Nino’s kebab and pizza in Southend-on-Sea

Terrible. I like to give the benefit of the doubt but a walk in customer shouldn’t have to wait 30+mins for a kebab. Guy kept saying yes yes it’s coming and proceeded to serve and bag up orders after mine. Shop wasn’t even busy and there was no excuse for the team of two guys to be as slow and poor as they were. Took a fair bit of back and forth arguing with the guy before I got a refund (he kept saying he didn’t know how to do one) I will take my business to much better establishments that appreciate the business. Overall a very rude service and disgusting attitude. Never again

Well located and good prices. I was surprised at the awesome quality of the meat, as almost everywhere else is dried up. They meat was well charred, cut thin and perfectly moist and tender. Both chicken and beef tasted amazing. Overall, can’t complain.

CLEARLY the "people" that work here have no sense of reality. Utterly vile and disgusting behaviour. Ordered two chicken kebabs with burger sauce and got two two lamb kebabs with hot sauce. I'm severely ALLERGIC as stated and they ignored everything. I'm in tears. Utterly disgusting behaviour. Listen to your customers and STOP this nonsense once and for all!

Nino's has a special place in my heart. Fond memories of a mate being violently sick just after eating there. How we laughed. Personally I've never had a problem and always stick to the lamb special wrap and you can't go wrong if you're on the beer

The balance of lamb donner, salad and chilli sauce was a perfect accompaniment to the vodka and cokes I had just enjoyed at the Papillon

I've never had chips/fries within a kebab wrap until Nino's - a nice touch 👍 P.S. My idiot friend accidentally left souvenir drumstick from nearby gig in takeaway - if you haven't binned it, please let me know...

Eveytime in out drinking, I stop by Ninos for their delicious wraps, my favourite is the Ninos special vegetarian with spicy veg and hallumi cheese.

Owner told my friend she hadn’t paid for her food yet she literally had a receipt. Made me pay again for food that was already paid for. Then made my other friend pay as well. Take advantage of people who have had alcohol. Disgusting.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I came here for a night out and came here for food after, I’ve been given food poisoning and approached the owner about this and he did not care baring in mind I spend £27. I approached him and told him the situation (baring in mind this is days after) he laughed and asked me what i wanted again baring in mind I have tried to easier a compliment and his not even listened to anything I have said nor listened to when I told him his restaurant gave me food poisoning. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to you. His rude, laughed in my face and was very disrespectful when I approached him about a VERY serious matter. I will be reporting him to food and safety and hygiene matters

Kebab was okay but the service was not, I was very rudely told to get out after paying for the food. I won’t be visiting this place again.

Chicken Doner was a bit spicy. Chips were alright but wouldn't recommend the ketchup. All the kebabs are decently priced and come with salad which is a perk.

I Went Into The Shop Last Night And Ordered Pizza And Garlic Bread With Cheese And The Pizza Was Doughy And Tasted Disgusting And The Garlic Bread With Cheese The Same. I Tried Talking To The Shop And Not Interested. Will Not Be Ordering From Them Again, Waste Of Nearly £20.

A crazy barbershop with hygiene issues.

Thought I would give this a go as I'd seen low ad hygiene ratings for this establishment, however I thought I would judge for myself. However the donner kebabs were hard and so was the chicken, had clearly been cooked hours previously.

Nino's is my go too, after a drinking session, on the way home kebab shop. I've been going here for 15yrs and always come home with plenty of food at a good price. If your feeling nostalgic for a old skool dirty kebab experience then go to Nino's. 👍🏻. And the cheesy chips here are truly epic.

Ninos special mixed £9.99.. Most places if I spend £10 on a special kebab its more than a handful.. Not here.. Finished along with large chips and I'm not a big guy to say the least. I weigh 10 stone at the end of a good week

The end of many nights, including last night. I have a whole leftover pizza to help with my hangover so that's good. Cheesy chips from here is also epic. I did once get a mozzarella stick with no mozzarella. Just full of disappointment instead. Overall, a fine choice post-night out.

Food is good but guys if your calling to make an order over the phone, most likely your call will not even be answered due to lack of staff and there's only one old man working in the shop. I feel bad for the business the food is great but unfortunately they would not be able to deliver satisfaction. 8 out of 10 calls will not be answered.

Worst kebab ever! Gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time I had one strip of kebab in a wrap ... Happened twice.. Me and my partner still joke about it to this day, After about a year (later) i went back and got meat and chips .. Burnt again and the chilli tasted like vinigar acid.... (just like before) It's ok if you are totally plastered... And your mum was a bad cook... (You Wouldn't know any different) but on the good side the Chips are the best + salt , Always ^_^
