Ordered via Uber Eats (delivery was abysmal, but that is outside of their control) Over an hour past the expected delivery time, we called the restaurant. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly dismissive and said there was no order and we must be mistaken. It was ordered via an app…pretty hard to get that confused. She repeatedly claimed that there was no order, despite having the audit trail of payment, order confirmation and driver pick-up. Reading through the reviews, customer service doesn’t appear to be their forte anyway! Food eventually arrived two hours after ordering and was obviously cold. (Again, not their fault) Generally underwhelming- had the create your own noodle box, no veg whatsoever in it. Minimal sauce. The rice version was mushy and greasy. The wings may have been good, but as we had to reheat them in the air fryer, it’s hard to judge. I’ve ordered many times from here and it can be hit and miss, but the lack of customer service and accusing my partner of making up the order was the nail in the coffin for us.

I ordered chicken noodles with singaporian sauce and some salt and pepper wings. The noodles were fresh and the singaporian sauce on top was delicious, however wasnt too impressed by the wings, too dry and didnt taste too fresh or great. Takeout with few tables to sit in, they dont accept cards, cash only. Would go back just for the noodles.

I was a bit puzzled by some of the bad reviews because our experience of Noodle House has mostly been excellent. On one occasion we were disappointed by the lack of vegetables and I tend to go and order in person. I went tonight and the place was rammed. 5 people cooking and 3 front of house. The staff were under a lot of pressure but remained polite even to the obnoxious delivery bike guys. I usually find the same women serving front of house and they are lovely. My number was called and she asked me which veg I wanted. I watched them preparing a lot of orders while I was waiting and in each case they included a wide range of veg. We always order vegeterian so I can't comment on the meat dishes. The food was great and unlike some reviewers we will be going back.

If you don't like eating fat, avoid this dish! I tried a bit in my mouth to see if I could detect any beef, but the unpleasant texture made me feel too nauseous to continue. Pity - my first try with Uber eats delivery, which worked excellently. Without the introductory discount, I would have been a lot more disgruntled.

Ordered missed AGAIN. When rang to inform, the man was very rude. I ordered a few dishes and asked for all the different types of veg to be in my food, I answered a phone call and was not looking as he was preparing the food. I trusted him to put veg in for me as i requested but no veg was included in any of my meals. When i rsng and spoke to him, Instead of apologising, he said thank you and put the phone down. These guys are so stingy and the way they put vegtables in, you would think they put gold . unbelievably stingy. Regular customer will definitely not be going back. Check your order before

I have rated this visit to the noodle bar as 2, not because the food was good it was down to a server deciding to put her up where there was food nearby. I don’t know who has trained these young women, but they have a long way to go! If I see this again, I will just walk out minus the food, because if the noodle bar are allowing staff to do this unhygienic act in the mussel of a serving area, what else are they doing?

Ordered quite a few dishes. Got home and a dish was missing. Ordered chicken Katsu and it was disappointing. Basically breaded chicken with rice and chip shop curry. Manchurian chicken was not much better. Salt and pepper wings were very dry. Won't be going there again!

It's always clean and a nice calm atmosphere. You can make up your own box with vegan fillings including vegetables, tofu and a variety of sauces. Definitely worth a visit if you are close by and look for tasty, good food.

Takeaway order. Sushi rice was over cooked and had turned to mush, poor taste, didn’t seem fresh. Rice and noodle stir fries were okay. Wouldn’t order from here again.

My friend just ordered a prawn CHOW MEIN, SHES deathly allergic to chicken and chicken based things. When she got sent a chicken chow mein, instead of a prawn chow mein (which she spent £2.90 more on) the restaurant said “you’re lying, everyone lies, we won’t give you a refund unless you wait like half an hour for someone to just take away your chicken chow mein AND NOT EVEN REPLAce it!!!! Now, my best friend has just spent £8 to look at some chicken chow mein and then get it taken away with no bloody alternative. THANK GOD SHE DIDNT EAT IT AND HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION, she could have died honestly don’t go here I REPEAT DONT GO HERE

I ordered the mixed salt n pepper platter and two sides of sushi through UberEats. The two sides of sushi arrived in a bag with the receipt but without the main platter. I informed the driver and was told just to ring up about it. Applied for a refund of the missing item through the UberEats app but left sorely disappointed. I know it's a Friday evening but please make sure you pass on the full order to the delivers.

Excellent food though lighting was not cosy ! Most of clientele were ethically Chinese which we took as a good sign. We were not disappointed. Took one of the simple menu options. Excellent contrasting flavours and textures.

Absolutely shocking place. Would not recommend at all! The service and hygiene in this place is below standards. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we was ignored and had to seat ourselves. The food took an hour to come out (which is shocking as we have to cook our own food). The plates and cutlery were dirty and had bits of food over it. This is not a great place for first timers or those who care about hygiene and customer service.

Service was okay, however it was the worst chicken chow mein I have ever had. It was more like a soup and definitely not fried in a wok. Far too overpriced for what they serve however, good portion.

Just awful salt and pepper. Chicken must’ve been cooked hours ago as the batter was so horribly crispy. It was also freezing cold. What a waste of money.
