Newbridge Tandoori in Wolverhampton

Not sure if these guys have a new chef but if they do... keep him and pay him anything he wants. The best curry I've had in a decade. Absolutely full of flavour and just enough spice to provide a kick. Naan bread stayed soft throughout. Perfect

I have always ordered from the same place for years as I found "my place" but as new owners took over it didn't seem the same so finally tried somewhere new and it was Newbridge tandoori and this is the 3rd time I've ordered and even tried something new and am so happy and think I've found my new place 😊 the goa king prawn on chefs recommendation is to die for. only improvement is to cook the naans a bit longer but that's personal preference.

Just abysmal from start to finish. Order was very late, lied to by staff, driver went to wrong house. When it did finally arrive it was cold, and the chilli heat was missing completely from one dish, and totally ott in the other. Complained to JustEat and won’t be back here.

The company refused to refund all four naans which were not fully cooked. They said they’d only refund one; such poor service and we will not be buying from there again. Very disappointing.

Ordered tonight order came one starter missing,so 3 out of 4 starters arrived only 1 tiny bag of salad to go with them,phoned about missing item was told it would be sent straight out ,over an hour later still not here.Phoned again was told driver had been back and no one answered the door ,told him we have a dog that barks everytime the door is knocked so he obviously hadn't been back ,wasn't happy as its not the first time that has happened.

really good however because it was late, I'm guessing we where the last drop, the food was not very warm and nan had gone a little soggy due to the steam, im guessing in the bread bag.i was really nice but would have been brilliant if we where the first stop.

Been a regular customer for going on forty years now and never had a bad word to say, love the place!

Had the lamb balti and the chicken butter. Food is delicious. Very well done indeed. If you pick it up you can see the whole kitchen and the place is spotless, very clean.

I placed an order on two occasions where they made a meal without the extra items I'd paid for. After the first time, I complained through just eat but nothing got resolved. Tried a similar order again last night and the same happened, I got a meal sent to me incorrectly. They must have read the order ticket wrong on their end and just made the default dish. Rather than complaining again via just eat I popped in today as I walked past, explained the situation, that across two orders I've now paid £4 for nothing. They resolved the issue then and there. Great Customer service. Easily the best curry house in Wolverhampton. It's become my favourite because of the quality of the food and service. Fully recommend.

Just ordered from Uber eats. Ordered a Rogan Josh however it seems to be more of a mash of the left overs. Incredibly spicy for a Rogan - pretty much inedible. I'd give it a minus score if I could. Won't return.

Great delivery and food was epic. Only gripe was that I ordered the lamb version of the main course but got chicken. Still delicious though.

Order confirmed 20:15, waited for 2 hours for food to arrive, food never turned up, Rang restaurant and spoke to the most unhelpful disappointing individual you could hope never to have to talk to, He kept saying the order had been delivered, im sure he is right, just it had not been delivered to the correct address, He did not even want to give me the restaurant owner, very odd, Maybe he had had a bad day. anyway no resolution, no apology, no food no offer of money back, whole debacle made even more disappointing as up until now the service has been good and the food spot on.

Not the Best Meal (Had Better in the Past) Chicken Jalfrazi was luke warm same as Rice. Nan Breads were Warmer and chips were stone cold (Could tell they were oven chips cooked in a fryer) had to reheat them as the only item we can reheat as Chicken and rice is a nono. The Delivery Driver was more concerned over the football score then apologies for the late food. Not good service tonight food wasn't the best quality at all didn't enjoy the Chicken Jalfrazi most of it went in the bin

Food is always good from here, however this time the Indian garlic chilli was way to spicy to eat, this is our usual dish and never have we experienced it this spicy that it couldn't be eaten.

driver arrived on time but took 20 mins and 3 phone calls to find my flat when in fact he was parked in front of it because he couldnt understand english and i had to walk down from the 4th floor to meet him with a broken arm . the food by then was cold and inedible. awfull service

Food is always quality but, for the first time in the many times I’ve used Newbridge, it arrived late and was barely lukewarm when it arrived. Reheated in the microwave so it didn’t go to waste but was a shame. Won’t stop me using them again though - quality counts and I’m sure this was a one off blip.

Order came incorrect rang restaurant about it and he argued with what I ordered told me to go through just eat if I had a problem and was rude, it was Luce warm Nan bread wasn’t fresh and rubbery poppadoms was rubbery too safe to say I won’t be other from there again much better Indian take away so the area than that place

I'd read the reviews and was looking forward to great food. However, the Goa Prawn and Garlic Chilli Chicken were definitely lacking flavour, chicken and prawn. The food lacked real depth and marinade flavour, and chicken/prawn.

Missed out parts of our meal but let the whole experience down. Food was spicy and nice, but with the items missed we could have enjoyed it more.
