Late delivery phoned up to check were it was lady said be 10 mins an when arrived food was only warm had to heat up not the 1st time i have had to reheat.

Never normally would complain but I was not impressed as our order was so late after 2 phone calls they arrived to some of the food not hot will not be ordering again

The initial delivery driver just dropped my food on a neighbour’s doorstep. In the haul and the rain. He must have told the restaurant he did that as they called me to see if I had got it. I was originally advised to ‘go out’ and look for my food. I said no I want it delivered and I don’t want food that has been left in the open, I want fresh food. However the original delivery driver came back and I could hear him screaming and shouting at my neighbours. Got food eventually but cold.

When you enter, it's like an old war zone fought against covid. I've tried it 3 times over the past few months, and last night was the final time. I will keep the reasons short. Incorrect order. Food quality is bad as well as unusual taste. When they make the mistake, they still expect you to pay extra for forgotten food. How (HOW) can you get egg fried rice wrong. It's sticky. Chips are nice. My advice is go elsewhere, there's plenty to choose from

Busy Saturday Night just before Christmas. Ordered at 5:30pm, Food Marked as Delivered at 7pm but the food actually arrived at 7:35pm. Had to chase. It was hot but we all had issues with different parts of the meal. EG Fried rice instead boiled

What a mess the syrup was not on the banana fritters it was all in the wrapping paper. Arnt you suppose to pour the syrup on the fritters ? Everything was all sticky and stuck in the syrup, if your not putting it on the fritters at least put it in a container.

Everything was good apart from the curry, orange and tasted weird not like a Chinese curry at all !!!

Placed order at 5.20 an received it at 6.55 said would arrive at 6.20 never had this experience from here before.

Salt and pepper box was disgusting. all mixed together all mushed up spring rolls fallen apart and curry sauce is disgusting

arrived on time, really good food, I had to tap out quite early on in eating this, I was enjoying it far too much, at least, now, I have leftovers for tomorrow.

We placed an order for delivery at 5.30pm, it said expect delivery at 6.25pm. That got pushed back to 6.45pm. Still didn't arrive. Messaged them on the just eat app, they updated the order to say they were busy and it would arrive "soon". I waited another 20 minutes, and called them at 7.15pm. A woman answered the phone and her English was so appallingly bad, I could barely make out a single word of what she said, but the gist of it I think was that because the justeat app had missed off my house number, and just put the road name, they couldn't deliver my food and sent it back to the shop. I said why didnt you call me when you were outside then, I could've just popped my head out and greeted your driver. She says she tried to phone me, an absolute pack of lies!!! Both my phone number and email address were on the order, and NOBODY attempted to contact me throughout the entire transaction. The woman on the phone was extremely aggressive, shouting her head off down the phone at me when I told her my 10 year old was sitting waiting to eat dinner and asked what she was going to do about it. I have reported them to Just Eat and am now waiting for my refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS TAKEAWAY AGAIN AND STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME. Absolutely appalling service and a total waste of my time and money.

Zero stars -We went in for collection when the app said it was ready to collect and waited 40minutes extra. They forgot two meals so we had to go back. The food was obviously a mixture of hot and cold and not very good by this point

Went to collect at 6.50 as requested on app and finally got handed food at 7.45. Order was still wrong, had an item missing.

Paid for prawn cracker but didn’t receive them! No flavour at all in chicken fried rice. No salt on chips. Very greasy.

90minutes late. I understand they’re busy, but when we rang 30mins after expected delivery time they said it was in its way. It arrived another hour later.

I understand it's Xmas eve but to be given a time slot between 5.55 and 6.10 And it's still.not here by 7.30 no one answering the phone or anything I can presume we aren't getting it after spending £33 . Won't be ordering from here again. No update or anything either.

The bin was very happy. BBQ ribs dry and tasteless. Wan ton soup on it side and leaking. Crispy beef consistency of baby food. Worst takeaway ever

My 12 year old son has got food poisoning from here, he had sausage and chips, my husband ordered duck in orange sauce and couldn’t eat it as it was absolutely disgusting not cooked properly. I will not be ordering from here again.

Phoned 10 mins after the end of the slot in which food was supposed to be delivered as the app is showing delivered when it hasn’t been, was told it was 5 mins away, I’m now over 30 mins later and still no food, so either I’ve been lied to or my food has sat going cold for ages, getting though on phone is tricky, Just eat are also very unhelpful on requesting refunds. Food arrived and the vast majority of it was warm at best so most of it must have been sat around in a bag for 25 mins….. not good enough on all fronts

Chip paper all wet chips taste like rubber curry not only warm like all the food . Curry meals always been ok though when orderd before . Just not this meal very poor ate some of it that was edible because was hungry . Asked for refund they offerd £3.00 credit . Delivery drive not the best
