Always great food, best in the area, shame it takes so long to get through on the phone, but that shows how popular the place is.

Absolutely lovely food, chicken satay best ever. I had been in hospital opposite and it was my treat for my Son and I. Could not fault anything. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. Seriously good food and service.

Really good takeaway. Went on the Saturday evening and they were talking about a 2 hour wait for deliveries. Might just be a victim of its own success, but if you are prepared to wait, the food is really good.

Ordered for first time tonight arrived late food was cold

They're very confident with Gluten and either changing elements of the request or suggesting other options that are gluten free. First Chinese restaurant we've used since my wife was diagnosed coeliac. Really impressed with the staff and also with the food, though I probably ate too much as it was really good.

Ordered over the telephone this evening for a delivery. Received 2 prawn omelettes instead of 2 chips and when I phoned to complain I was simply told that the order was read back to me and no chips were ordered and if I wanted chips I would be charged for them ! I would obviously never had agreed to anything with prawns as nobody in our party eats them , such a shame that they were so dismissive of my complaint and took no responsibility for the mistake. Even if the restaurant thought I had not ordered chips you would think they could supply 2 portions as I did spend over £70!

Fab food and a good selection of 'mock meat' dishes. Yum!

Good service, reasonable price. Good sized portions, a nice clean non greasy tasty meal. Delivery excellent & food arrived promptly & piping hot.

My 1st time trying these. Fantastic food. Super fresh and the service is very friendly. They were happy for me to adapt my order a little off menu. People on here moan about them not having an online ordering system should factor that in BEFORE even ordering. That’s no reason to mark down reviews when the food’s this good. Go and order lesser quality elsewhere online or accept they do telephone or walk in orders. I wish we had a Chinese this good where we live in Littlehampton. You should count yourselves lucky.

We've been using No. 11 Chinese Kitchen for the last 3 years. Have tried others but the food here is the best. Sometimes it takes forever to get through on the phone but it's worth it

Although the food we ordered was adequate, it was not what we ordered. Having complained, the replacements were also wrong… Adequate food if you want a surprise.. if you are vegetarian, special dietary requirements, or just fancy what you ordered, go somewhere else, they just dont care.

The food here is amazing, always a really good meal. Ordering isn't easy, no online orders, telephone or in person only and it is very popular, so getting through on the phone can be impossible. Always worth it for a great meal though.

Food is really quite good and the price is reasonable. But at times it can take AGES for them to answer the phone and they have no queuing system. It’s such a pain to get through to them that we often now use an alternative restaurant. I think me and my wife topped out at over 200 engaged calls over 40 mins or so before eventually giving up. And this is a frequent occurrence. Advice to the restaurant: Either invest in a queuing system or technology for orders to be done online. They aren’t expensive. Don’t make it so hard for customers to give you their business.

Always go here, very good food and vegan options so I do recommend. HOWEVER! Had a takeaway today, I ordered a MOCK chicken and garlic sauce and it was not until a few bites I realised it was real chicken. Other people I was with (meat eaters) also agreed, and I felt very sick after eating it. This is the reason for the 3 stars. Please please check orders as I also felt the women who took the order wasn’t paying attention. I’m not happy about this.

Best Chinese in town by a mile, very surprised at how good it is given how reasonably priced it all is! The veggie duck wraps are on another level.

Food a bit bland but hot and freshly made

Really angry as I ordered 2x £7 meals, got charged £20 and only got 1 meal when I opened the bag when I got home, called to ask to get the missing meal and the girl was very unhelpful on the phone. Up to now I ordered regularly.. NEVER ordering here again

It took me 280 calls to get through and took 2hrs to arrive, but the food is the best in Chichester so I’m always prepared. I was just a little annoyed with being told I was wrong when I rang and told them they got my order wrong, I ordered a 16 but got a 60 the server did not read my order back she sounded under pressure but I was told by the manager she definitely did but I’m pretty sure I would notice garlic chicken when I ordered bbq spare ribs. Either way they sent me the ribs when they could 45mins later with no charge, if you were not on the phone don’t comment basically calling me a lier, I understand you will have your colleagues back but no need to be rude. Other than that normally great service.

