My husband I stopped with our dog for some cocktails - we had a lovely relaxing time with reasonably priced cocktails. Espressos from the inside bar good also.

Went for a gig, and it was another brilliant one. Bar (cocktails) and toilets (doors always wide open) let this place down. There was a reliable crew about a year ago who managed more or less, the current lot does not have a clue, what a travesty for the price. Stick to pints and bottled beers.

Celebrated my 21st Birthday there. Staff were amazing, great vibes, seating was great 100% recommend. Would come again.

On a hungry Sunday afternoon we stopped off here for a cashew based Mac n Cheese. It was phenomenal! Nice and cosy atmosphere too, not busy at all. Very much a hidden gem. Looking at the reviews most issues Are with the music venue, they should just become a vegan restaurant as there stuff is top notch!

Awful bad staff. We went here last week for a gig. The music was absolutely brilliant but my gosh the bar staff were awful. They were so so slow and beyond rude and on top of that they charge a massive service charge which you have no choice but to pay. It’s a really awful atmosphere wish we could have tipped the wonderful band instead of the awful staff

Group of 3 came to nice place to have a drink in the garden outside. Trying to get inside to pub to use toilet services we were told we were not allowed in as place was reserved to private venue. It was 8:00pm. We had two beers each so we neede d to use toilet. Well we were asked to use toilet in the bar 5min away from this place. Shocking business behaviour considering this is a busy place.

Today I had a lovely experience here with the team they definitely ensured my service was as good as it can be. I was unsure of what I wanted and your lovely bartender Levi gave me wonderful suggestions and I ended up having a great time. I will most definitely be returning the next time I’m on brick lane for another drink

I recommend not visiting this establishment due to the unacceptably high prices ON TOP of the bar adding a 12.5% for bar service. The bartenders attitudes were appalling, despite the high costs being for their wages being ‘fair’ - they poured pints with such resentment and distain.

Probably the rudest staff in the world, we spent over 100 pounds in less than 2 hours for drinks and after we ordered another round they realised that they have live music so we have to take our drinks and to drink them outside unless we want to pay 15 pounds per head for the music! The beer is 7 pounds each and you have to leave the building to drink it, sitting outside enjoying the rain! Unbelievable, never seen something like this in my life!

We were told that if we wanted a front seat for the concert, we needed to buy a set meal at £25 a head. The table we were shown to did NOT have my name connected to it. Mr. Rodriguez must have been sent home, ‘cos it was his table. The drinks were 50% overpriced and the halloumi fries were cold. Final insult was that they omitted to serve us a 3rd course. Given that the food had been poor, I was relieved and bartered a free wine instead. The male no “2” toilet, the ONLY no “2” toilet had a police bollard on it and a notice saying “out of order”. I conclude that the place is a rip-off venue to which I will NEVER return. It was cynical and the owners and management need a severe reprimand. Give it to them - simply by never visiting.

Small hidden bar with massive outside seating. Inside quite small and cozy. Decent selection of craft beer and really good food. Classic cocktails available on menu as well as plenty of their house cocktails. Huge selection of spirits.

Rude staff - we came on 24 July on Saturday at around 10pm for a drink and the bouncer was really rude to us. We walked in and he didn’t make any eye contact with us as if it was fine to continue and then stopped us in our tracks and said “excuse me what are you doing” and we politely asked for a table when there were over 5 free tables and he slowly looked around and finally said we could have one. It was very condescending and rude.

Hello I visited with my friends on Saturday 26th June. One of my friends has Coeliac Disease. We decided to order the three portions of halloumi fries and three of the house fries from your menu. Both state on your menu that they are GF. However, as my friend has a very serious condition, we double checked this before we ordered. We were told by the waitress that these options were not actually gluten free but they said “if you absolutely need them to be, they can be”. We requested this, as it is vital that my friend does not consume anything that contains gluten. However, within an hour of eating the food, my friend could tell that she had eaten something with gluten in it. She ended up being so poorly, that she had to cut her evening short and go back to the hotel, where she was vomiting for the rest of the night and feeling extremely unwell. It completely ruined her day, we had travelled from Colchester for a day and night out in london which we had planned for ages. She still hasn’t recovered even now. It is extremely disappointing that even though your menu stated GF and your waitress had, supposedly, told the chef it needed to be gluten free. We were still provided with food that either contained gluten or had been in contact with other food which contained gluten. If you provide gluten free options, it is vital that this food is cooked and prepared away from any other food that contains gluten. I look forward hearing your response. Maybe I’ll now get a response from someone??

We chose to go to 91 after stumbling across it before meeting friends in a different pub. We thought the place looked cool and booked it for dinner. Huge mistake! We were greeted by a young girl rolling up her cigarette who then proceeded to smoke it whilst checking us in. We were then met by another lady who showed us in and told us to push two round tables together. We had booked for 5 people so asked to be placed in another inside area. After a lot of huffing and puffing (not by us) we were moved. We used the app to order drinks where tonic water was only available ‘as a dash’. I ordered a Brockman’s gin which is a favourite of mine. When it arrived it wS undrinkable from the plastic glass (we were inside and these were disposable glasses). Two of our group also ordered gins, this time pink one with tonic one with lemonade. Both were digesting. I went to tell the staff by approaching the bar where I was ignored by 5 bar tenders (COVID times so no one else at the bar). When I did speak to someone she moaned but did replace the drinks. These were equally as bad and when we told her, she said it was fresh tonic so it must be us. I have had supermarket own brand tonic that tasted better. We decided not to stay for food and left shortly after arriving with no refund on the drinks, no goodbye or acknowledgement. If you want bad drinks and service, this is the place for you. Do not be taken in by the nice outside area or the jazz bar theme it sells itself as on its website.

Amazing service, from the security guard, to the maitre d and all the service staff. I came here for a live music night. The food is also delicious I ordered a grilled miso aubergine and salad. I was expecting fast food, but far from it. It was cooked to perfection and totally yummy.
