Very helpful and efficient, managed to sort me out with a pizza on a quick turnaround before my train arrived.

the driver did not deliver the food

Unfortunately forgot the garlic on the garlic bread, so we just had dough😂 and a couple of the garlic knots were slightly undercooked in the middle. but the rest was great!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our pizzas turned up 1 hour late, cold and no dips. I called up to explain what happened and was met by yelling from the owner who then hung up on me. Awful food, even worse service.

Zing who are the same company cancel my order, even though on just eat we are within the delivery distance

Very poor service, waited almost 2 hours then called for an update and was told the order had been cancelled over an hour before. They said the order had tried to be delivered but they could not call us as the number doesn't show up.

Unfortunately all of the toppings had fallen off the meat feast pizza.

Tasty pizzas (the curly fries were lovely too) and quick and friendly service. Will return! P.s. if you haven't tried halloumi on a pizza before you need to. I swapped olives for peppers for £1 and the result was delicious!

More than 90 !!!! Minutes late only explanation “we’re busy” App stated enjoy your food as if food had arrived 30 mins before it did arrive ! Really not good enough !

4 large pizzas ordered from Newport pizza on evening of 21st two were cheese and tomato one tandoori and other tuna. I can honestly say although pizza was nice sadly lacking in toppings next to no chicken or tuna 🙁🙁

Tandoori chicken was used on meat feast pizza rather than plain chicken. Chicken dippers over fried - dark and dry. This isn’t the usual high standard.

However. It must have been in transit for a while as was cold on arrival and had to reheat the pizzas

Ordered 2 pizzas from here and both had raw bases. Sent a picture of the base over to them and they said it was cooked perfectly, they obviously where not looking at the same picture we where. Got a call from them and the person was very rude and tried to argue with my dad about it. We will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a week ago was given frozen chicken, was told I'd be given fresh chicken but clearly just thrown back in the fryer. The batter was then far too over cooked. Decided to give them another chance last night, spent £30 for two 15 inch pizzas and a box of £4 soggy oven chips. We had to put both pizza's in the oven as they were Luke warm at best and the chips had to go in the air fryer to stop them being so soggy. Not being dramatic but honestly the worst excuse for pizza I have ever had. Barely any topping on one pizza ( 3 slices with no chicken at all) both pizzas were thrown away after 4 / 5 slices due to poor taste. What a waste of money, service ok friendly staff for sure won't be ordering from them again. Such a shame as better to support local businesses.

Quick delivery, tasty hot pizzas.

0 star: Absolutely outrageous. I ordered a pizza from their website at 4.30pm, for a delivery for 8pm, for our friends that have just had a baby and come home. I got an order number, and confirmation email from their website. I called at 8.10 as it hadn’t been delivered to them. They confirmed my name and said it’s on its way. Still not there, I called again. They asked the order number and said ‘my printer paper has run out, so I haven’t got the order’. I tried to even make sense of that excuse, as I ordered it so far in advance. He said he just changed it and the order came through. He didn’t even offer to cook it again, he just said I’ll refund you bye. No apology, no offer to cook it now, just a straight forward response of my paper run out????? Absolutely awful experience - never order from here or more so, find an establishment that can simply Monitor their own website and orders. Awful. Now we’ve got our friends at home with no dinner 👍🏻👍🏻

First time I’ve ordered from Newport Pizza. I thought I’d call them as I wasnt happy with my order. I was told to ‘fuck off’ he then said he was going to come over after his shift!

The driver couldn’t find our house and I phoned the restaurant. The man who spoke to me on the phone consistently spoke over me, was rude, told me i shouldn’t have ordered and that i could not have a refund

The pizza was hot when it came but it was coated in a layer of grease and were swamped in tomato sauce. The mozzarella sticks were also greasy from the use of dirty oil and finally the chicken was overcooked and dry. Overall, for the experience it was far too pricy and should be charging chip shop rates at about half the price for the quality of food

Ordered on line for 8pm delivery. Turned up at 6.45. Quality was not what we expected , had to throw mots of it away. Went from recondition. Won't be going back

I really enjoyed the pizza I had at Newport Pizza. They have a unique selection of pizzas, which is a nice change. Very friendly and quick service. They offer free delivery which is great for me, the delivery driver was great. Hot and fresh food. Would recommend to anyone - 10/10. Wish I could give more stars!! 🌟🌟

