Beyond expectations. We stumbled across Nomad on our first night in Shrewsbury and have tried some others but now know it’s the best in the area. choice, delicious, strong coffees served by delightful people who support fair trade

Filter wasnt available on the day I visited but the long black - an ethiopian bean I had was extremely good. Soft dark fruit tastes and a hint of hazelnut evident served bang on tempreture wise too. A very nice conversation with the owner (presumed) really nice chap, lovely coffee house and excellent cakes.

The coffee is fantastic. I just trusted the baristas in their recommendation of what to try and wasn't disappointed. This will be top of my list for coffee whenever I'm in Shrewsbury.

Met up with friends for lunch and was not disappointed. The cafe was clean, and comfortable with a lovely cosy atmosphere. Food was delicious, and loads of vegan/vegetarian choices. A feast for both mouth and eyes! Would highly recommend to anyone.

1st time visit whilst on holiday, but whenever we visit nr Oswestry this will be the place we will come ,the Landlord and landlady where the best pleasant and chearfull, the staff who served us where very nice, and food well there lots to choose from, and as a Camra member it was great to see 3 nice local beers (all nice) yes tried them all (not driving) .but what a gem of a pub, called cross keys I believe once, now called the Docks. Why I don't know , nowhere near Liverpool
