Absolutely legendary best gaff ivr ever been to. Manwar is amazing and everybody should tip him substantually. He is the best manager ever. Burger king give him a pay risr NOW!

🅿️ is typically precinct: free one hour bays or numerous pay multi-storey units are a few minutes walk away. Bags of cycle stands are available (at your own risk). The new kiosk ordering system is far more civilised than shouting above the usual customer din. Portions are not humongous but the flamed flavour is consistent and you can be out for less than three pounds minus a drink if pennies are tight. Coded toilet facilities are available upstairs and also extended seating which lacks the downstairs atmosphere. Fast food rocks!

The lady at the till asked me to leave a review 😂 it was very quiet in here for a Saturday which I always prefer so I hope that business picks up for them. The staff were really friendly and the service was quick and I can't fault the food. Burger king is more pricey than McDonald's but thats because the food is better quality.

Ordered online , items missing , food stone cold had to reheat , no reply to telephone call , numbers/ emails to complain are not valid and customer support having technical problems . Awful service ruined one of my favourite treats . Very sad will never get delivery again sadly

Bag was ripped and wet some how even tho the only drinks were in bottles and the time was ridiculous drove past to deliver a order that was further so mine was cold apparently shocking

ordered a bacon double burger duo meal , one burger missing and the other had no cheese or bacon just 2 plain dry burgers in a bun, so not only does 1 person not have a burger for munch the other has a plain burger. and as usual now have 2 wait 48 hrs for just eat to respond ..burger king pls pay attention when packing orders in future

I had an amazing experience at burger king last time when i visited Southern-on- sea .The food was absolutely delicious, especially steakhouse Crispy chicken , and the service was top-notch. The waiter and manager were both incredibly attentive and provided excellent servic.

The staff have really stepped it up in the past few months. Fast service, hot food and they're all very friendly.

Well managed by less staff and very nice and friendly manner. Don't usually do review but after noticing two/three years old reviews can say that Burger King Southend has really improved on both food quality and service. However, they need more staff so that staffs don’t need to rush and run. Fresh food, well organised and clean specially the toilets. Well-done Burger King.

The food turned up late it was stone cold where the driver couldn’t find my address and then in the end he found me but couldn’t confirm my order because the map was showing somewhere else so then he had to take the Oder to another place to accept it

my food its all cold . The driver picked up the food 15 minutes away from my house and he decides to go to Leigh On Sea, he turn off the app for nobody tracking where he was. WE KNOW THIS DRIVER AND HE ALWAYS DOES THE SAME. ITS REALLY UNFAIR. DO SOMETHING

2nd time I've had food missing.

This order was an absolute mess! The chips came in a box, and there was literally 8 fries - box was 1/4 filled , the bootle of drink was added to the same bag as the hot foot and the coke was warm. Then we have the absolute atrocity of a burger ! Cold, squashed and damaged! I called the restaurant and they told me to come pick up another order - defeats the point of using Just Eat really doesn’t it. So disappointed, ended up throwing the handful of chips and burger away & ordered on Uber eats

First time ordering never again the order the size of everything is really small tiny and stone cold .. fancy sending someone on a pushbike to deliver to Leigh absolutely ridiculous.. it’s now in the oven trying to heat up I wish I could send a pic outrageous

i ordered first on my partners account and my food came incorrect, i ordered no mayo no lettuce and it came with mayo, and then i ordered again and it came 30 minutes late. the time kept going up, i called the burger king and asked if my food had a courier, they said they gave my food 20 minutes before i called and i had been waiting a long time with no information. will never order again.

I will never order from here again. ordered 18:28 arrived 20:48. good was cold. bag was ripped. drinks were shaken up. burger felt like it had been sat around for hours (which it probably had). charged a service charge and delivery!? burger king used to be decent but never again will I be using this branch or justeat. couldn't cancel it either as the app is so useless. just don't bother, have some cheese and toast and be thankful you didn't waste your time.
