Food was cold and order was incorrect

First time ordering, came piping hot and everything was there, also driver found my house spot on

Burger was warm, chips was cold hard a bit hard to eat

10 mins before expected time. Was lovely and the courier was polite.

drinks were warmer than the food, chips are cold and stale. taste like they've been sat there a few hours

Little to no mayo or lettuce in the chicken royale! It only costs a few pennies to add also if i've paid for a chicken royale with mayo & lettuce that's what you should receive!

Hate leaving a bad review but COMPLETELY different order in the bag to the label on it, which was for our order. Quality check seems to be a consistent problem as this isn’t the 1st (or 3rd) time we’ve had this issue. Won’t be ordering BK again.

I place my order which was accepted at 21:22 and it took upto 22:46 until it was finally delivered. The driver that delivered the food explained the restaurant didn't have a clue what was going on. The food wasn't very nice. The chips didn't have salt on, they were cold and tough. The Memphis chicken BBQ burger and the Memphis beef BBQ burgers were both dry and burnt. The bacon was overcooked and leathery, the cheese was on the outside, not in the burger. I feel I should get a full refund.

Really hit and miss. Sometimes it's nice, other times it turns up luke warm and the fries are like cardboard and the burgers need nuking in the microwave which spoils them too. £3.99 for 6 soggy onion rings... 👎🏻👎🏻

🅿️ is typically precinct: free one hour bays or numerous pay multi-storey units are a few minutes walk away. Bags of cycle stands are available (at your own risk). The new kiosk ordering system is far more civilised than shouting above the usual customer din. Portions are not humongous but the flamed flavour is consistent and you can be out for less than three pounds minus a drink if pennies are tight. Coded toilet facilities are available upstairs and also extended seating which lacks the downstairs atmosphere. Fast food rocks!

ordered at 7:40 didn't turn up until gone 9.15 so disappointed was stone cold !!!!

Ordered at 9 o’clock and said it would be to me at 9:30pm but only just received my food at 10:15 and it was cold and inedible.

ordered at 6.20 and delivery was confirmed for 40 minutes time however we didn't receive until 7.41. I also had to walk downstairs to pick up the meal as I could see on the map the driver was just sitting downstairs. if he wasn't aware of where the address was maybe he could have called

It was all Cold. They gave me a single burger when I ordered a double patty. Delivery driver was awful. Moody. And didn’t get the spicy mayo I ordered too. I request a refund. I tried before and it was declined. I will take this legal if I’m not refunded soon, I am serious about this.

Having to wait nearly 2hrs is frustrating. When you order it says average delivery time 20mins it then continues to change the time over and over. Apparently the courier also waited that length of time at the restaurant too. Why not just be factual, ie we’re busy

I ordered for a large Cookie dough to go with my order but my order was delivered without the cookie dough, called the restaurant twice but no one responded. I’m so disappointed

2½ Hour Wait is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Cold Drinks in with the Food. Food was Soooooo Cold it could easily of come out of a Fridge. ½ a Portion of Chips that were Stodgy and Stuck together. Positives........ ABSOLUTELY NONE.

That's twice late I've had burger king both times it's been cold does not help when driver walking to up and down. with food in hands , in end had to put shoes on to go get it , then he made me stand there y he put code in , a real jokr

Lovers atmosphere and hot tasty food

The lady at the till asked me to leave a review 😂 it was very quiet in here for a Saturday which I always prefer so I hope that business picks up for them. The staff were really friendly and the service was quick and I can't fault the food. Burger king is more pricey than McDonald's but thats because the food is better quality.

advertising as special deal when you spen £25 or more to get complimentary items, however haven't sent a single free of charge item. disappointment to say the least.

Ordered online , items missing , food stone cold had to reheat , no reply to telephone call , numbers/ emails to complain are not valid and customer support having technical problems . Awful service ruined one of my favourite treats . Very sad will never get delivery again sadly

ordered a bacon double burger duo meal , one burger missing and the other had no cheese or bacon just 2 plain dry burgers in a bun, so not only does 1 person not have a burger for munch the other has a plain burger. and as usual now have 2 wait 48 hrs for just eat to respond ..burger king pls pay attention when packing orders in future
