Nice atmosphere and food. Vegetarian choice available, and recommended.

Very friendly & accommodating staff. Unfortunately too many bar flies for me to look past. I'm autistic which probably contributes to my distain for them but I don't believe you should have a pest problem in Mid-January. Made it quite difficult to eat my food as I was constantly batting off flies the whole time. 2+ is a sign of a problem and there were way more than that. I reckon it's a cleanliness issue back of house. A shame really, it used to be a lovely place.

Came here on a Thursday evening with some friends for the first time. Ordered Nasi Goreng, Salt & Pepper Squid and a Coke for £22. Good for a date night or family meal. Big menu so I recommend looking online first before coming in. Solid flavours and decent portion size. Sit upstairs if you want brighter lighting. Overall nice vibes, would come again ✌🏼

Cenamos aquí con un grupo de amigos el fin de semana antes de Navidad. Comimos del menú de Navidad, que era fácil de reservar. ¡Me sorprendió lo silencioso que era! ¡Los lobos zumban los fines de semana, especialmente en esta época del año! Sin embargo, esto solo significaba que había poca espera para comida y bebidas. Se le anima a pedir bebidas a través de la aplicación. Sería útil en casos como este mostrar el código wifi. Todavía puedes ir al bar, que imo es más fácil. Los entrantes para compartir tapas eran realmente encantadores. Suficiente para nuestro grupo, la única desventaja es que solo había un par de platos que uno de los comensales de GF podía disfrutar. La red era de nuevo muy agradable. El vientre de cerdo estaba sabroso, pero uno del grupo dijo que su pastel carecía de relleno y era más salsa. Solo unos pocos tenían budines, pero dijeron que eran agradables. Los cócteles son preciosos, mucho mejor por el vaso que por la jarra. El personal era encantador también. Me gusta aquí y lo recomendaré y volveré.

Excellent place. Not many eateries here which tick all the boxes, no sacrifices at Lupo, comfortable, polite and great food.

Having walked past this place several times, thought we would give it a try. A very clean and trendy venue. Staff were very polite and friendly. Ordered from the table and food arrived in 15 minutes. I had a large breakfast, and it came out piping hot. You could tell straight away that the ingredients were quality 👌🏽. Not your usual cafe sausages and bacon. Will definitely be coming again.

I've been to a few other "lounges" and this was consistent with the good experiences I've had. Was not busy so seated immediately. I loved the decor and it's open and tall space. Order food from the bar or QR code. We did at the bar as we had allergies, very varied vegan and GF menu. Don't have a dog but I know they are dog friendly too. Prices reasonable and quality of food is good. Desert was slow to come out and I only seemed to get half an ice cream scoop (hence 1 star off service). Otherwise very pleasant to spend the evening in Lupo Lounge.

Really nice place to grab a bite to eat and a beer. Went on a Friday evening before a gig. Food and service was brilliant.

Absolutely loved coming here. A rare opportunity with most of the kids away, we went for dinner with our teenage daughter. Brilliant atmosphere, amazing staff and gorgeous food and drink. Recommended everyone coming here for a great, relaxed evening

They have a good varied menu with a wide selection of dishes which are generally well presented and tasty. However, the Buddha Bowl at, £12.50 while tasty could be described as a short measure.

Absolutely love this restaurant. Service and food is outstanding.. The only improvement would be that the ordering from the table can get glitchy and can take a while which defeats the purpose of this. Aside from that, totally outstanding place and can understand why it’s so busy.

Love a lounge and this one didn’t disappoint, quick service for a Saturday night (was around 5pm) and food came quickly after ordering. Love how easy it is online to order with all dietary choices to remove things

The food at this restaurant was exquisite. I ordered the chicken burger, and it was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The coffee was exactly to my liking, rich, smooth and hot. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, enhanced by the cozy ambiance of the upstairs seating area. Overall, a delightful dining experience! We struggled a bit with self ordering, ended up ordering from the front desk ( waitors)

Awesome breakfast place. Perfect bacon. This breakfast was one of the best ever. Cooked to perfection.

Seating was comfortable, decor a tad Victorian; quaint. Not too crowded, not too noisy. I ordered an Ultimate Breakfast, which looked good but the mushrooms were barely warm and the sausages were somewhat undercooked. My wife's scampi was much better.

