Been eating here for years and years , The food is top notch and the service is excellent , The staff are great and helpful if your unsure what to get , I adore the 3 roasties dish ! Duck , char Sui pork and crispy belly pork with rice or noodles is amazing as is most of the dishes served here

Best dimsum in town in my opinion. Great deals on Saturdays or for dinner when you are with a group. Free dessert every time too!

Absolutely wonderful delivery from Noodle Inn. Heard great things, and they truly lived up to the expectations! Beef Ho Fun and char siu bao were delightful. A little on the expensive side, but worth it for authentic Cantonese food. Thank you!

Hong kong chicken was stale, reheated tough chewy, it was inedible. Ribs extremely fatty, tasted stale. Egg fried rice plain and bland. Whole order binned.

This is our go to chinese restaurant, food is great everything and the staff are really friendly. 10/10

Revisit - Possibly different owners, service was full marks couldn't ask for more and very helpful. We possibly over ordered, due to kids one liking one thing and another not, a friendly subtle reminder to tell us takeaway boxes will cost extra for certain things. The big plates and big bowls are still the same size as before, though not as big as the originals. The Chinese roast pork still the same not cooked like the original first visit, more boiled than oven roasted with glaze honey on Luke traditional way cooking. But this seems to be the norm in many places now. Parking not far away in a car park, free parking after 4pm. £1 a hour max 2 hours.

Disgraceful attitude from the older women ! I have eaten here for a long time frequently. Last week I was in the city working and wanted to eat and use my laptop, so I could Finnish up over lunch . I asked for a slightly larger table ( one that 2 could sit at ) The lady looked at me in disgust and said " no , you are one you have this table " , and pointed to a tiny table in the far corner. I was taken back by her abrupt attitude and agreed. I sat down and realised that my phone battery was about to die and needed it to connect to the laptop , so I took out my charger from my briefcase and asked the lady if she could charge it .. This lady then checked with the lady who seated me and she looked at me in disgust again and said no ! I explained I was on a working lunch but they simply kept repeating no !? .. They didn't give any explanation to why and were hostile!? I tried to explain I was a regular and that unfortunately I had to work through lunch but they kept looking at me and repeating "No" !!?? ... It was shameful behaviour! .. I said that i would have no choice but to leave because of my work and she simply said "you leave" ... NEVER , EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE ! .. I watched as they welcomed Chinese customers full of smiles and conversation, so at this point, I did leave and I won't be returning. They are obviously RACIST.

Delicious noodles and very kind delivery

We’ve ordered from here lots of times but I don’t know what went wrong today. Ordered the salt chilli ribs and got some horrible sticky sweet ones, one portion of noodles missing, the food was cold and the sweet sour prawns were congealed. Really not up to the usual standard. Really disappointed

Our first try and definitely our last one! The food arrived on time,but not worm. The chicken was fried at least few times(maybe they couldn’t sell it before our order) so it’s was so obvious that it’s no fresh and so hard to cut it with the knife. The pork was with funny colour, the dish was full with rice, but not with the meat. We spent £40 for meal and we’re still starving. I don’t recommend this restaurant! We should spend another £ 30 to eat fresh and normal food! Stay away of this place !

Soup had leaked completely in the bag

The service attitude of the waiter is poor, the female waiter is rude and does not want to greet Hong Kong people. The food quality is very average, with MSG and too much oil. The porridge was not hot enough, there were no shrimps in the siomai, and the food value for money was lower than other restaurants in the same area. Recently, friends have informed me that they will go to other restaurants in the same district and will no longer go there. I went for lunch a few days ago and finally understood why everyone was going to other Chinese restaurants/restaurants instead.

Average cheap food. Nothing special. Not bad but not tasty either. Duck was dry. Largish portions. I prefer quality than quantity

Going for lunch today Serving tea, ordering, and placing orders, the two AR ladies treated me completely transparently and did not want to say hello at all. It’s all about “kick, depression” Asked to pour water, the thin ar sister is so old that she can't even bury your teapot, but you can refill it. Very bad attitude, The only thing that didn't work was that the two AR ladies wanted to clear the place. They wanted to take away your food before you finished eating. They wanted you to leave. From now on, I won’t help you anymore, and I will be offended even if I have dinner or tea for no reason. No wonder every neighbor wants to go to the other two restaurants in the same district!

I am a vegetarian and expected the stir fried vegetables dishes that are cooked from fresh ingredients. But, I ordered two mixed vegetables dishes but found around half of the vegetables are from tin (water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and babycorn). The broccoli was not cooked properly, it was a bit hard. To be honest, I had been quite a lot of places to eat before but it is the 1st time it happened to eat that many tin foods. I will not come again in future because of this reason. The good things about this place - they don't add 10% service charge and they offer free tea and dessert.

The cooks added too much MSG to the food, so my folks were very thirsty after the lunch. The leader of the waitresses acted differently towards customer from various origins. Unfortunately my folks were not the group being treated politely or professionally. The dining area is so crowded and tables too small that I could not even stretch during the meal.

