New York City Bar and Grill in Glasgow City

Another top notch feed. Four of us there and a mix of beef and chicken burgers, as well as some dirty fries. All superb. Tuesday was Wi g night so added some wings too (k-pop). Sun-Thu is 241 on burgers/dogs so scored there too 10/10 - left stuffed. Friendly service as always.

We visited here for lunch we were greeted by a lovely staff member who gave us good service throughout . We both had Manhattan burgers and we really enjoyed them , There’s a 2 for one deal on burgers which is a good deal as burgers were good and were quite big , We also ordered cheesy fries which we shared there was plenty of fries so we were glad we only ordered one portion instead of two as it would have been too much, We also ordered boneless chicken bites with buffalo sauce , We thought the chicken was okay but we felt it could have been better quality chicken however the buffalo sauce was nice as it was spicy, Portions were good our favourite part was the burgers , We also had some cocktails which were nice . We would return here.

Here for the Super Bowl, ordered the buffalo hot wings and the salt and chilli fries, the food is incredible and it is all complimented with the excellent service from the staff. Highly recommended for the food, the staff and the atmosphere.

Very Disappointed with the visit here after reading some good reviews beforehand. Food wasnt great at all. Chicken was dry and the burger tasted terrible, the best part of our meal was the chips. Soft drinks weren't even served with a glass, just a straw! They also promote a 2 for 1 on Burgers but after checking receipt on way home, we noticed this wasn't applied.

This was my second visit. Took advantage of the 2 for 1 burger offer which is very good value. We asked for our burgers to be served on a plate rather than in their annoying baskets. Was told they only have 5 plates for their mac n cheese! However, they allowed us to use 2 of these. Please, buy more plates in case others would prefer to eat off them too!!! The burgers were tasty, as were the sweet potato fries, and chicken wings (10 for £3 on n a Tuesday after 5pm!). Their cocktails are tasty too.

We came here a few times as they have great beers and the atmosphere and service are nice. It's a relaxed pub so if you're looking for a posh place this is not it. If you're looking for tasty pub food, big portions for a great price, this is definitely the one. Because of all of these, this has now become our go-to place for a chill evening.

Food came out quickly and was super tasty, exactly what we were looking for. Nice simple menu and decent sized portions. The gentleman who served us was friendly and helpful.

Service was superb. Burgers and hotdogs were filling, fries were crispy. Great range of mocktails and cocktails. Nachos yummy.

I do recommend NYC for all you burger (and drink) requirements. Do enjoy a burger, but find not many match NYC, have always has great feed there. Choice of Burgers and Dogs (if that is your thing) great, side selection spot on and all well priced (particularly if you pop in Sun-Thu for the 2for1 offer). hasn't let me down and beats so many other burger places hands down...the salt and chilli fires special last night hit the spot for a side!

Love this place it's amazing staff are great will do anything for you too make sure you have a great time food cocktail amazing if you not been give it a try you will definitely go back don't be mistaken with NYC grill this is NYC hope street fabulous place

Every visit has been the same as the last. Very pleasant atmosphere, great food and cocktails and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend the Sex in the City frozen cocktail on your next visit it is to die for.

I've been here a few times now and I make it my go to place in Glasgow before I go to the football. I usually have the Buffalo Chicken Wings which are so tasty and the cajun fries. I am never disappointed, the service is always excellent, attentive but not too intrusive. Special mention to Jeff. I will keep returning to the NYC Bar and Grill

Ate lunch here and got 2 burgers for the price of one which is great value. The burgers are so stacked and messy that you need to eat them with a knife and fork. What I didn’t like was the small plastic basket thing they were served in. It made cutting the food difficult with the bowl spinning around and not much area to cut. Plates would make it a much better experience. We got cocktails for £5. Didn’t taste any alcohol in them but the zombie one was very tasty, costing £9.50 each. The bar has nice decor. The toilets smelled very damp though.

I fancied a change for a place to go for a meal and so glad i chose here!! Brilliant atmosphere and we were welcomed by friendly staff as for the food it was excellent i went for the Soup followed by the Hot Chick burger and sticky toffee pudding...amazing Experience from start to finish will be back and will recommend people to go here!!!

Fuimos al bar y parrilla de la ciudad de Nueva York para tomar algo y cenar antes de ir al rugby. El servicio era muy bueno y la comida estaba bien, pero eso era todo, lo que recibimos fue bueno, pero me parece que podría haber tenido la misma comida en muchos restaurantes de cadena y todos sabrían lo mismo. El personal nos cuidó muy bien y no tengo ninguna queja sobre el servicio o la comida, solo que la comida no era muy emocionante. . . . Lo digo de una manera agradable. . .