I have visited here on many occasions now and can say that their food and service is always on point. it's not the cheapest place in town but you actually get what you pay for here, the only negative is the place is on the chilly side

Met with serious defensiveness when I said this had been made wrong which was unnecessary. But received everything correctly in the end! People waiting for our table as we were leaving felt a bit rushed but the food was nice

Great place to eat. Spacious seating in a bright open lounge. The service is great and the food is great too, full of taste and flavour. The deco is quirky. Love this place and look forward to coming again. Finally a decent place to relax and eat in the city.

Didn't know what to expect but the food was lovely

Only one till could do with another quite a long queue and a long wait it's a shame everything else spot on would stay and spend more but couldn't stand another long wait.

Visited for a family breakfast. All ordered a Lupo Breakfast & drinks. Member of staff not keen to take order instead of us using the QR code - bearing in mind there were no other customers present. Staff member not welcoming in hospitality terms. Breakfasts were served after a short wait. Asked if we required sauces - this was asked in a matter of fact way. Usually on previous visits staff have checked if everything is ok with our meals - not on this occasion. Sausages were not of previous quality, fried eggs were served on the toast ( toast has always been on the side previously) As the customer we were made to feel unwelcome and everything was a chore. There was no thank you and ‘bye’ as on previous occasions. Would we visit again? Probably not.

We came for a pre-gig meal last weekend and were amused that so many others there were going to the same place later. Great service, lovely food as always (been to many Lounges around the country and they're all excellent) and atmospheric surroundings.

The professionalism of the girl in the black t shirt yesterday was non existent. I asked if they can serve spirits with a mixer, as they weren't on the menu. She gave a dirty look. She seemed rushed wanting me to rush my order. Cheap Smirnoff was the only vodka on the menu, which makes me feel terrible the next day. Still the place looks really nice.

Cosy spot perfect for dog owners too. Staff are friendly and great with the dogs. Gorgeous food. I love the Sherbert Lemonade too!

Evening out with work colleagues for a 50th. Food was gorgeous, I had bang bang chicken and a cherry bakewell cocktail!

We had a lovely brunch. Lots of things to choose from on the menu. A dog friendly place too!!!

Accuracy of the order wasn’t great. Ordered a large OJ and lemonade. Got a small OJ. Asked the waitress. She then brought a large OJ. I gave up. Ordered white bread with breakfast. Got brown bread Food was great though! Great menu for vegans and GF

Absolutely awesome place for brunch. It's on a high street so not easy to get to by car, but doable using council car parks.

Ordered a lupo lounge burger with cheese. Didn't disappoint. And being a Monday you get a free dessert so ordered the sticky toffee pudding and it was a flavour grenade in my mouth. Lovely staff, lovely decor and music. Proper laid back.

I visited Lupo lounge with my Sister-in-law for lunch, to celebrate her 40th Birthday 🥳 I had the gluten free veggie breakfast and my SIL had the halloumi burger. We both very much enjoyed our meals. I've been to other lounge locations but this was my first visit to this one. The restaurant was very beautifully decorated, and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. The menu is the same at all Lounges and offers a wide selection of breakfasts, light lunches, tapas and main meals. There are lots of vegetarian dishes, all of which are clearly marked up. There is a whole gluten free menu, which is incredible, and a lot of the gluten free items are also vegetarian. There is also a vegan menu. I'd definitely recommend Lupo lounge, there's lovely food and a menu that has something for everyone.

Great food, nice decor relaxed atmosphere

This is my go to place for work lunches , catch up with friends etc… the food amazing i can not fault it. The vibe is great and staff are pleasant. My only negative is ordering online its a nightmare in there i can never get any service and we tried on 2 devices, constant freezing , it was painful. 10 mins of trying to order online and i had to leave the building to put my order through. Getting signal whether you sit upstairs or downstairs is a nightmare.

What can I say, popped in for a coffee and a tea on a nice Sunday morning, the staff brought the drinks out to me as we where sitting outside. The cups and jug where dirty and grubby. Very poor and what I would not even expect from some dirty cafe in some back street place. I requested my money back and left, poor hygiene. Shall never frequent that place again.

Love this place! Perfect for working day, casual dine out or a date. They serve the most delicious food, and staff are always friendly. This is our new go-to place while in town. Highly recommended! 😁

We always pop in for breakfast, when in town. The big lounge breakfast is by far the best breakfast in the town . Lovely atmosphere quirky decor and great staff, and pet friendly nothing to dislike here.