It must be called fried shrimp angle, right?

Extremely disappointing delivery when in the past it has been good. If we hadn't paid a fair amount, we probably wouldn't have eaten it. Won't be ordering again. Salt and pepper chips had barely seen chilli and were practically raw. The worst chips I've ever had from a Chinese. Crispy shredded beef sauce far too acidic and not crispy enough. Sharer starter was just average and the sauce pot again was far too acidic. Prawn curry also underwhelming. Was looking forward to this after getting good food in the restaurant but this was incredibly poor.

We won a free meal here and we had the most lovely evening. The staff are so friendly and kind! Thank you so much for making it such a wonderful night. The food was extremely tasty with big portions too. This is an amazing place for food in Sheffield and we will absolutely be coming back! Thank you!! :)

ordered at 6.27, delivery expected at 7.30 then app said it was put back to 7.45. rang restaurant at 8.08, said they were waiting for courier and it would be 10-15 minutes. Half an hour later rang and they said courier had set off. he arrived at 8.45. Food was cold.

food was not to a good standard today at all. crispy beef had a bad odor and the chips had to taste of being over warmed in the microwave. for nearly 50 pounds the meal was very poor .this restaurant used to be a favorite of mine and I will definitely not be using again.

Food was cold when it got here. No update to food order, it just arrived at the latest possible allocated time. But food was tasty. Like the eco containers. Nasty dipping sauce for spring rolls.

The delivery driver did not show up

I order the classic chicken and sweetcorn soup and a duck plate. Both of them were so good and especially the soup relieved me as I was ill for a few days. I’m very satisfied for their service and the price through Deliveroo seemed quite reasonable!

We've only ordered deliveries not eaten in, but the food is delicious - I particularly love the dim sum, so tender and tasty.

Really tasty authentic food, very good value too. Taking a star off because of the wait during my experience - I dined in solo. 3-4 tables with bigger group sizes ordered after me, and all of their orders arrived ahead of mine. Some of it looked exactly the same as my dimsum orders. It was busy that time and probably a kitchen mistake, but it was really not a good exp as I was hungry and seeing every plate being served skip my table and go to all the new customers was annoying, it’s one of my pet peeves dining in. Other than that, the food is good but might probably not come back to dine.

Visited today with our family ranging from 8 months to 87 years old. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and we can’t wait to return. We couldn’t believe how cheap it was. Portion sizes were great and a varied menu … everyone loved it 😊

We complained & all she did was not charge for meals that wasn’t eaten, I refused to pay for mine all together as she was already aware there was an issue with cockroaches and said they were coming from a filthy flat upstairs. She offered us icecream after which obviously we all refused. The place shouldn’t be serving food or even open until this is resolved, will not be going back! Will be reporting this issue tomorrow as I’ve also read a similar experience of cockroaches whilst someone was eating their meal.

I ordered 3 roasties, curry sauce, egg fried rice. Excellent portions, all enough for 2 people. Loads of meat in the noodle dish however there are bones on one of the meats which was a surprise- but didn’t ruin the meal at all. A delicious meal ordered on Uber eats. Around 45mins delivery.

I have used Noodle Inn for years for deliveries. Timings are spotty at best. They have a new App for online ordering. I would not bother. I am still waiting for my order placed 2 1/4 hours ago. The app says it was delivered 1.5 hours ago but they have not cooked it yet.

although the time stated the food was delivered at 20:35 (1/2 hour late) it was actually delivered at 20:55. We were really disappointed and the food was cold.

Not sure what happened tonight as we’ve never had problems before. The food was good though (when it finally arrived) restaurant was very apologetic although I did have to call twice. We did order later than normal so maybe there’s a lesson to be learned here!

If I could give zero, I would. Appalling service. We went to order take away. It took them more than 1 hour to serve the food. My friend came in after us their food was serve before us. Considering we order 10-15minutes before them. They almost finished their food before we got our orders. Follow up twice all they said is wait, wait and wait. To add up to a very bad experience tonight is when the table we are sitting and the table my friends were sitting. Staff asked us to move to a different table ( to mention my friends already started their dinning, drinking chinese tea) just to give our tables to a group of people. How rude is that? Not coming back tothis restaurant again.

Six years ago I left this place a five star review having been a big fan of the place for several years prior to that. It really has gone downhill based on the last few visits. The Sichuan food used to be great. I almost always order the same Sichuan tofu dish as a big plate rice and they have always done it until today when they accepted my order and then came back ten minutes later to tell me that I couldn't have it and would have to buy separate items meaning excessive food and greater cost, I reluctantly accepted as I really wanted it over the other Sichuan options. After a fairly long wait, by their standards, I received my food although my friend had to wait a few more minutes for his. The waitress realised his was wrong as she put it down - he chose to accept it rather than wait longer as he was really hungry and there was little suggestion of fast replacement with what had been ordered. My dish was lacking the authenticity it once had and missing key ingredients. A waitress tried to clear whilst we were still eating. We were kept waiting ages for the bill and in this time I was able to see how inefficiently the staff were working, not using trays for drinks or dropping bills off on the way to see other tables for example. In the end I had to shout out and ask for the bill again, it was brought, we had the cash ready and they didn't collect it so in the end I gave up and handed it someone saying I wanted the change. Obviously I had to wait for the change. It didn't justify a tip! Other observations... I saw a table of Asian people sending food back and getting replacement food. An elderly gentleman was brought in by his daughter in a wheelchair and she got no help with moving chairs or fitting him in. Delivery drivers were ignored or not acknowledged well. A great shame.