He estado pocas veces antes y se llevó a mi madre y mi marido.Esperamos durante mucho tiempo a nuestros platos principales, preguntamos a 3 miembros del personal cuánto tiempo pasaría antes de que llegáramos nuestra comida. 1 calle y 2º meseros no regresaron.Comida decepcionante para los precios a la carta.No tan bueno como lo ha sido en visitas anteriores.

Paré aquí para almorzar el sábado pasado. Principalmente para tomar un descanso de las compras. Estaba muy ocupado cuando llegamos y no habíamos reservado una mesa, ya que nos dijeron que nos invitaron a sentarse en el bar y tomar una copa mientras esperábamos.Una vez que tuvimos una mesa, por supuesto revisamos el menú. Había mucho para elegir, incluso para mi hija vegetariana. Tengo que decir que el personal fue muy amable y eficiente.Pedimos entrantes y platos principales y la comida llegó lo suficientemente rápido, así que no hay quejas reales. Todo lo que pedimos estaba bien preparado y se veía bien. De hecho, el almuerzo fue bueno, pero en realidad no fue nada espectacular, teniendo en cuenta el precio.En general, fue un almuerzo decente pero muchas otras opciones para elegir.

~7--8 pounds for excellent Scottish pale ale and lager, and Cola lite. Kind staff and lots of football on TV. Very spacious amd close to Glasgow Central station.

El servicio era bueno, el personal era agradable, pero esperamos también por 2 hamburguesas hace mucho tiempo y no valía la pena. Este restaurante parecía siempre tentadora a mí cuando me visita Princess Square y decidimos ir la semana pasada fuera el manguito en el principio del fin de vacaciones. Nos dieron una mesa buscando en las mesas de afuera eran bastante ocupado sólo después nos dimos cuenta de que el restaurante va todo el camino de vuelta cuando va en el interior.Tuve el New York burger clásica mi amigo tuvo la suya con queso. Decepcionante, yo diría que estaba frío como si hubiera estado en el mostrador una vez cocinados, el tomate fue pasada y el francamente no tenía sabor. Nos estábamos muriendo de hambre y estábamos muy ansiosos de una buena hamburguesa. La ensalada era mínimo nada como que te dan en Nueva York es ensalada ensalada pero en algunos lugares no hacen el esfuerzo. El col morado en color remolacha como esperaba parecía que las raíces estaban todavía en un sabor muy extraño woody? Aros de cebolla y patatas fritas nos llenó. No hace falta decir que nos ofrecieran abundante ginebras que compensó el servicio me han dicho que era tan así que era tan rápido para servirle y escapar de la mesa sin bromas de los camareros que parecía descontento debe ir a preguntar y aprender una lección de ellos para entablar con el cliente - muy decepcionados y no volver

Visited this restaurant on 22/01/17 overall place was nice food good but place a bit tatty ... floor felt greasy sliddy underfoot but when visited the toilets they were dirty lacking in loo roll and for a food serving food totally unacceptable,,, plus side was the waiter who served us was very pleasant food a bit overpriced esp for burger n chips !!!

Fuimos a este restaurante porque estaba ofreciendo una buena oferta en un sitio web llamado 5pm.co.uk y necesitábamos un lugar para llenar antes de nuestro viaje en autobús de noche a Londres. La oferta consta de dos comidas principales fuera del menú y 2 mojitos por £18. Lo que era excelente £9 cada uno.Ambos tuvimos la barbacoa de cerdo desmenuzado con el perro caliente perro caliente, salchichas envueltas en tocino. Era sencillamente fantástico. Llegó en una cosa tipo cesta que contribuyó a la extravagancia de la comida. Nos quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio, como el camarero/barman tratar con nosotros visto a nuestras peticiones.Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar ya que la comida es fantástica y el servicio es estupendo.

Fuimos a cenar en una noche de miércoles, el servicio era bueno, sólo había dos mesa. El ambiente era relajado.Los aperitivos eran simples era aceptable. Por desgracia, los platos principales y tomó mucho tiempo, y ambas eran horribles. Pedí las costillas baby de repuesto y el plato estaba medio calor, algunas piezas de conocer tenía de los huesos, se evapora las patatas fritas no tenía sal. Parecía como si pusieron el plato en el microondas. Lo siento pero no puedo recomendar este lugar en Glasgow.

Eine schöne Lokation mit freundlichem Personal. Die Plastikschale für das Essen war etwas neues doch das soll jeder selber entscheiden.