Like going into Lounge bars as the food menu has a good selection and the food is always tasty and the service is good. This one was no exception and would definitely go back if in the area.

Great place for meal and catching up with friends

Popped in for a quick bite to eat on Saturday evening around 6pm plenty of tables friendly staff food arrived quickly between the 4 of us we had a good variation of dishes off the menu and all were cooked perfectly. Also a decent choice of drinks available. Edit: We have been back numerous times now and always leave happy customers more recently popped in for breakfast 10/10 toast even arrived pre buttered so no fighting with those rock hard little butter packs! added photo of large and traditional breakfast.

I have been to Lupo on several occasions at all times of the day/evening and couldn’t fault the place. The staff are welcoming and service has always been quite quick (even on busy days) my daughter loves to eat here, and pleasing her isn’t an easy task as she is a very picky eater! Food is always just right and made from good quality ingredients. The atmosphere is as lovely as the decor, I would highly recommend Lupo Lounge to anyone.

This is the second of the Lounge Group establishments that we have tried to eat in. The Sittingbourne one we waited 25 minutes and no-one came to take our order or even if we wanted drinks. Left as three servers just looked at us whilst taking sips from their own drinks - never seen that in a restaurant before. Today in Wolverhampton although we were able to go up to the bar and order, the servers had no idea how to serve a queue of people and just served people at random. Then the drinks delivered to the table were the wrong ones. Told 30 minute wait for food. But 80 minutes later the food turns up missing some items. No condiments and no knives. Food was cold.

First time visiting. Beautiful inside. Went around midday on Saturday. Not too busy. Had a delicious sausage & egg sandwich and cocktails. 🍹

Food and drinks are really nice but a bit pricey. Recommend the sweet potato fries! The milkshakes are nice too. The atmosphere is really nice with warm ambient lighting and music. The staff are friendly and quick to serve food and drinks, and you can order on your phone or at the bar. Plenty of seats and an upstairs section if you prefer a quieter area, but overall very nice.

This spot feels cozy and the food tastes really good! It's a nice place to hang out with friends and enjoy a yummy meal.

So quiet on my recent visit to this Lounges café restaurant, resulting in a very sombre atmosphere. In fairness to the staff, they were very friendly and willing to chat with me about my Lounges tour. However, being a fan of this brand, I am concerned that this one may not survive. I've visited 31 Lounges, and this is one of the quietest ones I've ever been to. The beer was a little flat (Hofmeister) not good when paying over £6 per pint. Nicely decorated; ambient music and pleasant staff. Can senior management conjure up some creative promotions?

My husband and I were visiting Wolverhampton for a gig and being gluten free I have always struggled to eat in Wolverhampton so was pleasantly surprised when this popped up whilst doing a gluten free search on one of my gluten free apps. Found it relatively easy, right in the centre of the city and from the outside looked a lovely place. Inside did not disappoint, it was so pretty and quirky that I instantly fell in love with it. Alcohol choices were vast and they even had a gluten free lager. Menu's for both gluten and non gluten were extensive. I opted for a burger and my husband opted for a chicken gyros and we shared some tapas. Meals came out in good time and food looked lovely. Instantly we both noticed our meals were not hot, the fries were pretty much cold but as we were going to a concert we did not have time to complain and wait for reheated food so we just eat them. Taste wise they were lovely, my husband didn't like that everything was covered in sauces but personally that didn't bother me. If my husband was reviewing this he would be giving it 3 stars but as I enjoyed my food (although cold) and loved the whole experience I am giving it 4 stars and had the food have been warm this would have been 5.

My partner and I love coming here to eat. If we have a day off from the kids, we tend to pick here as the food options are varied, taste good, well portioned and generally a bit more exciting than other restaurants. We decided to brave it today with our small children, who were acting like typical children- the good, the bad and the ugly behaviour that you get with toddlers- so thanks staff and customers for not making us feel unwelcome. You all have the patience of saints. The children's menu had plenty of realistic kid's food options, they were served on small plates with colourful, plastic cutlery, the snack option was healthy and there was a toy box to keep them entertained whilst they were waiting for food. This was a really nice touch and a great idea to keep little one's occupied. You've thought of all obstacles when dealing with young diners. It's nice to find a place that wants to include our youngest members of society, rather than just including children's options as an afterthought.
