Noodle City in Harrow

It was a really good place and visited regularly… I just saw a different shop is taking over the place and can’t help but wonder where Noodle city would be moving… truly heart broken

I’m vegetarian and I always love eating here. Have been coming for years. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Food portion sizes are always really large and I always leave feeling satisfied. Their meal deal is also really reasonable!

I had Thai Green curry with prawns and it was worst curry I have had, it.was taste less and so watery. I was very disappointed, will not be visiting again

Been going here for years! I always go for their chicken chow mein and the flavours and massive portions are amazing. I always take some home because there is so much. The staff are friendly and the service is great. The price is also friendly to the pocket!

The owner got pissed off as we insist to pay in card while the menu literally said you can do that if you spent more than 10 pounds… The beef tasted like rat meat or something. Roast duck is fine.

The trust between patrons and staff at this restaurant seems tenuous at best. Despite clearly informing the lady staff that I wouldn't be using my AMEX card, she persisted in mentioning it twice, even emphasizing potential extra charges associated with its use. This attention to detail, while commendable in some contexts, felt unnecessary and somewhat intrusive.

Staff are always helpful and happy. Large portions at good prices. The duck is very tender, moist and tasty. Casual eating at long tables.

Food is so good, have a beef in black beans sauce,nice and tender

Place is very busy Toppings are nice but the rice is really dry.

I’m a regular customer here, eating in and takeaways. The food is decent for the price you pay, especially if it’s freshly made which is the case most of the time. I would however avoid the egg fried rice as you only get few small pieces of egg and the rice isnt fried properly. The best thing to get from here as the name states are the noodles!

Just go, the food is incredible the staff are friendly and efficient and I will be going back again next time I'm in London, would highly highly recommend!! Next time I might even remember to take some photos of the food.

Decent place, nothing so special … ok okish food !

I've been coming here since I was a child and they still have the same chef as they did back in around 2010! The food is always cooked perfectly, the best Chinese food around. Prices are affordable and they have good offers. The staff are always really nice and the service is quick!

Very bad staff they are telling me to go quicker from the table they are very rude

This was my first visit and will not be my last. I had the chicken with spring onion and ginger with egg fried rice which was delicious 😋. We had sides of honey ribs, salt and pepper squid and mini spring rolls. My goodness 😍 such a lovely meal. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the treat of a fortune cookie at the end of your meal was a nice touch! Well worth a visit.

The food is amazing here and there's fab air con but man the seating benches are uncomfortable. Really awful to sit at for too long.

Staff were lovely and the restaurant had a nice space to eat in. Unfortunately I got a take away and only realised when I got home that the beef given to me looked very undercooked and not like beef at all. The sauce it was cooked in was also very runny. Sadly couldn’t eat the food. Also the egg fried rice had 3 tiny pieces of egg and I paid £1 extra for it. The salt and pepper chips however were nice. I think I just got unlucky this day. I would really appreciate a partial refund if possible!

This is the second time of me trying it, giving them a chance again that maybe the first time they were having a bad day. I got the crispy fried chicken, the chicken used here was the scrap meats, it is so chewy and stringy, you would want to throw up. Also got the rice, absolutely no flavour. We also got the chicken chow mein, again the chicken used in there is bad quality and beware you may get food poisoning. Only thing decent was the salt and pepper chips, however still lacked flavour

When stuck for something to eat we always end up here as food is always consistently good at a reasonable price.

The ladies working here are very helpful and friendly and the food is very tasty. It’s such a nice place to pop into for an impromptu dinner with a friend or two :). If you enjoy piping hot noodles and delicious jasmine tea, then this place is a must (I haven’t tried their rice dishes but I’m sure that they are nice). My partner loves their crispy chicken starter and I enjoy their vegetable spring rolls. Give the Singapore noodles a try ;). The fortune cookie at the end of the meal, has always been very illuminating in its predictions :P.

Good cheap and cheerful food. Served extremely quick. Staff are very friendly. My only gripe is the Crabmeat and sweetcorn soup doesn't have real crab, they use crab sticks not quite the same.

Ok ingore how bad the photos are, I nearly forgot and had to stop mid-bite to take these. Went there today and I have to say, the food was amazing, we had spring rolls, prawn crackers, salt & peppered squid, roast pork with egg fried rice and shredded crispy beef with chilli and we also got an offer for the spare ribs. The starter portions were quite big and I was already full from those, but every single dish was delicious, the meat was juicy and fresh. The service was incredibly quick and the staff were really nice. Not to mention we paid for all that about £34. Definitely a bargain for such tasty food.