It was an hour expected delivery and the food arrived after an hour and a half. It I'd a Saturday night so I think more staff are required.

Taking orders and serving dishes is very confusing, and it often turns out that guests who arrive late are served early. The most outrageous thing is that you have to wait an hour for a steamed rice dish.

Food lovely, arrived 10 mins or so after the allotted time slot. Was on the expensive side of usual Chinese takeaway places we have used but food was good.

I found an amazing Chinese restaurant in Sheffield that serves top-quality Hong Kong dim sum. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. The dim sum is authentic and delicious, with a wide variety of options. It's definitely worth a visit if you're craving some great dim sum in Sheffield!

Disappointed with our family visit. The hubby had been once before, last year and loved it. Out of 4 meals tonight, his was the only decent one - singapore noodles. I had the crab special and felt sick. Hard to eat as it was mostly shell in a sauce and there were several pieces that I can only say were flaccid and inedible. No crispy noodles appeared. The other 2 meals were bland and we could have rustled up better ourselves. Can't recomend and won't return. Should have read other reviews before!

After being a regular ordering through Deliveroo for years we’ve finally agreed to never order from here again. For months this place has been going downhill. It used to be the odd item was over cooked/burnt/changed recipe but our last order everything was inedible. The mock duck and mock crispy beef & chicken dishes were so over cooked we had tooth ache trying to chew the food. Furthermore the mock duck recipe has changed entirely. It used to be delicious, soft and meaty but now it tastes like hard burnt bland biscuits. Genuinely terrible change. We called the restaurant to ask if the recipe was a permanent change and to complain about the burnt food and they denied it was any different and that the food is “meant to be crispy”. There’s crispy then there’s concrete! Real shame as this place is one of the few that does vegan Chinese options but unfortunately we can’t keep wasting our money on inedible food anymore.

Delivered early,which was great. Hardly had to wait any time at all. And delivered to the door which,living on a council estate with loads of flats everywhere, doesn't always happen. Nine times out of ten when ordering food,I get a call from the delivery driver asking me to come out and find him cos he's parked down the street and doesn't want to get out of his car to search for the right flat. This time though it arrived nice and early and came right to my door. A rare treat!

Food was nice but the order was wrong. I ordered flat rice noodles (Ho Fan) but got egg noodles. Noodle Inn really need to get their noodles right.

Both lamb and spring onion dishes have ginger in, and the oil the chicken for the lemon chicken was cooked in was burnt and made the chicken taste awful

I've eaten at the restaurant before and it was very good. Starter platter and the ribs in particular were nice. Prawn crackers mostly soft. Crispy shredded beef wasn't crispy. Egg fried rice was mostly lacking egg. Salt and chilli chips are the worst chips I've had from a Chinese. Definitely undercooked. Tofu and pork was okay but very monoflavour and tofu not very firm. Really disappointed.

The food was great, there was a little accident with food while being delivered spoke to the restaurant who have taken note so I can be compensated when I next order.

Food was scheduled to come between 20:35 and 20;55. The status of the food had said it had arrived but we still hadn’t got it. Once it got to 21:00 we contacted the restaurant who told us that the driver had left. The journey time from the restaurant to the destination is 15-20 mins. At 21:15 we contacted the restaurant again who said that she was going to get hold of the driver. The driver eventually arrived at 21:30 and was rude and unapologetic. When I asked why it has taken so long he was every confrontational stating “ask the restaurant”. The food was cold and required reheating in a microwave

Will not be going back to this restaurant, and would advise others to be careful. Prawn crackers had been placed on table (not asked for) so we tucked into them, they had always been free whilst you waited for your food to be freshly prepared,. When we got the bill they had added a 3.50gbp for the crackers. My wife challenged them about it and was told because we had tea (?) then we would have to pay for the crackers, the food may have been sweet but it has left a sour taste, it feels like its a con and rip off. This area has lots of great places to eat and we will certainly be going to one of these instead, they have lost a customer of more than 10 years

Having enjoyed previous visits, this one left a very sweet and gloomy taste in my mouth. Ordering chicken King Po and boiled rice, eventually served with basically sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice. Chicken satay starter was just deep fried supermarket quality and whole experience lacking freshness and levels of flavour. Expect more for £12-£15 a kain course served on plastic plates. Won't be returning.

A nice relaxed lunch. We're always pleased with the dishes here. We always over order... Oops. Good value. Authentic. The staff are friendly and helpful. They loved interacting with our 16 month old. Update: Back again recently. Food as excellent as ever. Served promptly. Good value.
