2pm and nothing on a display..poor customer service and lack of atmosphere. Coffee standard.

Decent tea room serving the coaches that park nearby. Also has a fully stocked "bar" but it's manned by the tea room staff. Decent selection of sandwiches, hot sausages rolls, scones and welsh cakes. Good if you are after a quick bite or heading out of Portmerion. If you are after more of a quaint sit down meal go into the town itself. You can buy the prisoner themed beer here but you pay a large premium to drink it here, they sell the same beer bottles for almost half the price down in the Pot Jam shop (5min walk)

We visited this café on the 7th May. Lovely coffees and ice creams. However this was let down by the customer service we received. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience just being inside the café. My husband spent nearly £20 just on some drinks and a couple of ice creams, so not a cheap experience either. To top it all off, when I asked her if I could have a latte, she said yes then proceeded to let out a long deep sigh. I’m so sorry if heating the milk, to add to the coffee inconvenienced you! I’ve personally made coffees myself in a café, and can’t say it was a particularly exhausting role. Perhaps a customer facing role just isn’t for you.

Very rude young woman (Kerry) serving in cafe. Poor attitude. Observed by several customers at tables. Embarrassing!

Great, simple food at good prices, and kind, friendly staff. Not so much in Portmeirion as it's right by the entrance, but should not be overlooked, best place to get a quick bite as people go back to drop things off or grab things from the car.

Located right at Number six, the cafe serves from six to six, twelve hours a day, everyday. Great food, delicious coffee, lovely ambience, friendly customer services, happy people, luxury seating, all you need to bring someone very special with you, who you could treat like a princess.

Well no comment on the burger, I enjoy the Angus steakhouse. The only thing here is that it says that they close at 22:00, but everytime we went by 20:00, we can’t sit as they tell us that it is take out only. First time we went close to 21:00, we couldn’t finish our burgers and were asked to leave. So, to the management, can you please change the closing time to be 9pm instead of 10pm? It is frustrating and misleading to be honest. We expect to sit and enjoy our time but it has been a pain so far. UPDATE: Went back another time at 7:45, more than an hour before closing, and they won’t let me sit again; take out only in the cold and the rain.

Second time I've called in an order, pizza with garlic sauce, Second time I've got my food and no garlic sauce. And was charged for it. They may treat walk in customers better. Don't phone in an order. Waste of money

Had take away twice from here whilst in Barmouth. Excellent food and service. The best fish and chips I’ve had for a long time. Will definitely b back.
