They are sealing chicken chips but they don’t have any sauce specially mayo.And the stuff service was really worst food as well.

Very rude service, bad food quality one day he’s gonna kill somebody chicken was raw and I told him and he gave me another chicken back and I’m feeling sick I’m never going back

I came in on an Friday evening around 7 to buy my chicken and chips as usual, funny and crazy how one of the attendants spoke back to me in a loud voice, unprofessional way, and humiliating way after asking him if my order was to come with a drink? Why would you be rude to me a customer? Is it because I was black? He even had the energy to say next time he will not sell me food if I come in again! That’s right if it’s your own personal business. But if not, I believe the owner opened the business for us and hired you to do your job, and I deserved to be treated right, just like any other customers. I felt low and very down . In a soft voice I asked him if my meal comes with a drink, he didn’t answer me, but instead placed the card machine for me to pay, after payment he gave me my food with a drink , so I needed to know if it was part of the meal or I paid it separately? Very arrogantly and unprofessional he spoke back to me and I felt I wasn’t treated well as a customer and I will never come back again. Blacks deserve equal respect and treatment. To business owner ! they was very rude and took ages with my food and i found a hair in mine and my daughters burger. the next day i had food poisoning.

Rude worker, he gave so many dirty looks then changed the price suddenly to £5 after saying £3. Even when it states it’s only £3 on the menu, always on his phone aswell not listening and having people repeat orders due to being on the phone.

Good size chicken portions were well cooked. Plenty of fresh cooked chips. Good value

Got food poisoning from this place years ago. Thought I'd try them again because I heard they'd improved, lo and behold chicken was so pink I might have thought it was still alive if it hadn't clearly spent several weeks in a freezer. Avoid.

The member of staff was very rude and abrupt will not be going there again

Asked for chicken wings specifically. Got a box full of drumsticks. Seems the manager don't know the difference. Chicken was cold potato was cold and dry. It was that bad of experience I left the £5 worth of so called food there and left before I flipped out. One star is generous at best

Great tasting food, but the biggest shame is that the guy that works here spends all day talking on his headset instead of spending the time getting the orders correct, if he spent more time preparing the food I would walk out with the correct food. Not once have I got food from this place where they have put all the correct food in the bags, and the staff are extremely rude also. Thursday 17th Feb 2022 Had no choice but to visit here today as had taken kids out and needed to eat before bed. I was reluctant to order from them with past experiences, but tonight the food was complete, the member of staff was not glued to his phone and he was even polite and cracked some jokes. Big improvement on previous visits, for this the star rating has been changed from 1 to 3 keep up improving your work ethics and you will make a 5 star review. Also great tasting food as always.

Chicken was not very hot and the chips were descusting and the staff need to wash their hands properly

Absolutely shocking service the guy serving was listening to his music through headphones and not listening to the food order my partner was giving him. Then to top it off got home and my chicken was pink throughout!! DEFINITELY WONT BE EATING THERE AGAIN!!

Ordered hot wings and burgers from here and the hot wings were pink and slimy.. also there was a dead fly in my child's burger..disgusting service... guy behind counter cooking always has headphones in and is just plain rude do not recommend eating at this establishment

I used to go in there all the time but then I moved today I asked for potatoes with my burger some wings and I got fries with it instead of potatoes but it's fairly cheap

They have really good chicken wings and you MUST try their spicy potatoes they taste soo good.

Shop has improved since staff have changed. Very helpful and polite. Food is scrummy

The food is alright, nothing special. It is however from frozen, at least the chicken nuggets are. The man at the counter is also extremely rude, miserable and doesn’t give back change. The prices are good and the place has potential, but the staff and frozen food let it down.

The prices are very affordable, of course there is no option to pay by card, the service requires basic knowledge of "customer service", the quality of the dishes is "edible" but not great and they were on display for a long time. No exaggeration in terms of cleanliness, but in both directions and I would like to go in one direction.

Great price for burgers I enjoy

This was a disgraceful restaurant coming here with a mate of mine was a complete disgrace. I wonder how my friend feels? The food was greasy and tasted like rubber I mean coming to chicken inn is like you asking for a day off of your job cuz you are gonna get food poisoning (as I had to find out the hard way) listen , if you want to eat proper food then go to Kfc or Nando's not some cheap old "inn" where you are going to regret coming too after filling your stomach with nauseous food. Now let us all take a moment to think about all the poor ladies and gentlemen who have digested this malicious food. I hope that you all take my points in consideration and never come to this food outlet ever again.

Ate Twice from here. Phenomenal Chicken Wings, that are drenched in flavour and foods always piping hot. Chips were slightly overcooked however, the Wings made up for this. I reccomend everyone eat here.
