KFC Rockferry - St Pauls Road in Wirral

I don't know wether its me but there is always something missing from my order not only at KFC but Macdonald s and burger king?

been twice now the past month and food was shocking as in quality ..it was like it been cooked hours before ..had a mighty bucket for 1 and got 1 drumstick an a wing that had no chicken on it it was so dry all of it even the the fillets fillet tower burger was same so dry like hours old no salad on it either . never use to be like this at rock ferry but has gone downhill massively in food quality

When I went there I was waiting like an hour for my food and they gave me the opposite of what I asked for I ordered a boneless bucket they gave me chicken with bone i went back to tell them they asked for the chicken back and they will give me a new one I dunno if they gave it back out to another customer which is very unhygienic never going here again

The store was evidently busy, but that did not impede on getting fresh food! Food at KFC is of expectation; greasy, however! Today's meal was not! Even though busy, the staff at the store were very attentive and always looking for something to do.

Waited outside for the food to come out. When it did, it was missing a bag of chips, and the food was cold.

Good food and reasonable service times. Helpful, hardworking staff. Premises always clean and tidy.

Ordered 2 hot wings today and got 1 so you owe me £1.25.... Please let me know how you are going to compensate for this. Surely placing two items in a bag is a simple process?? A constructive response would be appreciated or I'll put this in writing to KFC HQ.... I love KFC fried chicken 🐓

Paid £10 for a wrap meal to get…. This.. Yeah, never again. I get that cost of living crisis is a thing, but this is just plain ridiculous, especially if you compare it to what you can get for £10 in other fast food chains. Not even angry, just disappointed. And hungry😅

Online order kits if food missing

Awful service at this KFC branch, most of the staff are clueless and take their time, team leaders are rude and abuse their positions, food was cold and not properly cooked after a 40 minute wait, absolute joke of a service, done with KFC after this. Go to the Birkenhead branch as this one is doomed.

Very good all services. especially there is a small girl who works sometimes I found and she is very active and always so fast and she make the food very fast and serve it as soon as possible .

The place it was right food good but not perfect not much hot, the taste good. Place a bit dark.

What a difference this time...last time I went which was about 8 months ago it was terrible...today I was very very pleased..service was great..the team of workers today were amazing.. food was great..kids loved it..I asked to speak to manager just so I could tell her that she runs a good team..ty ty for changing my mind about this place..😊😁

Often don't give you the right order, often short of items. No longer go here. Would not recommend

AVOID!!! £100 fine issued if OVER 90 minutes!!! Over Xmas fined £100 it was very busy, two toddlers and disabled, customers aren’t even made aware by staff!!! sent appeal and fine still issued absolutely disgusting!!!

Food is too oily and salty. The chicken is not fresh.

Busy branch with friendly staff. The food is ok and they get your order wrong with annoying frequency. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve had to go back to collect the missing parts of my order.

Do not use this store, extremely bad service and total incompetence in processing orders. We ordered two items and the staff delivered the food to another customer , left the food with that customer for 7 -10 minutes whilst they corrected the order with the other customer, then had the temerity to try to give us food that had been on another persons possession for 10 minutes. We requested fresh meal. Once delivered we drove home only to discover like warm soggy chips and the zinger burger missing . The manager was unavailable and the second in command would not deliver the missing meal nor would they issue a refund to my card. So now I have to travel at further expense back to the store to obtain a refund. The level of incompetence at this store is broaching on the incredulous. Avoid at all costs use the laird street birkenhead KFC

Ordered food on delivery and nothing was in bags and just thrown into the box. No lettuce on fillet twister or mini fillet burger. Food was cold aswell. Probably doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Not going there anymore, I've bigged it up for year but I'd say the last year .. lots of missing items so who ever so obviously got not so honest staff.

Don't go to the Kiosk machine, Even though card machine works heard the female staff (probably manager) and another guy telling the guy at counter to not take card payments and send to the Kiosk instead, why this inconvenience instead of interacting???

