Excellent experience, great venue, the happiest, helpful and well trained staff too.

Went with friends absolutely splendid, booked again for October .

Food very poor. cleaning staff could do better.very doubtful if we would book again

Everything was more than we expected..

We had one or two issues with staff members being ignorant, but overall not too bad. Entertainment ok and we did some grt activities. This was our 2nd time not sure we will go again!!

Beautiful grounds of many acres. Plenty of scope for walking in and around the hotel plus in better weather opportunity to sit outside enjoying the view aided by a coffee and/or cake. We had the base spec room but perfectly adequate and of good size. Food was very good with nice daily changes of menu. Staff in general were excellent and overall highly recommend this establishment.

A Warner Leisure Premises for adults only. Mainly people over 50's, with food and entertainment included in booking price. This particular hotel has a large amount of stairs in the out buildings so if you have difficulty with stairs, check which room your booking. Staff very friendly and helpful, of a younger age than visitors with some staff needing a bit more passive training in what to provide when serving teas, coffees or snacks, napkins for example. If pre booking from any of the on site shops for future visits to Warner Hotels, ensure that they are fully conversant with the premises layout, makes a big difference with room allocation. This visit at Nidd Hall did seem to have a low staff attendance to guests, meal tables much too small for a meal to be comfy. Car parking is an issue and needs to be overhauled since most guests are elderly with walking issues. Overall, worth it for a relaxed break, price could be cheaper due to the issues above.

Great hotel food good plenty of choice well recommended

The Leisure Club is part of Nidd Hall , so not the biggest gym you could come across. However the gym is clean and tidy, the equipment itself is in good condition and the staff were very polite and helpful. There is also a good size swimming pool and Spa. All in all well worth a visit.

Disjointed. Do not like walking to meals in the rain!, especially from a high end room.

Had a fabulous Aaaah treatment with Emma w ho was lovely. Fantastic massage would advise to book in advance so you don't miss out on this lovely experience

Good equipment, clean. Helpful staff. Steam room not good, not very good steam but sauna excellent.

Went for a spa morning and afternoon tea. Lots of parking and a warm welcome from Billy and Helen in the spa. Relaxed atmosphere, gym wan't busy and had a good weights area but only 2 treadmills. Pool was quite busy until just before lunchtime so spent time between sauna and steam room. Its a shame the jucuzzi was covered over. Tea was in the Viscount room, servers were warm and attentive and we weren't rushed so enjoyed a leisurely afternoon in plush surroundings. Grounds aren't too big and can be walked around in under 45 mins but have lots of interesting games or adult fitness equipment to play about on!

Not impressed. Room beautiful but more of a canteen than a restaurant. Waited more than 35 mins to be served a starter then had to queue to get the main course.

This review is for the Leisure Spa & not the hotel. My wife uses an electric wheelchair & the Spa was on the Lower ground floor so access was only via a lift however the lift wasn't able to accommodate her wheelchair. I did ask the hotel staff but they advised this was the only suitable entrance. However we did bring a walking frame with us & I carried it to the lift for her so she could go for a swim. Being a non swimmer & being no jacuzzi, I didn't go in. The Spa has a big pool with 4 lanes & changing rooms. Towels were provided.

Very disappointing the spa pool is not working even though they advised it. Staff are a bit miserable.

The steam and sauna rooms are small but good. The pool has a nice length but is not heated and soon gets crowded. Staff friendly

First time visit to a Warners Hotel. Went with Willenhall trinity bowling club. Loved every moment.

WOW - If Carlsberg did Hotels this would be it !!!! The service and attention to detail here is the BEST I have ever experienced and I've stayed at many hotels. Congratulations to whomever employed such a fantastic Staff.

We are staying at Nidd Hall for a couple of days. It's,an absolutely beautiful place. Service a little slow, but it's full and they have 126 rooms.

Double beds too small but the main things that there a number of courses off the menu before we sat down to eat. Plus rooms were not to the housekeeping standards required. Also the first breakfast we had they didn't have a clue which room we were in for breakfast this is the worst Warner's we've been to.

7th visit. Disappointed with some of the changes since covid. Food in Rawsons wasn't my choice but hadn't realised we could eat in Brassiere free, usually was extra. Our bed wasn't comfy and the duvet was, thick, heavy and grubby.

We have visited Warner's on and off for years, we enjoyed our break but felt the Main House had lost it's original identity and felt a little soulless.

I'm a staff member so I don't know much about the rooms but I can tell you from personal experience that the service in the restaurants are above standard

Been many times .Let down by lack of many things on the menu at Dinner . Especially puddings . Terrible kitchen management .May all be down yo lack of staff in some areas .Evening entertainment team Great .And shows .

A very nice hotel, just had lunch here so wasn't a guest but the staff were friendly and helpful. The public rooms are nicely decorated and we'll kept. I imagine that the gardens are beautiful when in full bloom in the summer

Had a fabulous weekend. All staff very pleasant and helpful Shows fabulous.

