No 3 bar and restaurant in Exeter

The pizzas were excellent and the cocktails were fabulous.

Very friendly and was a lush bacon bap and coffee.

This bar is exactly what Topsham needs. Friendly atmosphere and good music. There is no where else in topsham like it .

Very comforting staff, the new breakfast and lunchtime menus are exiting and fulfilling. Really recommend this place for good vibes and nice drinks too!

Food is tasty and simply yummy, staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is welcoming, will definitely be eating there again very soon.

Went in there yesterday. Customer service was great. However my chicken burger was not cooked properly, did not taste right as it was obviously from frozen. My friend also said their chicken wings were cold inside, meaning they where not defrosted properly. I am still recovering on the toilet…..

So I have been here a few times and I have never really had a great experience. When we arrived on any of the times we visited the staff weren’t the best presented wearing their jogging bottoms for instance and we were not really felt welcomed by them. The food we had when we visited before was not the best and it was clearly from a freezer which is not so bad when you order chips but we were glad we didn’t order the sushi. However the cocktails we have had have always been very good we only wish the menus were better presented. Over all the place needs a tidy up and I could be so much better.

Beautiful garden area, very attentive staff and great cocktails.

The surroundings were nice but the pizza was very underwhelming. The ‘pulled pork’ was pieces of packet sandwich ham and the pizza had very little flavour.

Used to be so much better. Now feels like a cheap euro resort take away. Ordered 2 pizzas, one of which turned up burnt which I got an apology for, nothing else. Much better atmosphere sitting inside rather than out. Better to get a take away pizza from Pebblebed and eat it enjoying the view along Ferry Road. No3 must be the worst place to eat in Topsham now.

The garden is quite nice and the staff friendly. The food is cheap but very mediocre. I'd stick to drinks. There are much better places to get pizza or burgers in Topsham.

The food was okay and the drinks were nice, none of the staff wore masks and neither did any of the customers and we ordered only 2 pizzas and they got them mixed up with each other so we ended up eating half of each others pizzas.

5 friends went for a cocktail Saturday afternoon. Sat in a lovely quiet garden. We shared a pizza which was very good. BUT !!! The cocktails order was a mess And we had to wait for a long time. One of us could not have just a glass of Prosecco only a bottle despite some of the cocktails having Prosecco in them. The waitress was trying to help but the tattoo lady with the dyed hair did not have a clue if the owner wants to make money change the attitude of sack that member of staff

Hands down the best pizza in Exeter!!! Such a lovely atmosphere, really friendly staff and the food was so good, we have come back 4 days later and will no doubt be back again soon.

Small but good tea and coffee shop, friendly and helpful staff.

Overpriced, non existent service and food which is average at best. If you’re only going to provide one option on the menu and charge top money the product needs to be better.

Great cocktails served by excellent staff. No.3 has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that tempts you to stay far longer than intended.

Good for a Sunday morning drink and snack

As a group of , shall I say mature , lads on a night out , we thought that no. 3 was not for us . How wrong could I be . We were welcome and made to feel like wanted guests . If your after a pint then it's not the place for you , but the staff have a knowledge and enthusiasm for all things gin .

Swanky cocktail bar with coffee and cake. Perfect for people watching with big windows and super views up Fore St. Classic style interior with lush wallpaper and friendly staff. 5 minutes from nearest bus stop, 15 minutes from the station.

Really good gin cocktail for 2 in a teapot

I enjoyed a really good cup of coffee in the secret garden on a lovely sunny day and have experienced a beautifully presented gin & tonic in the bar on a Saturday night - only complaint is that the gin menu is extensive and I didn't know which one to choose. I love the intimate atmosphere of No.3 and would highly recommend.

Great cocktails, great gin choices, lovely staff. They happily made us off menu cocktails on request. Service was lovely and we are sure to be back regularly!

The Bar staff were professional but lacked the initiative to make decisions. The Plymouth Gin was nearly empty after one portion. They felt unable to tip the last 2mls of the empty bottle into the customers glass. That was the last of the normal strength Plymouth gin. However the barman was unable to give the Navy strength at the same price as the normal strength Plymouth gin, although there was no normal strength gin left. There was no Schweppes Tonic water - only Fevertree. We were the only 4 people in the bar at 6.30pm on a Tuesday. We shall not be going back. I see this as a Management failure. This bar will not survive unless the Management is a bit more flexible and imaginative. James Allenby.

Been there twice, cocktails are expensive but good. Coffee was exvellent.

Quirky. Charming bar staff. A great change from traditional pubs on offer in Topsham.

Having thrown a party at no.3 this weekend, there are around 70 of my friends that would vouch for this as a great venue. The secret garden in summer is amazing, the cocktails first class and the staff...well...nothing short of incredible and accommodating. If you enjoy cocktails and are in the Exeter/Topsham area...go there!

This place serves coffee and cakes during the day, and gin at night. There's also a B&B upstairs. And a secret garden out the back. The owner helped set up the excellent Crocketts Gin Bar in Exeter, so Topsham should be in for a treat! 30 different south west gins are promised.
