I recently visited Urban Lounge and tried their desserts, and I was blown away! The atmosphere is cozy, making it a great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic service and shisha always!!

The Google says they open at 2 pm. We went around 3:30 intending to have a late lunch. The cook doesn't arrive until after 7 pm. So we can't share how the food was because we couldn't order anything. The atmosphere is very comfortable and we'll return later in the evening if we wish to try some food.

Was looking for a lounge open early in the day and found urban lounge, shisha was decent!

Perfect place for chilling. Very tasty moctails and very big variety of sisha flavors. Lovely staff and very polite. As for the desert is as its look. Amazing. I come here often and i highly recoment to try it.

Used to visit frequently when it was located in shields next to sugar rush. Atmosphere n vibes r still the same if not better which is wat ppl expect when going to a lounge. Me personally I’m not a big fan of shisha anymore but don’t mind it when the footy is on 😅😅😅

Amazing atmosphere, extremely respectful and polite staff. We travelled from Sheffield to Glasgow but when we interacted with the staff, we felt at home. Highly recommend for the staff and service alone. But for the shisha and food, an extra 5 stars. Thank you for having us from Baba Kan**r Zuleh and family

If I could leave 0 stars I would. As soon as we entered the bar said we HAD to spend min £20 per head, which doesn’t seem to be normal for shisha bars. We then left and went to Velvet instead. We got great service at Velvet and the atmosphere was amazing. I do not recommend Urban due to the hostile treatment we experienced. I personally will never go there again.

Alright place, food is good and nice atmosphere but the area surrounding the new place is full of rubbish. The drains in the car park are all blocked with leaves and rubbish so it floods when it rains. The venue is nice but the area and rubbish all over the street let it down.

I went there with my girl for shisha and munchies the food , mocktails and services were next to none , the staff will have you in fights of laughter and make you feel at home I recommend this place and its 100% worth it

Furniture looking a bit tired and worn, lady serving us was friendly. Shisha was decent but service was generally slow. Burgers were definitely from frozen.

Stunning place, amazing environment, great service, very nice and friendly, best place I have ever been to in Scotland as I travel every year from London and spend a month or two there. The food was great, can not resist and have been there for two days and going tonight and tomorrow. The owner is so nice and he is taking well care of his customer which I never seen it before.if you want a confirmation of my feedback please go and see it yourself. Great Shisha Cafe!!! Without doubt the best Shisha Cafe in Glasgow overall. Friendly staff and great Shisha. The environment is friendly and mix crowd of all different ages from 18 to 40 and above so you won't feel out of place what ever age or background you are. They have booths for more privacy and open but comfortable sofa seating. There is enough air coming through the buidling so makes the smoking comfortable and pleasant experience. (Some shisha cafes I've been are closed off and leaves you with a sore head) They also do food which mostly burgers and finger food. In terms of drinks your normal soft drinks, different types of tea and their popular mocktails. Very busy during the evening and weekends it's hard to get a seat sometimes if not early tho they will accomadate but will need to wait 5 to 10 mins. If in Glasgow and looking for a good shisha and safe fun environment, this is the place to go either with family or friends.

Wirklich gute Shishabar. Ausreichend Abwechslung bei den Geschmacksrichtungen und die Shisha ist auch wirklich gut. Die Kohle wird ca. alle 10 Minuten gewechselt und man fühlt sich gut bedient. Beste Shishabar in Glasgow!

Best shisha lounge in Scotland and hands down in Glasgow. The two brothers that own and manage the place serve with love and the quality of the smoke and mixes is very good. The atmosphere is nice and chilled (not too much nightclub-esque like other cafes where the music is so loud you cant talk and socialise). Its well priced and right next to a really good halal restaurant and a car wash

Relaxed atmosphere with a good range of Sheesha on offer. Staff are attentive and check to see how you are doing regularly, very pleased with the service, had a pot of mint tea which was very reasonably priced and served multiple glasses. They also do a great range of mocktails, and have a nice food menu if you want to grab a bite to eat. Nice sofas to chill in, I'll be back again.

Decent shishas and great desserts and drinks. Only downside is that there can be a heavy draft depending on where you sit which ruins the experience plus the service for changing the coal when it is busy is always slow. However only sheesha place which is great for large groups in Glasgow.

Amazing smoke! Decent size mint tea pot as well. Food was pretty good too, though the wife compels me to mention it was forgotten when initially ordered, but in their defence, they brought it out quite quickly after the reminder. Also smoke quality management was seriously on point, which made the great venue all the more enjoyable. :-)

Ordered one flavour shisha, got another. Staff then tried convincing us first that it was fine, then that it was faulty batch; don't serve something if you know there are issues. Heating was not turned on, left after 25 minutes. Milkshakes however were very good and staff were welcoming.

Parking is always a problem at this venue and the shisha is a hit or a miss. Last few times it's been very poor. No point having a good looking place if you can't get the basics right.

I went here when i was visiting Glasgow and highly recommend it. The shishas were all on point with genuine flavours. The shish lasted hours and the staff were attentive and polite. I have never been to a shisha lounge where the coals were changed every 10-20 minutes. The service was excellent. Try the tea pot of green tea with mint. I ended up going there 3 days in a row. Price is very reasonable and much cheaper than alot of other places i have been to. Do not be put off by the negative reviews about the shisha being awful or the neighbourhood being bad.
