Stay away from “Thai Green Chicken Curry” Stay away from UBER Eats. Don’t bother calling the restaurant if you are English. The lady on the other said if you didn’t like it, then don’t order it again and hung up. Our order tastes like boiled water with everything in it. UBER Eats with their splendid service say it’s a food quality issue so please call the restaurant.

This place has the worst customer service ive ever come across in my 30 years dining. I will never return to this business and would rather travel far away than use them. Stay clear!

One of the best Chinese places in harrow, we've been here so many time it's incredinle. The ladies that run it are fantastic and friendly the food is incredible and the Portions are insane would 100% recommend

Terrible food. Never again. Raw vegetables of poor quality and rice with no flavor not even proper salt, not fried at all , white rice with lots of oil white poor quality chicken.

We order our food and it took more than 1 hour to come the lady working there had no manners and did not know how to speak to customers. The food was so disappointing considering we waited for more than 1 hour.Never eating from this 'restaurant' again disgusting

Overall the food is ok but lacks depth in flavour. Some starters are good but the ribs were quite dry and the prawn toast quite bland. My biggest disappointment is the Lamb with basil and lemongrass. Please please please don't chop the lemongrass so small as it's not edible and and there is so much in every bite!

Called up for takeaway NY’s eve (local was too far too busy). Quick service, delivered to the door in under 1/2 hour. Quality was ok (duck a bit dry) apart from that taste & spice levels 👍 (Kung poo chicken plenty of red 🌶 ...free veg spring rolls & prawns crackers :-)

The spring rolls are as they should be, but I'm sure the majority of chinese restaurants bulk-buy these frozen anyway so it's to be expected that they will all taste the same. The chow mein noodles are really boring, there's not much to them. The black bean tofu is better than average so that's one good thing that can often be relied on. I hope the owners will read this and the other below par reviews and do something about it to make the food much more consistent.

Thus place needs to be shut. Very low quality food. Chicken was very dry and awful smell from food . I didn't feed my kids this food.

food really wasn't anywhere near as good as other Chinese takeaways. our usual one was closed today so we tried this one and it was disappointing. it was also late, and the driver refused to park and come up the front door. other drivers don't have a problem with doing this, so he was just being lazy. he insisted that I come and collect it from the car.

Can't complain it came before delivery time. Would defo order again

worst thing to ever experience is being excited for a Chinese and it taste worse than a Poundland ready meal. this place will give you that experience. would not recommend

We just started ordering here and it was nice the first time so we didn't hesitate to order again. I called up as my food hadn't arrived - the lady at Noodle Hut told me that it had been delivered an hour ago. Obviously I hadn't received my food so I told her their driver must have delivered to the wrong address. She then told me to knock all my neighbours' houses to see if they'd had my takeaway!! She was getting very argumentative on the phone. I called up Just Eat and got a full refund - by the sounds of it, she was quite rude to the staff there too! DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. You only ever know how good a business is when something goes wrong - Noodle Hut failed to rectify their delivery problem and decided to argue with their customer. Appalling behaviour.

The king po chicken had Chilli bits bigger than the chicken inedible, the mushrooms were floating in a tub of oil enough to fuel a small town and the Singapore noodles had curry powder clumps AGAIN Inedible. I called the resturant and the lady was as helpful as a fart in a lift. Poor food quality and Poor customer service. DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!

ordered 4 items, only received 1 item that I ordered and got sent 3 completely wrong items, left a message to take out ingredients and they ignored it completely, just paid £18 and ate nothing at all, never ordering from here again

Ordered three items, only two arrived...and one item was still wrong! Also it took one hour instead of 45 min.

Great food! We order from Noodle Hut regularly now. The food is tasty and healthier than their local counterparts. You can tell this by the grease that’s left on your hands and plate after eating from another Chinese restaurant. Love this place. This is our new ‘local’

The food came early and it tastes very good! However they gave me chciken with oyster sauce instead of satay chicken.

It was horrible. Will never order from here again. I ordered lemon chicken with fried rice. The rice was gloopy & the lemon sauce was sour/bitter. & the chicken was dry. The sweet and sour chicken was also dry & non existent as there was more batter. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I wouldn’t even give one star (but I have to) as we threw the whole meal away! Waste of money.

Worst delivery time for a restaurant. We waited for 30 mins more and the location isnt that far. Compare to other restaurants who deliver very quick and very often delivers very early. Retaurant staff over the phone not friendly either.

I ordered salt&pepper king prawns .it only got 4 prawns in a portion and price it 5 pounds unbelievable ridiculous .never order agin.

