No.13 Coffee in Brighton and Hove

The cakes and sweet treats are delicious, and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Both tea and coffee are available with different milks, as well as sandwiches and snacks!

No.13 is a lovely little coffee shop, with a huge section of bakes which all looks delicious and loads of vegan options. The coffee is great, we had both iced and hot coffee and all were 10/10. Would highly recommend their matcha. The ladies that served us were lovely too! Definitely worth a visit ☺️

Had (at least - am still here atm...) 1 coffee - a Latte - it was amazing. Kicking myself for not bringing my own cup though, as then I get 13p off, so top-tip if you want a smidge of discount. Had the MOST AMAZING MAPLE SYRUP AND BACON SAUSAGE ROLL. WOW. My mouth immediately fell in LOVE and I wanted to marry the cook. A local chap called "American Joe" who deserves a medal - according to my gob anyway! Then went for a main course of Tomato and Cheese on a Crossiant. Amazing - they even have proper twisty (ground) pepper. My mouth was happy, my stomach was full, and I need another coffee to assist with the digestion process prior to desert. I fully recommend No13, and also here is another top-tip for you: The food is SO AMAZING that you need to thorougly rinse with water prior to each "course". I don’t write all that many reviews, but this places deserves it. Amazing coffee, great cakes and snacks. It’s a complete hidden gem. And the man who seems to work there a lot is so warm and friendly it makes going in an absolute pleasure. Thank you!

A brilliant café! Lovely service and incredible milkshakes with an array of freshly baked cakes and pastries! A shout-out to the amazing Pride-coloured fudge squares! Definitely would recommend!

I had cornflakes topped brownie, toasted baguette and an espresso milkshake. Everything was 10/10 Not much seating but the food is worth it!

Never leave reviews but felt compelled to after this service- (stupidly) ordered a sandwich before needing to get the bus to an appointment and these guys did the quickest preparation ever ... now a happy human sat on the bus with a banging ciabatta THANK YOU

I refer to this place as “my nicest , nearest coffee shop”. Even though I walk pass 4 other coffee places ... just to have a coffee here . One of the best places for coffee in Brighton. Friendly staff, AMAZING SCOTCH EGGS, cosy environment. Home made baked goods (great vegan range too) I really can’t recommend this place enough .

I’m lucky enough to live round the corner from this great little coffee shop. Nice coffee, and you couldn’t ask for friendlier staff. A trip here is often the highlight of my morning! They also do excellent food, including nice vegan snacks - I particularly like the sausage rolls :-)

The staff are always lovely and make me feel El very welcome. They know my name and my order. Delicious cakes and they always tempt me. Get a loyalty card and keep coming back

This is how it was sold to me - and they were right! Fab decaf coffee - it's freshly ground and delicious, with service to match. Check out the pastries and cakes too, well worth a visit. Small but perfectly formed.