Extremely disappointed in the bland food. Glorified rice for &£6.90 which consisted of mainly rice very few stir fried veg. . The only thing that was passable in the dark was the portion of beef. But again bland and dry. BTW Chinese stir fry veg should not be made with peas and corn. Not even decent veggies. I'll definitely try a different Chinese take aways next time!

I was constantly told to try this take away.. and I finally have and it's my only Chinese takeaway now. Delicious food and lovely staff with a good, fast delivery service.

We’ve order twice this year and it’s been fabulous both times. We’re a bit of a pain to deliver to, but each time it’s piping hot, on time and you always find us! Best Chinese food ever can’t wait to order again soon.

I had heard good things about the food from here. The menu has a reasonable selection (sadly no Aubergine), we phone in an order. Delivery charge very reasonable, was told within the hour and it was. Portions good and quality of food good. Its not the most incredible Chinese I have ever had but I couldn't fault it either, definitely a lot better than some other local ones. If you haven't tried it I honestly you can't go wrong, we will be returning

Ordered food, a large amount of hair in the food. Called up and asked for a replacement. The manager was extremely rude and blamed us for putting the hair in or whatever, even though the hair colour is not present in this household. Manager got angry, shouted, and said to never order from them again. Food is good when we have ordered before, but run by terrible people

The oriental guy (presumably owner?) at the restaurant is a rude and arrogant chap who hasn't got the courage to accept a mistake in his order and will try and gaslight you in front of others. Shame as the food is nice but the guy is a complete @**

This Chinese take away had the best reviews so while we was away we drove and made an order, didn't have too wait long gor food, we ordered chicken balls, chips, curry sauce and Singapore rice noodles, everything was fresh and nice, if we was ever down there again or if we know anyone going to chichester ill definitely recommend they come try it

Put a order in of £80 and read out 3 orders, which was repeated twice by us and then they reread it back and with individual prices as well as it altogether, and still sent out 3 chilli chips and 2 chilli chicken instead of 2 chilli chips and 3 chilli chicken,when phoned to explain they were very rude and wasn’t willing to help rectify this or refund us in anyway, so 1 of the group paid £15 and only ended up with chips and curry sauce!!!,a man then came on line and said your holding up my line for customers and put the phone down on us, tried phoning again and started to explain and was cut off from the phone again, this chines was recommended to us as we’re not from the area and this is the way they treat customers, absolutely appalling, wouldn’t use again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it,

Absolutely shocking! Ordered £80 worth of food was told the delivery would be £5 as out the area, the order was read back and repeated twice as a big order, once the food turned up they had charged us for a portion of chips and spicy chips instead of salt and Pepper chicken. Rang the shop to be faced with rudeness and told they wouldn't bring my dinner out and couldnt collect,so I paid £15 for chips and curry sauce, they wouldn't refund me or collect the extra chips we didn't order and resulted in them putting the phone down numerous times, very poor costumer service

We were visiting Chichester and ordered a takeway from here at random really, and wow were we lucky. The food was amazing, easily the best Chinese food I've had in years. This felt prepared by someone who cares and knows what they are doing - even the boxes and presentation were great.

Excellent food and a really lovely team who kindly accepted our small order despite the kitchen being incredibly busy. The salt & chilli tofu (beancurd) was a real highlight.

Always a great Chinese. One of the better chicken and yellow beans but my god it is salty. To the point my tongue was burning. I wonder if the amount of salt can be cut and the taste retained. It’s my third one from here and I’m worried there isn’t enough water in the tap to stop me shrivelling like a prune

This is my favorite Chinese place in Chichester so far. I dropped by recently to grab some birthday noodles for my good friend and my favorite pork ribs too. Its SPARE RIBS WITH CHILI, SPICY SALT AND GARLIC. The ribs were browned and wok seared for that umami flavor while its not tender fall of the bones but its tender that it easily lifts off thr bone when you bite into it. Sauteed with spring onions, garlic chips and chili to coat the ribs with extra yummy goodness. The birthday noodles BEEF CHOW MEIN didnt disappoint. The beef strips were very tender, vegetables like bean sprouts, carrots and onions were still very crunchy. Compliments the soft firm noodles. Good portion too for the meat and it wasnt just onions and cashews. 😊

We tried here for the first time as our usual was closed for the New Year and we'd heard good review. Firstly it is really hard to get through, then it was 1.5 hours for collection, 2hrs for delivery. The Starters and duck was lovely. The mains were not good, weird Chicken cubes that my daughter thought was actually tofu, Singapore noodles were overdone, Sweet & Sour had too much colouring and little taste.