Not perfect, room had badly fitting patio doors with draughts. Good otherwise. Service was good and pleasant. We enjoyed the food but it was lacking in variety. The salad buffet was only basic. Overall a good place for us older age groups, who it aims to serve.

One of the best Warners holidays due to its location.

Very spacious well run immaculately clean,good food,only criticism may be a little disappointed that even though I had mentioned when booking,about our ruby wedding anniversary,I still had to remind them about this.

Had enjoyable four nights here. Food good, bedrooms and beds comfortable. Stayed in room off the courtyard. Found it a bit dark at night returning from main building, especially by the bottom step

Very clean but every visit something isnt working and for the second time it was the Jackuzzi.But i understand the leisure club is run privatley and its all down to costs.They blamed Covid again.

Warners are training their staff as quickly as possible to return to the pre Covid level of excellence. They are almost there hence the 4 stars. I am sure by the time of my next Warners break it will be 5 stars

A great long weekend at Nidd Hall, it was our 51st Wedding Anniversary, staff very friendly nothing was to much trouble.

Lovely place, excellent room s,the grounds top class. Food was not 5star,entertainment was mediocre. Acute lack of staff, no social distancing at all ,lack of management leadership.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay without leaving the grounds. Staff were great & very helpfull ",mucking in" in all areas. Food was lovely & room was ideal. Recommended.

Good sized pool which was fortunately empty when we swam, lovely. No Jacuzzi as broken, no Steam Room either ?why. Lots of cleaning going on which is good to see. Leisure Club staff were friendly & excellent, despite working hard & long hours around the hotel in various roles due to staff shortages. Tried archery & shooting, very much enjoyed both. As with the rest of the hotel, all staff under extra pressure due to shortages but doing their best. I witnessed an episode of criticism of the staff, totally inappropriate due to ignorance of the guests but all handled well.

Been trying to call everyday for half hour everyday for 11 days, and Nidd Hotel just hangs up or does not answer, I am digusted with this unacceptable and ignorant attitude to their customers. If they have no staff to answer the phone in 11 days then I wonder what level of service we can expect on arrival.

Great considering covid problems

Just arrived and had a 30min back and neck massage, great up to now, facial next.... which was so relaxing. Friendy Spa staff, knowledgeable and chatty...thank you

Just spent a lovely weekend here the staff are exceptionally friendly and cannot do enough for you the surroundings are beautiful and great facilities the food is great only one criticism is that the vegetables are hard lol

Lovely place. Staff are great and very helpful. Nice food, a great guest D.J and live bands. The only downside is there being no way of taking a wheelchair around the grounds. But that said would recommend 👌

Lovely pool. One way system in operation and no changing rooms available. Arrive ready to swim. Towel off and go to room to shower and change.

Food is the same choice every day . Staff very helpful 😃 . Prices in bar as would expect . Staff very polite. Getting around the hotel 🏨 can be apain as you have to go completely round the hotel up and down lifted just to get to the entrance of the bar/ show room .. rooms are very nice update and spacious

A huge estate containing Nid Hall Mansion Hotel, in the the grand North Yorkshire Dale's. Near Ripley, not far from Harrogate.

Nice place to stay staff very friendly and helpful. Food is very good. Clean and tidy. Entertainment not bad. But if you are in a wheelchair be prepared to be put up the corner of the entertainment room. This was my view of the stage.

Great place to go if you want a kid free experience. The chips are sometimes cold and the coffee quality is erratic, but the staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is both classy and relaxed

Beautiful place & reasonable prices

A tidy sized pool, a very good bubble pool which has space for ten people, the fitness suite is well equipped with the latest equipment, there are also treatment rooms and pilatus classes available.

Go there all the time cracking place and no kids

Not bad but too hot Really need to sort out the air con and also the booking system Tried for 2 days to book a full massage but ended up with just a back as the guy who did it put in the wrong timings

What better place than here to experience our first Warner's holiday. It exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation first class. The restaurant excellent in both quality and choice, and we were looked after very well by all members of staff. The grounds are breathtaking and reflects the hard work put in by all the groundstaff. The evening entertainment was excellent and we enjoyed every evening. We shall certainly return.

Fabulous place, extremely clean. Staff very helpful, fun and polite. Food delicious couldn't ask for better...yuuuum. Entertainment top class. Gardens beautiful we had great fun on all equipment. Swimming pool & leisure facilities great. Sadly could have any spa treatments because we didn't realise we had to book before arriving forvour break. Lesson learnt. How we will return at some point to one of the adult warner hotels

What can I say. Everything on offer is excellent. It speaks for itself to say we keep coming back in fact back in July and we have also booked for turkey and tinsel, 3rd year for this and can't wait.

Very good quality but although our room was wheelchair accessible the bathroom did not have support rails around the toilet for disabled people

Had a massage booked but when it came to the day the booking was not in diary so very disappointed.

Staff were really helpful and pleasant, made you really welcome & at ease
