[photo uodate] 12/08/22: Hebden Bridge Ale Trail: Nightjar Brew Company (previously Slightly Foxed) is a microbrewery in Mytholomroyd, which has a Brewery Tap on site and a small, quaint bar on New Road in Hebden Bridge. We went to the New Road bar which has extensive list of ales, a small selection on tap and a good variety of flavours & styles to suit everyone! Friendly and helpful staff made our choices easier.

Dog friendly, good selection of craft ales, bottled cider.

Stopped for a drink before heading to the picture house. Small and quaint with a small selection of beers.

I was trying to find somewhere to eat before the pictures, having been made horribly late by two non-arriving buses. Nightjar doesn't sell food, but the lady behind the bar told me the nearest place to buy a sandwich, let me eat it in the bar, and gave me a plastic cup to take my leftover cider into the cinema, with whom they have an arrangement. I felt very looked after, and will certainly go there again and recommend it to friends.

Love this quirky little bar. Great beers including their own 'Lost in Ikea'. Good vibe and really well managed by a young man called Isaac who has a wealth of knowledge about the industry. Always look forward to calling in for a few when in Hebden Bridge.

Tried to call in today (11/11/23) on a tour of Hebden Bridge with a group of friends to be rudely told were not accepting groups. In this day and age who would of thought a business could afford to turn custom away.

Another small place with outside seating for fine days. Sorry about the pic, I was thirsty! However, it may be the brewery tap for nearby Nightjar brewery... it's a bit too much not to be otherwise. Bit small but it's a start. The guy behind the bar was very much on the ball and helpful.

Cozy place with a wide choice of drinks considering its small. Cool decor! Also guy with the floppy hair is an abso stunner 😍

Fantastic range of beers, would definitely recommend Lost in IKEA which is the house NEIPA. Issac what a great barman, so knowalagable.

Just popped in for one whilst in Hebden, funky vibe going on and great selection of rums/gins etc....Next time we'll probably have a couple!!

I visited this lovely bar just over a week ago and it's definitely a place I will go back to -- fantastic location / décor / vibe and of course the beer selection -- must visit when in Hebden Bridge

Ok. Bar staff seemed fed up and had no interest talking to customers, phone was clearly fasinating. Beer ok, had far better. But ok if you like heavy hopped American stuff. Not a welcoming place.

Fantastic bar in a small space next to the cinema in Hebden Bridge, serving three cask beers and five keg, mostly local sourced, and their own Nightjar Brewery beers. Subdued lighting, rustic seating and plenty of fairy lights make for atmospheric surroundings. A couple of outside tables on the pavement for sunny days. A can fridge and growler fills are available for takeaway drinks.

Fantastic little bar, cool quirky decor, amazing beers on draft, also good range of bottles, cans, spirits etc. Was playing Led Zep when I was in, so can't argue with the music either!

Cozy if a bit quirky bar with excellent selection of great beers and lagers. No TV was a bonus so not full of the usual pub crowd baying at the football on TV. Definitely a hipster vibe going on.

Went in there for a pint on Saturday the 2nd of October 2021 and will never be going back ! The young woman behind the bar decided to lecture me because I don't use contact less payment when I explained that my friend has been scammed using it she replied that "just because someone I know has been ripped off is not a good enough reason to not use an entire system of payment " the payment method I chose to use is my business and mine alone Maybe the owner should think about hiring real experienced staff instead of over opinionated middle class students Who know nothing about the real world!

Nice quirky bar with good selection of drinks and friendly service as the staff are always brilliant, quirky interior with a cozy mood lighting feel, good prices too, you can also buy cans/bottles to drink in/take out, bar has a small but decent seating area immediately to the front, highly recommend this quality bar.

Good beers. Second visit and a bit quiet, but was the Sunday night before Christmas. Lots of competition for good real ale bars in Hebden Bridge now but this one deserves to do well.

Lovely little bar, well fitted out and served a nice pint. Seating arrangement could be a little better if I were to be critical, but for a small bar this is minor detail. Well worth a visit.

A touch cramped, but nice atmosphere....

I visited with a friend on the evening of Nov 8. very cosy place and nicely lit. Only a handful of tables. We both had pints of the house beer at a very reasonable £3 a pint. The thing that amazed me the most was the music. It sounded like my own record collection was playing. I heard Joy Division, The Cure, New Order, PiL, The Bunnymen, Wire, Gang of Four and The The all during the short time I spent there. Fantastic! Unfortunately for us we stopped hearing the music due to the arrival of a party of 12 (well behaved) scouse blokes so we decided to cross the road to Vocation. Great place. Will definitely return.

Nice bar shame about the staff went in a group of 6, 1 of whom has a stammer horrid man with beard said my friend was slurring his words erm no he just finds it difficult to talk in certain situations made my friend feel very embarassed never will we go in again.

Good spot for a beer and a chat on the high street. Reasonable prices.
