Fantastic place, brilliant staff, amazing food and great prices. What's not to love? This place is my kids go to treat, they even prefer it to McDonald's!

Dawn and Azziz are two of the most loveliest people you could ever meet. There food is excellent ,portion sizes are very generous and prices are as low as they can make them. Holly, Georgie, Gracie and Dawn of course always greet the customer's with a happy face and genuine smile. They remember every customer's individual likes and dislikes. Nothing is ever a problem and the queue can get very long as it is that popular . Drop it once and you will return again and again. Should get a MICHELIN STAR.

Nibbles is a must-visit local gem! They truly stand out with their incredible value - hearty portions and tasty food at reasonable prices. The friendly service and a warm atmosphere make the experience even better. I can only recommend.

Best "Cob Shop" around. I wouldn't call this place a cob shop as they have a wide array of food . I've recently started going a couple of times a week for my lunch and the food is incredible. Tried some hot food today. Chicken Tikka and some Chow Mein. 10/10. Cannot recommend this place enough

Lovely jacket potatoes. Generous with toppings. Although, I do have to say that around mid-day they do tend to run out of most items. So, if you're wanting lunch, you may want to pop by earlier. Parking is available at the back, on Winchester street.

Amazing Sunday roast dinner really good value for money. I had the lamb and it was gorgeous, a good amount of meat and everything was cooked to perfection. AMAZING!!

Lovely staff always treat you so nice and the food is always fresh and very generous on cobs, the staff are what makes this cob shop ladies keep it up tou are all fantastic.

Very disappointed. Did not have food not this occasion but came to ask for some menus for a party. Took contact details but did not bother to contact us despite telephoning a second time. Will not be contacting a 3rd time and will not be using or recommending in the future.

Not going to get a better cheap breakfast sandwich in Nottingham than this, but the Sunday roast tray they do is something else. Sherwood is spoilt for choice when it comes to great food food but this is it's gem.

Take yourself a lovely walk around the firest then join the que and go have a sunday roast picnic from this fine establishment. Lovely food great value and great community freindly service.

You can’t beat Nibbles - their food is second to none - all home cooked, fresh and varied. Very reasonably priced and the staff are great. I’ve even driven all the way from the Peak District on a Sunday for the roasts - do yourself a favour don’t pay over the odds for an overpriced Sunday dinner from a pub that’s cooked from frozen and pinged….. go to nibbles. Try the lamb dish - I think it’s Persian - something different that you would pay a fortune for elsewhere. If your in the area try it - you won’t be disappointed and Nibbles keep up the great work!

Great quality food good variety

As a new manager of a local supported living service and being new to the area, I had had nibbles recommended to me numerous times.I’m usually a bit skeptic about trying new places, But having forgot my lunch and being starving I decided to take ‘the risk’ I nipped there last week! So much choice it was hard to pick. I settled with a tandoori chicken salad - lush!!! I will be deffo be back and recommend to others!

Gotta love Nibbles! I've been going here regular over the past few months and never been let down with the great food or chatter from the girls behind the counter. Highly recommended for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Cracking little sandwich shop with lots to choose from. Food arranges from Chinese to English breakfast. They also do a good selection of cold sandwiched too. Cash only though

Great variety of home made dishes that are absolutely delicious 😋 Friendly staff, clean and tidy place. Can never drive by without stopping here. Update 27/5/21 I think they'd double or triple their turnover if they did delivery and stayed open later till 8pm Breakfast, lunch and dinner, one stop shop. The big que and running out of food around 2 - 3 o'clock tells you something about how nice the food is here.

Stopped by for a sausage egg cob absolutely cooked lovely egg runny not to hard boiled and the caramel may have been salted caramel with Cadbury buttons was absolutely divine the menu was sold to me so in the week they do lasagne stroganoff cottage pie you name it they will more than likely have it will definitely be coming back

Absolutely mega value for money and top quality food. Had the takeaway Sunday roast dinner for just £6 per dinner it's just like a full carvery meal. They serve it in a huge, square foil tray with card lid so you can take it home and reheat it. The photo doesn't do it justice it's my first time easting a roast from here and I'm not cooking on a Sunday again!

You can't fault the Cobs from here. Great portions well cooked perfect comfort food after a fresh walk. Friendly staff great value!

Such an amazing place to eat it is only small but the flavours are out of this world and the staff are very friendly and a happy place to go :)

Edit: I’m now giving 5 stars as they do have knives now. Good food and good value, very polite staff. Would be giving a 5 star rating if they provided plastic knives and not just plastic forks. I’m expected to cut my breakfast up with a fork ?

Food is delicious! If you want a certain dish they go out of their way to do it for you! Aziz is a great cook & owner! Love the SF chicken! Prices are great! If I could go every morning for breakfast I would be there! Plus when ever I go past with my son he gives him a free cake & drink 😁

Nibbles never fails to provide a good lunch or breakfast roll. They have a great selection of dishes to take away and the portion sizes are incredible. Not surprised the queue can go around the corner! Staff and service is good too.