Much better since refurbishment. I have used the drive thru but not actually gone in and have to say having area for deliveries is so much better. Plenty of staff but little customer interaction, can cope with that if order is correct and food is good

Chicken was cold and chips all bits Staff did not engage with us we had to tap on window from car to get her attention, drinks we were offered was only diet drinks Thought staff on serving hatch rude . Would not visit this drive through again . There was 4 buckets purchased waste of money .

Standard KFC. Service is merely perfunctory. There's no warmth or personal touch. Used to be better. Sad really. Oh, and the ice cream machine is never working.

Quick, literally 3 mins and good to table. Hot too. Great.

Always clean and never have any problems here. Toilets are clean and stocked full of toilet paper. I've been twice in the last two to three weeks, and they still don't do any hot chocolate. Plenty of free parking or an easy drive-through. Staff extremely helpful. Think the Mighty Bucket for one is only on until February and less than £5. Gravey and KFC chicken......so tasty.

The place is not too big. Food standards are OK. At 3 o'clock that day, there were only a few customers, so the waiting time was not long.

I ordered at 6.30 It delivered at 8.10 by bicycle The chicken I asked hot but I came as cold.. for delivery it's coming 30 to 40mins for this 5 mins distance and the mini fillets too much salty, even couldn't put into mouth , ur not filtering flour,..and I paid for tomato dip that also missing..for a one order not satisfied with each and everything ..waste of time and money And wings normal ok can have it but remaining all wasted.. I just throughed.. that all salty !

We used the drive through and unfortunately had to park up and wait for our order. Took absolutely ages,but in their defence it was Christmas Eve and super busy. The food was hot and clearly fresh so cannot fault them for that.

Usual KFC - in fact a bit better than some I've been to, albeit infrequently. Chain seemed to be a little tired and worn, but this seemed a bit better. Unusual Christmas themed zinger meal was quite nice. Visit was out of necessity after a long journey back but was decent fast food

All good except for the parking. You're only allowed 75 mins! I'm a Disabled person and it takes me ages to get in the place. Not good!

Service was horrendously slow but whilst we waited we were kept entertained by the 6 rats fighting over scraps in the car park, certainly won't be visiting there again anytime soon. GRIM!

Went here with partner for a quick meal before picking kids up was stood at till for 3 minutes before was told to use the self service. Opted for table service paid and sat down waited for about 5 minutes only to have to go back upto the till were our food had been sat and not brought to our table making the food slightly cold staff nit helpfully and music was loud **AVOID DINE-IN**

aventuly when the member of staff could be bothered to serve us a lot of the menue wassent available then i was givern 35p change in pennies food came tower burger was as dry as old boots the 2nd one was cold chips cold and for got the beans.apart from that it was ok. it seems to be the norm now every kfc are just slap dash It seems every review going back 15 entries has had a bad experience. obviously the management dont care other wise they would fix the problem

Worst service, please do not visit, I think they don't value their employees as they were sad and seemed rude at the tills and yeah they gave me wrong items and I went for the issue there expression were very off was like as if I asked something which is out of customer knowledge(very poor management) and no one cares though they see me standing at the counter, I would suggest you to go for the KFC Birkenhead

Went to oreder at the till instead of the machine and the lady serving looked offended that we had done such a thing . After standing there for a while we had no choice other than to order with the screen

The food here is just so poor, it’s either stale buns, sad lonely fillets within them and chicken pieces from the smallest chicken known to man. Couple that with the gaggle of delivery people awaiting orders and it’s just so miserable.

