Had a fantastic meal at Pho. Food was beautifully cooked. Lovely and fresh. Flavors were amazing. Chloe our server was very friendly and attentive. Our whole experience was great

The Phó xào with the "This Isn’t Chicken" is the best fried noodle dish I’ve ever eaten and the service from our waitress Chloe was outstanding. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and cared for. Chloe was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring our glasses were full and that we had everything we needed. She also had excellent knowledge of the menu, gave great recommendations and accommodated our dietary preferences with ease. Her friendly demeanour and genuine enthusiasm added so much to the experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Josie was a super waitress, very attentive and with good recommendations, especially the coffee! Food was delicious, chicken wings and squid starters were amazing and the crab noodle soup was divine. Fresh flavours and well presented.

Another visit to Pho , for the second time in the last few weeks. This time for lunch, it was as delicious as our dinner. The calamari was so soft and my beef noodles were superb. Josie was our waitress and she was extremely attentive ,her customer service skills were excellent. Thanks for a lovely lunch, we will be back soon!

Impromptu decision to pop into Pho resulted in a fantastic flavourful food experience. The pork spring rolls were our favourite. But everything was delicious. Service was excellent too . Good tip to wrap the spring rolls in lettuce with fresh mint. Thank you Josie.

I will start this review saying it was a busy day so it was stressful on the staff) I was very disappointed in the service from the start. When he took our order he seemed very manic and eager to walk away. I felt very rushed and stressed. It took us 2 HOURS to receive our mains and no one warned us how long the wait would be!! The staff were standing around and acting silly. The tables around us were filthy and we didn’t even get our starters yet. The food was disappointing!!! their beef pho always tastes like feet and too salty!!!! I am vegan of 3 years and was served real chicken until they realised!!!!!!! The amount of prawns my friend got is a joke !!! If they are running low don’t serve it!!!! It was terrible!! No check backs., no new chopsticks and no water refills!!! NEW COMMENTS: Last time I was here (another shot) They charged us for their mistakes!!! So bad

Had really dinner with my friends the case is absolutely awesome and fantastic and the weekend boy who serve our table called Louis he’s very patient and giving a good service to us and it’s a top notch service that I have. I will probably come back again with my crowd next time.

5th visit in 3 months - never been before arriving in Plymouth and now i cant stop coming. A great menu with something for everyone - staff are more than willing to make tailored recommendations - one visit was as a party of 6 with many first time dinners. Ive been served by a different member of staff every time and it has never been anything less than excellent. Always clean and a wonderful atmosphere - pleasant background music and a variety of seating arrangements available from solo dinner to party of 12, again tailorable depending on your desire to be surrounded by other dinners or in the privacy of a booth. Came to Pho Restraunt for my birthday meal, I have been here a few times before, tonight's service from Charlie our server was amazing, he was very professional, and he couldn't of been more helpful when it came to my allergies, as I have alot. Food was amazing as always and this was the first time coming here for my partner, and he was overwhelmed by how good it is here. So thank you, my birthday meal has been amazing.

We have had an amazing evening once more. We have been to several pho restaurants and this is by far a step above the rest. The service is always amazing, we especially loved our chat with Charlie who made us feel so comfortable, and they know how to make a spicy curry spicy! We will definitely be back again, thank you to the team (especially Charlie)

Having gone to Pho on Saturday, I have only good things to say, from the Asian style booths, to the delicious food we had. Service was outstanding, the food was immense at a good price! Will definitely be returning!

We were served today by Ivy, she was incredibly attentive, personable and understanding. Very helpful when it came to dietary requirements as well. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

I don't normally leave reviews, but we had such a lovely experience at Pho! Great atmosphere and friendly staff + the food is really delicious, especially the Cha Cha dish containing Tilapia fish, super tasty and fresh!

A long wait for some awful food. Very busy filling takeaway orders. Diners have to wait. Very noisy makes conversation impossible. Not recommended

Got the tofu and mushroom soup with a chicken broth. Came out quickly and was nice and hot! I'm not much for spice so I was plesently surprised to find they had plenty of options for those of us with less adventurous pallets 😅 The waitress was friendly and the vibes where super chill and Cozy. Lovely place to stop for lunch!

Food is good and full of flavour.

First time ever trying Vietnamese Food, and was absolutely stunned with how amazing the food was. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and gave great advice regarding the menu. Overall a brilliant evening.

It’s a chain so you know what you’re getting but the food was solid. The staff were so attentive and friendly and also very helpful when asked for advice on the menu. A really enjoyable place with a nice atmosphere.

A very disappointing experience. Food was bland, the stir fried noodles were under cooked and there were clumps of rough flavourless ginger stuck together intermixed. The dishes generally lacked flavour. The servers were polite but our order was wrong despite it being repeated and we didn’t receive an order, although weren’t charged. The price was extortionate considering the actual contents of the dishes. This was a real miss as Pho has previously been enjoyable. It could be because of new staff due to student jobs, but it was a really poor example and would advise you to avoid.
