Next Level Pizza in Medway

whenever i ordered or just eat gets cancelled i phoned them i said exactly”hello i was just wondering if your doing delivery as my order for the past couple times are getting cancelled” as soon as i said that i got hung up on. lovely food but only had it twice as ordered are getting cancelled. not very happy

I ordered from here and the food was disgusting even my mum couldn’t eat it and she can eat anything, i’m not one to write reviews but omg i almost threw up. i ordered tacos and the taco shells came broken in pieces and the filling didn’t even seem like food. i ordered jalapeno poppers and they were so salty my mum spat them out. i ordered strawberry milk tea and they sent me something else because they were out of strawberry flavour and it tasted like plastic when i tried it i choked, i also ordered an enchilada and the bread was soggy it fell apart the filling was soaked in oil and they put rice UNDER it instead of inside of it? i tried it and it had a disgusting purfume taste and also bland, i ordered fajitas and was disgusted by them as there one of my favourite foods the ones from this place has put me off them completely, the onion rings were soggy and wet? not oil, wet soaked in water practically falling apart. the bbq chicken was bland and for the price of them there was barley any meat. let alone the delivery time it took an hour for them to prepare, i waited another hour then called them up, they said 15 minutes and they did seem very nice on the phone ill give them that, but then had to wait another hour even though they said 15 minutes. when i took the food out of the bag oil from the food poured out and went every where, its all over my furniture i had to clean that up. i felt like i ordered oil and not food. i truly don’t recommend this place to anyone and i’m truly disgusted with what i got.

Lovely food. I ordered a Meat Feast and a Spicy Burrito, and it was gorgeous. Well packaged, delivered on time and hot. Driver was also polite and friendly.

Ordered a 10 inch pizza as was straving and really fancied pizza, it came piping hot, and exactly what I wanted not to hard or under cooked just right, ordered few times from here and never had a problem, the driver is always cheerful and polite and on time... Highly recommed this place.

Best pizza in Town, good portions, affordable prices, highly recommended !!!