Use to go every day for dinner while working around the corner. Food aboustley brilliant prices cheap and staff fantastic. Ask for a mash it up box 👌👍 Wish there was something like this in Sheffield 😜

I haven't personally shopped here, but this afternoon we were passing on a bus when a man got hit by the bus we were on, a lady that works here came and gave my 7 year old daughter a drink of water and took her in to choose a cake as she was frightened about what was going on around her. I cant thank you enough! It made her feel so much better! :) :)

From The People's Painter Nibbles is the place to go for your breakfast and lunch. I've not seen any were else like it.

Owners Aziz and Mrs Aziz and all their staff are wonderful. Always pleaseant and extremely helpful. Just that feeling you get that your always welcome makes me want to go again. But also their food is fantastic and plentiful and the chicken dishes are to die for.

Can get a weeks dinner at the end of the day cheap all good 4 1

Best cob shop I've visited, in Notts and elsewhere. Breakfast cobs are cheap as chips and delicious. The hot food selection is way above and beyond for a cob shop and also very reasonably priced. The stroganoff and chili mince beef are especially good. And of course, the main defining element of a cob shop - the filled cobs - are way tastier than your standard same-everywhere-you-go fare. The chicken tikka and chinese bbq chicken especially are way nicer than basically anywhere else. Top notch! My only gripe is that it's not open 24/7 :-P

Oh my word As a rep I desperately try to avoid the KFC’s, Maccy D’s, Subways and Burger King’s etc in favour of local businesses And today...thankful to a parking space, I stumbled across Nibbles and I wasn’t disappointed! This place is a little gem! I could have eaten a whole bowl of the Korma, Chinese Curry or Chilli-con-Carne on offer! Without hesitation ! But I opted for the vegetarian Lasagne I was offered extra cheese and didn’t decline My tub was generously filled, piping hot and absolutely delicious! I didn’t even need my sachets of salt and pepper! And the lady who served me was welcoming and polite My only question here is what to have on my next visit ! Well done What a lovely eaterie See you soon M x

Good take away lunches. Can get a decent cob for £2-£2.50 We had two good breakfast cobs this morning which were reasonably priced.

Loads of choice of fillings for fresh made sandwiches and salads etc hot food choices look good and seem popular not tried any yet will do next time. Staff friendly and helpful .

They have lots to offer I went for the homemade lasagne which was really nice my colleague had the pasta and was again very impressed although they are really busy and sometimes your having to queue outside the door you do get served quite quickly and it's worth the wait

This cafe/takeaway has an extensive range of cheap good wholesome grub.English, Indian,Chinese, Italian, all cooked fresh daily. If I were a student, or on a tight budget, I would go here once a week and stock up.Suggest late afternoon when there are some bargains to have

There's nothing like good food on the go and this has been a saviour of mine a few times!! Even if it's for a quick bacon cob or a cottage pie! Easy yo park up outside to buy sometimes parking is full ;(

From very early in the day Nibbles serve hot bacon and sausage in freshly baked rolls,Lunch its all about what the chef wants to cook but here are a few,Meat or vegetable lasagne,pasta dishes in sauces,chicken casserole,Fried fish,curry & rice,also available filled rolls made to order,Coffee,Tea,Cold drinks,p.s.you need to check Nibbles out, However it gets very busy at lunch time, Great value for money.

Cheap. Cheerful. And great quality! Amazing food! Everything from cobs, jackets, and loads of Delicious hot meals. Staff friendly and always enthusiastic. Really cheap, worth every penny! Just make sure you go early, everything runs out!

El título le dice lo suficiente. No he probado todavía comidas calientes, guisos, chili, fideos, curry, etc. , pero el , sazonadas son excelentes. Te dan una ensalada cob grande de queso por 2 libras, y no escatiman en el queso. El personal es muy amable y siempre una cola a la hora del almuerzo. Merece la pena esperar. Y es un negocio privado, por lo que su dinero estancias local.

Decir que las colas diarias fuera todo. Un negocio familiar con muchas si diferentes comidas calientes en oferta para comprar en bandejas, así como el complemento de ofertas de tienda de cob. . El co-op al lado es muy útil para un punto de efectivo. Yo tenía una cob picante de pollo hoy que fue servido con una sonrisa y un montón de ensaladas frescas.

Local fast food. Open lunchtimes. hard to beat for value and tastiness. Very popular and can get a queue outside the door but its worth the wait. Fantastic, Chow Mein, Lasagne, Chilli. Staff are friendly and the service is efficient. There are a couple of seats outside but this is a take out outlet.

Went here after visiting the sister outlet in Arnold (which had been amazing). Not disappointed, the food here is incredible, it's generous portions, fantastic, range, fresh and incredibly good value for money. The staff are friendly and all the food is fresh and home cooked. They do cater for events but this is a walk in off the street shop and is fantastic. I don't know how any other outlets nearby stay in business. Silly little things too, handful of napkins and a fork to shovel your food in. Hot or cold on offer but have the hot, if you see it you won't need to be told.Visit this place and you cannot be disappointed.