I haven't tasted Chinese food this good in years.

I've eating here plenty of times and have never been disappointed its the best chinese food I've ever had it puts chinese back at the top of my list for takeaways again, the only issue is it's a struggle to get hold of them sometimes to place an order, but I can only guess its because the foods so good their always crazy busy.

One star because despite living 40 yards away and walking in can never actually get any food - im always told they are busy with over an hour wait - im hoping to one day be able to actually comment on the food.

Ordered a few times in past, never less than hour or so of trying to get through. Tonight i give up finally.. tried over 100 times to call and Line Busy. Going elsewhere now. Never able to get through on phone ! They have a bad habit of picking up the phone and putting it on side leaving the customer holding and others can't get through (witnessed it several times when I've given up and gone in ) food is excellent when you eventually get it

Best Chinese takeaway in West Sussex. Took my partner who was visiting from Exeter here to get some takeaway. We're both veggie. The menu is broad and has an excellent vegetarian section, far more variety than most other Chinese takeaways. Instead of just tofu they do have mock meat dishes as well - we tried the Kung-Po mock chicken in the cashew sauce which was excellent, tasted great and a good level of spice. The staff and owner are always very polite and friendly, excellent and prompt service each time with very generous portions, especially the vegetable chow mien which was *huge*. Won't go to any other Chinese takeaway. The only thing that could be better is if they were on delivery apps just to make ordering a bit easier, but they do offer their own delivery.

The food is always excellent, I never wait too long even on a busy day. The prices suit me nicely as well, as a student with a limited budget. The staff are all lovely when they serve you as well, adjusting every order to your requests. Definitely give this place a try, if you're in Chichester.

In my opinion this is one of the best chinese takeaways I have ever ate.

I had a most unfortunate experience tonight ( Sunday 22nd May ) I ordered a takeaway to be delivered from No 11, the delivery was fine and I was enjoying the meal untill I had something very chewy in ( I think ) the Singapore Rice, I spat it out and saw what I thought could be chewing gum. I phoned the shop to report it and was told it would be collected. I returned a paper plate with the offending item and 2/3 of what remained of a £24 meal. The restaurant owner ? then phoned me back and accused me of planting the gum and trying to swindle them by demanding a refund ( only fair as most of the meal was returned ) and told me never to order from them again. How libellous ! I expected him to be concerned about his kitchen, not to become angry and accusatory, as If I, an OAP would try to cheat a restaurant.

Nothing so much special about the food. Tastes like they adding ‘so much’ MSG in it. The guy on the counter has condescending attitude. He’s unpolite towards the customers and his staff and shows that he is feeling so entitled. Seriously?! If you are reading this, IDGF if you are the owner. You are a total shame. Also, the funny part was, when I ordered noodles and rice meal, I asked for spoon and fork. The cashier seemed not to understood what I was asking. When I repeated what I was asking, they asked me if I want cutlery. The guy in the counter instead gave me a wooden FORK and KNIFE. Dafuq will I do with fork and knife? I ordered rice meals and noodles. Totally ridiculous! An asian store run by people who doesn’t seemed to understand what multi-cultural diversity and sensitivity of their customers are. 🤮👎🏽

Their food is so tasty! Not greasy at all

We've been ordering from Chinese 11 on a regular basis for over a year now. Tried many different Chinese places, none of them came close to this one. No doubt, the best Chinese in the area! The meat and prawns are always so fresh and delicious, full of flavours. So are the vegetables - delicious. For a takeaway, this is a very healthy, yet super tasty option. Even though we moved out of the area and don't qualify for delivery, we still make an effort to come and collect once a week or so. Definitely our favourite - worth trying :-)

It's a shame to leave a low review, as the food here is so nice. However it's the ridiculous number of attempts you need to make to try and get through by phone to place an order, in the end we had to order food from somewhere else as couldn't get through after try constantly for over half an hour!!

Decent portion sizes with plenty of meat and not too greasy. Very good.

Absolutely gorgeous food. Lady on phone was polite & efficient. Delivery driver was also polite & food was hot & was early. Overall a great experience 5 *
