Taste of Lahore in Harrow

Lamb biryani was bit dry and only 5 pieces of meat for that price plus a tiny bit of raita not good and bit cold but flavour was good

I ordered take away the chicken tikka was not good and not enough pieces the naan was not hot and they told me it will be ready in 15 minutes but got the take away in half an hour .The chicken tikka thought would be in cubes but it was so tiny chicken

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to because of how I was treated at this restaurant. Around 2 weeks ago, I went this place to buy food. I joined the queue, and there was one person in front of me. The staff were behind the counter, but instead of serving customers, they were just chatting and laughing. Then, a South Asian man joined the queue behind me. Right away, one of the waiters asked him, “How can I help you, sir?” and took his order. I asked why they were serving people who came after me instead of me, but the waiter just told me to “wait!” Still no body talked to me, after few minutes I decided to leave because I believe my money is better spent elsewhere than in a racist restaurant that only serves their own people first.

It was great to meet Madhukar and had a very good conversation with him as he was a really nice host, so it was overall a wonderful experience and the food was really tasty as well.

In a decade, the restaurant hasn’t changed one bit and now under Mr.Madhukar it’s still an excellent establishment. I would highly recommend visiting Taste of Lahore regardless of whether you are by yourself or are coming as a family.

Had a great experience at Taste of Lahore, Harrow! The food was flavorful, well-prepared, and authentically Pakistani, with generous portions. Madhukar was the host at that time and provided excellent service, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend!

Ordered through thier website and food arrived after 2hrs. Food was cold as delivered by an electric bicycle and items missing. This is NOT the first time its occurred. When you phone them up Talha keeps apologising and promises next order will be cheaper or replaced but who remembers this?? We are heavilly disappointed. Id say this has happened almost every time order online. As much as i like the owners id have to rate today a 1.

Visted this restaurant yesterday. Ordered mix grill and chicken karahi, both items were sub standard and below average. On the mixed kabab who puts chicken donner mest. If I wanted a chicken donner I would have gone a Turkish restaurant. The shish kebabs were made from chicken meat instead of lamb meat. The food was actually cold and tasteless. Never coming here again...

Food was really nice but the room was really cold when we arrived, it eventually got warmer but not enough to take our coats off. Madhukar is a great host and really looked after everyone. The waiters/waitresses were always happy to help. Thanks!