Dreadful experience, orderd on just eat, half the order missing other half cold. Rang the branch, who said the rest of the order was sitting there if I would like to come and collect it!! Erm hello, Just paid for delivery so why should I know collect it when it's your mistake. Traveld to collect and return cold food. Totally ignored me at the counter,even though no one else was waiting to be served. 2 staff looked at me and turned their backs to me to have a conversation for the next 5mins. Two other staff came to join them and also ignored me. Eventually, I asked if anyone was serving or just ignoring customers? They just looked at each other, and 2 of them walked away. No one asked what I wanted even though the open KFC bag was on the counter 😤. I explained that it was an incorrect delivery . They took the bag away without comment, not even an apology. After about 10 mins, they returned with another bag, still no apology, no offer refund of delivery charge or any sort of money off voucher, etc, as a goodwill gesture. When I got back home, the chips and fillets of chicken were inedible due to the excess amounts of salt that had been poured on them. The paper bags were full of salt. The boneless chicken on my son's burger was also covered in salt. The only thing that was edable was the bbq sauce because it was sealed. Total waste of £36.00 and clearly the replacement food was sabotage with extra salt by the staff. I had orderd the food to be delivered due being disabled and due to my pain, I didn't want to drive, but ended up having to, as they said the driver couldn't come back with the missing items even though it was their fault. Absolutely disgusting attitude of staff and very poor customer service. As for the food, I can only say it was excessively salty and totally inedible. We won't be ordering again or wasting hard earned money.

Going through the drive thru can be a nightmare, you usually spend alot of time just waiting in the queue to then be told at the window "can you just pull up and we will bring it to you, its going to be 10 to 15 minutes wait" after you've already payed!

Great KFC if your eating in, however there car drive in is extremely slow and there Delivery service is even worse, I've received many overdone chicken that looks like it's been cold and re cooked, some even burnt to a crisp and when you complain they don't care at all, they got paid don't care attitude.

Atrocious waiting times if you're collecting orders, staff treat you like a nuisance. Shouldnt be waiting 35 minutes for an order that gives me £3.60 and is literally around the corner. This is every time during picking up an order, without fail, always make you wait. Packing is never done well, soaking wet 2L bottles mixed in with orders wrapped in paper, recipe for disaster, prone to spillages. Dont recommend, avoid at all possible costs.

Kfc but done as it should be. There are quite a few out there and you get cold soggy chips, watered down gravy and some questionable chicken. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. They actually did it all the way, Colonel sanders would be proud

They are cheaters! Every time when you add your reward in to the basket they never give it to you! I had an offer first bucket on us minimum spend 10, so I ordered some food, paid 14 pounds and bucket were missing, so I called them and ask about my bucket where is it, and they offered me an refund!! Refund for free bucket?! I said I don't want an refund I want my bucket but they said "nothing we can do" This is not first time when this kfc is acting like that on your rewards, I won't go there again, don't offer something if you are not willing to give it to your customer later one

Walked in to fairly empty shop ( 2 customers) once I got to the till before I could even say hello I got told to hang on. Waited at least 5 minutes with the same member of staff pacing back and forth behind the counter ( still don’t understand why she couldn’t take my order ). There was one car in the drive throu and clearly one order on the screen. 4 members of staff and couldn’t get served. Will not be going back.

Tbh its been a while since I last went here and I was totally shocked by the price increase. A zinger box meal had increased by £2.50 in a space of less than 12 months that was about 30% increase

What can I say about KFC ....... Well they definitely have chicken, it's definitely fried, but unfortunately I've never actually been to Kentucky (or anywhere else in the US for that matter) so I'm afraid I'm going to have to go out on a limb and assume that it tastes like it's from Kentucky. But the winning point for me is the GRAVY, what can I say about the gravy. If I only had to eat KFC gravy for the rest of my miserable existence I'd die a happy man 😁 Enjoy folk's 😉

You get more sense and use out of a wet lettuce than you do out of the staff at this place. Shocking service, and they never complete orders correctly. If you don't like your job, just get another somewhere else

Service was awfull , staff was ignoring the customers and food took over 44 mins to be ready , got home opened my food and it was awfull , not crispy chicken but soggy chicken , fries was bot cooked properly , there was mould on the box the food come in , phoned the shop to complain and member of staff put the phone down

Absolutely awful. Food arrived minus two regular fries. What was delivered was cold and drab. Could not get through to store at Rock Ferry and bill did not contain store number so could not send a complaint. Avoid!!!

Food is always fresh, service is quick, only issue is parking but that's not their fault I suppose.
