It’s been a very long time since been and was happily surprised I don’t normally have a carvery but really enjoyed this the man who was on the station ralphael was amazing he was very professional and patient when my little one was picking

As someone visiting from out of town with a child who is very fussy with food this was an amazing experience the carvery was amazing and the person maning the station ralphael was amazing gave us beautiful cuts of meat and spoke to myself and to my daughter which was nice and including as most people don’t speak to her i would definitely recommend and go again thank to him

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our visit. It was way too noisy yhrpigh the speakers with a quiz night AND football on. Plus, the food we had was very sparse in choice. My friend ordered a Halloumi salad and myself a chicken and bacon one - thus consisting of just that with lettuce leaves and a few croutons, no cucumber or tomatoes. We were very disappointed.

Drinks service with the app is a complete lottery. You either get your drink quickly or they ignore the order completely.

Came in for a quick drink with a family member while waiting for visiting hours at the local hospital, straight away the young lady behind the bar jayda (hope I spelt your name correctly) apologised for glasses on the bar as they was short staffed as a bar staff myself I didn’t mind, the young ladies service was brilliant even though busy gave brilliant service .. lovely place to come for food and drink! Thank you so much for making a not so good time a lot better for us credit to your business

Myself and My husband visited The Nickelodeon on Friday 29th March around 13.30/14.00 for some lunch. I have a gluten intolerance and have to watch everything I eat. Simon the chef who was serving the carvery was really helpful and went out his way to prepare Fresh Vegetables (as the vegetables on the carvery had a glaze on them) and Gluten free Gravy for myself, (Other half is Not Gluten Free), I had Such a pleasant experience and throughly enjoyed the carvery and will definitely visit again soon.

We didn't plan to go here it was just a last minute decision so wasn't expecting to get seated as it was a Sunday at around 4:30 pm. 17th March. Very busy at that time however the gentleman on the door was very pleasant and said he should have a table for us in about 10 mins. Wasnt checking the time but it didnt feel like too long before we got seated so that was lovely. We chose a meal from the main menu so not the carvery. There was a little wait on the mains but it was very busy so we understand. However unfortunately mine was that cold i couldn't eat it. Everyone else i was with didn't say theres was hot but they were happy to eat anyways, they all had a burger, and there was one kids pizza however i had the loaded chicken and i am usually not that fussed but i genuinely couldn't eat it. Im not a complainer so my other half asked the server to take it back for me, I didnt get the gentlemans name. But he was so pleasant about it. He apologised and offered me a free drink. My new meal was piping hot and came out quite quickly it was a very tasty meal, so i Just wanted to thank everyone involved with that i really appreciate the quickness and easiness of that being resolved. I do hate complaining so thank you again for being so pleasant about it all when everyone was completely rushed off their feet. Sorry to of been the person who had to send back a meal at such a busy time! Hope you all have a rest today 😁

Great team and respectful. Clare (manager) was awesome and so helpful. Was having trouble with the app and she came straight over and sorted it out. Been here a few times and never had any issues.

Filthy disgusting toilets (ladies) We used the faculty or rather went to on leaving and the state of the toilets were dreadful ! Some staff were friendly . We have enjoyed a carvery here a few times however not this time !. Namely the beef just didn’t seem cooked to the best standards ,veggies dried up and toasties varied between looking undercooked and burnt . Sadly it won’t be our go to place in future .

Came for mother's day, expected a rushed Sunday lunch but in fact was totally relaxed. Waited until food was topped up on the carvery to ensure freshness. Barman Corey was particulay helpful and recommended a red wine, which was perfect. Been here a few times and last time place was looking tired. Pleased to see chairs have new upholstery, giving a whole new, clean look. We will be back.