It's very nice that the food was hot when delivered on the table, which is very important for Chinese dishes. It's value for money as the size is quite large.

Bad food , did not get any service and noodles were dry and no test. When told them they told me to pay more for spicy source. I will not recommend this to any one. There are three more on other side of the road .

I have been to this restaurant as a child and now several years later as an adult, and it has stayed the same and still tastes amazing! Very affordable with offers too.

Great selection on the menu, was sad there wasn't any Dumplings for me - I don't eat pork so none that wasn't pork. I enjoyed my szechuan Chicken but it was sweet and I wanted spicy. If I wanted sweet, I would of ordered sweet and sour chicken. The free spring rolls were very good and I appreciated the eat in deal. I'd defo buy again but choose a better dish. I also got a mixed juice which was refreshing.

Always go to this place and they never let me down. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and the food is always amazing with great portion sizes for a very reasonable price. Been going for years and I'm so happy they made it through covid. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Definitely worth a visit!

Crispy Won Tons- oil greasy Soup Noodles - watery taste, bland in taste Stir Fried noodles - oily and bland in taste except chicken While we place the order, it was informed to reception to make the order spicy 🌶. However it came at watery and bland in taste. When we enquired about why the dish is not prepared 🌶 spicy, they provided chilli oil at extra cost £1.80

Large portions and good for the hungry. Spring rolls where good. Meat and shrimps in noodles where very dry and didnt feel it was prepared in near time… Ok for quick bite .

I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 20 years and the waitress are lovely and the food is amazing . However on Sunday when I went there with my 2 year old child and I’ve never ever felt uncomfortable in the 20 years I’ve been coming to this restaurant the way I was made to feel the other day . Children make mess especially toddler the way they eat especially . The waitress continued to proceed to give my child dirty looks like he was disgusting and had something wrong with him . Bare in mind no food was on the floor it was all over the high chair like children make mess but it wasn’t that bad And I cleaned it all my self after my child was finished . She then hurried me up to eat my food by kept asking if I’m finished and then gave me the bill when I still wasn’t finished and kept asking me to pay the bill but I wasn’t finished . I could not believe the pure rudeness of someone . Your supposed to be a waitress and be accepting of children even when they make mess . He is a toddler they make mess and at the end of it I cleaned it all up anyway . I can’t believe this happened and noodle city staff are normally so caring and lovely . I have brought my child there before when this particular waitress was not working there and they have been so accepting and loving to my child . The waitress in question aswell has always been kind to myself and my partner when good there but when I bring my child and she finds out I have a child the looks from her and the body language from her was disgusting .

Very friendly staff, the ladies are 2 sweet pies, love them. And I love their food, i love the noodles and the Starter is always Crispy Chicken, can't get enough of it 😋😋😋😋 Allways happy to go there for a good meal and catch up with my sis♥️

Extremely disappointed today, I have been going to noodle city for years, order my usual and got home, the food was incorrect so drove all the way back to sort it out and to be then charged again for the food and had to pay by card it was then a minimum order of £10. So well out off pocket I think noddle city has lost a loyal customer, just due to poor customer service

Lovely Chinese spot in Harrow which i have been going to for over 10 years it is still the same quality however portion sizes have decreased. However the lovely ladies are still there and still offer great service.

My girlfriend and I have eaten at Noodle City so many times that their fantastic staff recognise us when we come in to order the excellent Roast Pork and Duck. Easily the best Chinese restaurant in the area, well priced and you'll never leave with an empty stomach as portions are very generous.

I remember when this place first opened when I was a kid. Went back for the first time in years and it's still great. Great food and service at great prices.

I’ve walked past this place every day for about 10 years and decided to stop by today for lunch. I got got char sui lo mein and a chilli sauce for £8. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, the service was quick, the cutlery was clean, the portion was big and really delicious. I am going to come again and recommend you do the same!

The people are very welcoming and service was great. Food was all hot and well presented. We ordered the Chilli Sauce and Oil to give the dishes a bit of a kick. Very much needed if enjoy a bit of spice.

Very quaint no fuss Chinese meals. Loved the roast duck served with the noodle soup. Wonton in soup too very meaty. Service was friendly n cheery n we were constantly checked upon for any needs. Noodles best eaten with some fresh cut chili with soya sauce!

Just had my first visit to noodle city with my girlfriend and her friends, a place they have been telling me about for a while. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I wasn't disappointed. Their customer service was out of this world, nothing was a problem for the lovely waitresses and she was genuinely just happy to be working. The food potions were unparalleled. It was tasty and wholesome and I will definitely be going again. Couldn't recommend more. I recommend the crispy hot chicken, 10/10.