Don't put sugar on the seaweed.....and had 3 cashew nuts in it....apart that all good

Honestly one of the nicest Chinese takeaways I've had in years (and we order quite a lot of takeaways in our house) Really good def will order from here again. Delivery was really early too.

Restuarant did not supply 2 items on that were on the order. When contacted over phone the guy started being Abusive saying ' you fking with me' . Absolutely unprofessional bunch.. never ordering from here again.. they even refused to refund when just eat agent spoke to them. This restuarant doesnt deserve to be on just eat ...

The Kung Po chicken and prawns both have peanuts which doesn't seem to be stated on the menu. This can extremely dangerous for those with severe allergies. Taste was overall decent but the peanuts ruined part of the meal due to my intolerance.

Food took over an hour to arrive. Driver couldn't find my home. Rang me repeatedly but would not take my recommendations to find the flat. Food was OK.

Said delivery 18.10 driver arrived 17:40. Meals were satisfyingly big and were nice and hot. Would order again.

Food was nice and warm but there was over 40 mins delivery delay!! When I called (they didn't communicate that there would be a delay) I was advised it would only take 5 more mins but it was 20 mins from that call. Disappointed but food was nice enough to comfort me.

Good sized portions, not padded put with onions and peppers like some places. Egg fried rice portion could be bigger, but otherwise great food. Will order again.

No spoons and forks.no tissue papers and when i ask the delivery guy he said he finished his duty and restaurant is closed so can't help with it.

The menu was not clear on items containing nuts. My nut allergy prevented me from eating my ordered dish as the kungpo chicken contained mostly nuts.

Ordered food at 20 past 8, was told it would arrive at 9:05, that was fine, however my food arrived and it was the wrong order, after phoning the restaurant I waited a further 20 minutes for the driver to come back, only for him to collect the wrong order delivered to me and say he will be back in 3/4 minutes, 10 minutes later I rang to find out where my food was, was told he’d be there in 5, then get a phone call saying my order had been eaten by the people it was delivered too so a new batch would be made... at this point it was 20 to 10. I had also put a note on the order saying no prawns in the dish as someone has a seafood allergy, only to then get my food open it, and see prawns. The only thing I could say was ok about this whole order was the fact that the dish that had prawns in was then refunded after a conversation with the restaurant and I got £5 cash back.

Popped in for a bulk standard meal , unappealing and looked terrible , threw it away as soon as I arrived home . In line with other reviewers ,something has clearly gone wrong here. Save your money

The service was very nice, I had mentioned an allergy in the note to them, not only they called to confirm that it would be delivered 15 minutes earlier and whether that was fine with me, but also called once again to inform me the crispy chicken dish does contain something I was allergic to and whether I still wanted the dish. The delivery man was polite and the food arrived on time (15 minutes earlier). The food was tasty, however, I personally felt some of the dishes (chicken fried rice and egg fried rice) was too less in quantity for the price charged. The Chicken and mushroom dumplings were too rubbery and hardly tasted like chicken, will not be ordering it next time. The prawn crackers (usually free on orders over a certain amount in other places) was £1 (my order was nearly £24) and most of it was not cooked/fried properly. Again will not be ordering it again. Overall enjoyed the service and SOME of the dishes ordered. Next time will be just ordering the 'some' dishes only.

Chicken balls a little oily and I would prefer the large spring rolls (but thats just me)....overall very nice food and very polite delivery man. Will definitely be ordering from here again

We have used Noodle Hut for a while now and always found the food good However had a home delivery last week and they forgot to deliver the starter which happens and not a huge problem Although promised to redeliver in 5 minutes it actually came after 20 minutes. Most alarming the prawns were raw in the centre. Unsatisfactory conversation with the staff who failed to apologise and ‘couldn’t understand ‘ what we were saying. As a result of how they dealt with our complaint and undercooked food will now have to find a different Chinese restaurant in future

Ordered some Singapore rice, sweet and sour Hong Kong style with vegetable spring rolls. I loved the rolls with the chilly sauce. The rest of the meal were equally great. I would be ordering from them again.

They filled a quarter of it! The vegetable rice had a few large pieces of pork strips in it. Which I’m sure if something is called vegetable, it shouldn’t have meat? Especially pork. Final thoughts... Foods not great, I won’t be ordering again.

The food was fine, although all I could taste in my shredded beef was chilli, and the seaweed wasn't seasoned enough. Good spring rolls though. Delivery driver was very chirpy!