I will probably get blocked like anyone else that doesn’t leave a 5 star review but I will not use again so I don’t care. We have used you many of times from my partners app and we never have an issue you have delivered to us many of times,but this particular day I needed to use my app for an order it was a small order but I put the required amount in the basket for delivery(10-12 mins away)I paid via the app you accepted the order then called me within 5 mins starting off with my address you had an issue with Then told me I need to pay the driver cash because you had to drive 15 mins which we both know it’s not ,you just didn't like the fact it was a small order and it had to be delivered that I had already paid for. I then said just I will cancel the order and all I got was well "you won’t get a refund" you are rude, unfair and clearly don’t know how to treat customers I understand the app takes a large percent but Jesus Christ you don’t make people pay you cash after they already paid. I gave your new driver the cash because I didn’t want the young boy to loose his job and I have this recorded which is currently going through the apps refund process I also advised him that he should go work for someone who knows how to run a business. I will look forward to getting blocked from you and my money back and I feel for anyone else who has to put up with the way you work it really is a disappointment considering we have used you many of times ,you also lost out on my sons bday party order for 50 children that’s about 30 pizzas and chips would you have made me pay extra for that too ?

Excellent food service at Newport Pizza. Very great full we have such an amazing pizza take away service in the village. Delivery drivers are super quick and deliver the pizza hot! I would add a photo but I’ve already eaten it 🤭

It’s average but very expensive. Only option we have for a takeaway pizza. I mean how can you charge £5.00 for a bottle of coke!! It’s not where near a dominos or Pizza Hut. And sometimes they do not put enough cheese on the pizza.

I called the restaurant an hour and a half after my initial order and the manager answered the call rudely and not showing a good customer service. Apart from that the delivery lady was very polite even though she couldn’t find the house which is understandable.

Although the service was great the food let them down seriously. I ordered Pepperoni Dough Balls without dip. I got dip! But worst of all the balls were over done and had burnt edges. The pizza I ordered was a Texas BBQ which hardly had any meat on it at all and what meat was there, a very few pepperoni slices, was hidden under all the cheese! The only thing they got right was the can of coke which they did not make! I will not order from them again.

Ordered my pizzas via Instagram DM this evening whilst I was still at work. I asked for them to be delivered at a specific time (in time for me getting home from work). Fantastic customer service, delivery and even better quality of food- just what you need after a 12.5 hour shift! Will never ever go anywhere else for pizza! :)

Decided to support local business instead of the Dominos down the road and got an awful attitude from what I can only hope was the owner. I've previously ordered, been told 'about an hour' and waited over 2.5 hours and in the end had to cancel my order. I persisted in trying to support the business and ordered again, but this time when I ordered and was told 'at least an hour' I asked for clarification. I was told in an agressive tone, "when I say at least I mean at least, you want it or not, I don't have time for this". So rude and all I was asking for was when I was likely to eat tonight. Not much to ask when most delivery services deliver well within the hour. Wake up. You can't afford to treat customers like this or you won't have a business. Won't be using again. Plenty of choices elsewhere.

Even though our food was only 20ins late, Newport pizza gave us a free pizza as an apology. To he totally fair 20 mins late is nothing. So I thought it was very thoughtful of them. 5 stars 🌟

Placed an order through Just Eat. Waited 45 mins. Phoned to chase order and was told that minimum order amount is £30 and that I had to increase my order which was only £23. Should have been told this before I placed my order. Totally unacceptable and company not apologetic. Unimpressed

I've ordered with them in the past and it's normally been absolutely fine but this time round the bottom of the pizza was burnt. After calling them to complain they said they could make me another but I didn't want this as it's not been fantastic the last couple or times I've ordered. This is the final nail on the coffin. They then told me that I had to bring the pizza back to them which in itself is ridiculous given the poor service. Then I'm told that I just have to leave the pizza outside and a drive will come get it because they're busy. It also took an hour and 10 minutes to get to me, enough time to cook a pizza properly you'd think. Used to rate them very highly but this is insulting.

Best Pizza place local to walden! Always order from here and the food is amazing! Always arrives on time or early which is even better! Can never fault this place!

Two pots of garlic sauce were missing which i had paid £2 for, bit disappointed about that.

This is the 2nd time in a row that my order took 2 hours. When calling the restaurant they don't apologise or offer to compensate us in any way. They keep saying it's on its way. Yet when it does arrive its always hot (not a complaint) but makes me think they've only just made it. Really upset and unhappy. I won't make this mistake a third time.

Side order was overcooked almost to the point of burnt. The pizza had slid around and been pressed up against the side leaving cheese and topping stuck to the box. Very disappointing.
