Even when their front entrance was under construction and everyone was closing up and it was 15 minutes to closing, when I popped in for a quick pint they didn't even mention they were closing, just to come on in, even when I apologized that I was late. Amazing staff, and amazing location. I'm from Manchester but would've loved to gone here attached to Glasgow. Definitely among the top 3 brewdogs I've been to, and I've been to 40+

Brewdog beer and nice snack food

Dinner with 2 young kids and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Kids loved their game of rock paper scissors! Great value kids meals and lovely food.

This is a very popular spot in the city centre of Glasgow. It was packed the night we went. Lots of food & drink being consumed. Service at the bar was fast & efficient. A good selection of beers on tap. Despite its overwhelming popularity it really didn't work for us. If you're craving a North American atmosphere you will enjoy it. And be forewarned : they do encourage customers to bring their dog in. So you may have a dog sitting in a booth beside you (yes, they do allow dogs to sit on the bench in a booth). It was just, "ordinary." It was also the most expensive pint in Glasgow: 6.55 GBP for their lager. If you're looking for a typical night of Glasgow drinking this may not be your best choice. But as I said, the place has a lot of faithful customers. You can make up your own mind.

Hamza was incredible and the Irn Bru spritz was the highlight of our weekend! Highly recommend ;)

I rarely review chain restaurants/bars but felt like I had to this time because the staff were soooo class. Specifically those working lunch time on Easter Sunday 2025. What a treat! Such lovely lovely dudes. Bonus points for the amazing wings obviously.

Good value with the kids eat free deal over Easter, high quality food. Andy and Liam excellent, nothing was too much hassle. Appreciated with two young children.

Recommend to try the vegan plant powered patriot burger. Its smashing and beats the regaular burgers easily. Beer is cold and nice goes with the burgers very well.

Excellent beer. Best vegan burger ever. Book a table on busy days! (You’ll thank me, we were waiting for hours for our reservation which we made in house—though hardly a bad time!)

Won the pub quiz in February and were told we'd receive a voucher via email. After following up both via email and phone, we still haven't been contacted at all. Bit disappointing.

Enjoyed the food. The brisket was absolutely delicious. Loved the chicken wings. Amazing beer flights let you try the stronger choices on a smaller size. Serving staff were great. Good fun, chatty, friendly.

An extremely warm welcome in this bar! We arrived as a large family group with four young children and the staff could not have been more helpful, with board games and colouring in books. Service is first class with a wide selection of food and drink. The wings were fantastic! We would definitely recommend this bar and they have the customer experience spot on!

I was caught a little short in Glasgow in a stressful day and resolved to batten down the hatches with a few unusual beers. I have to say my stress was quickly forgotten. The guy behind the bar Connor really knew his stuff and let me sample a few things that suited my palette. The service felt personable even from a global brand. The minimalistic stylings and refreshingly different music stylings made for a comfortable environment that was colourful without being overbearing. Given some of the political fall out as a result of mr Watt meant i was in two minds about giving the place a shot but I have to say I'm glad i did. The chap that served my my wings (Andrew, who was as lovely as the wings) mentioned there's plans for some live music so I'm definitely going to make a return for that. Overall I was very impressed and will return.

Great food and atmosphere, service was slow but we were given free drinks because of that so FairPlay to the staff team. They were all friendly, it was busy, there was a quiz going on and the Scotland game, appreciated the free drink. Hasn’t put us off returning again.

Really enjoyed my visit. I wish more BrewDog bars did the BBQ food that they do here, because it was really good. Ordering via QR code at table was simple, if you prefer not to order this way, you can order via a server. I will derf return, thanks guys ! We were looking for a place to eat and drink on a busy Friday night. We wandered into brewdog and somehow their manager Connor managed to get us seated even though they were out the door. We went up to the bar and was greeted with a big smile from their bartender Andrew. We will 100% be coming back.

We were there last Saturday (8th) during the France vs Ireland game and it was crowded and loud but the atmosphere was great. We ordered burgers and fries and onion rings and drinks and they came fast. They also allowed us to switch our booked table which was raised for a level floor one due to my bad hip which was very kind of them. Our little dog fell asleep in there despite the noise and the waiter was really good.

Had to give all of my personal details to order from the QR code on my table. Same again to use the wifi. Went through all the steps several times over before it worked. Veggie patriot burger was tasty but overpriced for the size of it. Mac and Cheese tasted like nothing.. Hasselbeck potatoes were excellent 👌 protein bowl was dry and felt like an incohesive combination. Ceasar salad was good. Beers were nice. Dogs were cute.

Been to plenty of brewdogs around the UK, but a special shout out to liam for making us feel welcome and is a credit to the brewdog chain, we have been to brewdog merchant city for the past 2 night and have felt so welcome! Also making it enjoyable for out little one! Rock paper scissors or hi fives?😂

Went to celebrate a family member’s birthday as a party of 12, including 3 toddlers and a pre schooler. Staff were so accommodating and we all enjoyed our night. We’ll be back soon! Thanks.

I Have been coming to Wings Wednesday for a good while now, and Yesterday's was one of the worst times I've had. Very slow service, granted, it was busy, but I felt we were neglected by the staff. They seemed not to care, as we were not ordering drinks. I might be back.

Beer and cheese. Unable to hear the presentation? Got small glasses of various beers to taste and a board of cheese and crackers in the end just a ok experience due to meeting other people

Came in tonight for a quick bite after a long day of driving. Keep your cute Australian guy on staff. We were on our last shared brain cell, and he made our meal fun & worth while. 10/10 would come back from California just to have another good laugh & meal. P.S. call us if you want a tour of CA.

Visited for Wings Wednesday- couldn't get it booked online, or get through on the phone but sent an email and turned up in hope which they honoured which was great! Exactly what it says on the tin, unlimited wings, great selection of flavours and obviously loads of beers to choose from. Service started a little slow but once it was recognised, was fantastic and had a really good time. Think our bill for a Wednesday night for two with unlimited wings and a couple jars each was around £40 which i'd take any day of the week.

We had a great night out here. Good drink, food and vibes but most especially the service. The vibes are great, with attentive and fun staff looking after you. Andy, Henry and Jake were especially mentionable and made sure our evening was memorable. Seems like a really well cohesive team, Can’t wait to return next time we are back!

We went here for unli wings / wings Wednesdays. Staff are friendly and attentive. Buttermilk chicken in korean bbq tasted so good with sriracha. Tried the buffalo chicken as well it was not too spicy compared to the usual buffalo wings. Hoping it was a bit more spicy but it tasted ok. Place is spacious and easily located near george square.

My friend became suddenly ill whilst there. Andy our server was lovely. They cancelled our order, honoured our outstanding vouchers and looked after my friend. Great customer service and Andy was fab and the company should be proud of how he handled the situation 👏

Decor that's cheaper than wetherspoons. Cheap tables, chairs, no carpet, concrete ceiling, exposed services. Feels very cold and cheap and the prices are very expensive. Service was great though. Id go somewhere better.

Arrived at 4.45 with a friend and the bar was busy with football fans (big European game on in the city). Queue of 5 people waiting to get served with 1 person serving, waiting 20 mins to get served. I asked about the free beer offer I'd been sent by email. I was told it ran out because all the football fans had drank the £3000 per day allocation when they'd came in at 11.00? I then told the barman that it wasn't suppose to start till 4.00? He then changed his story to ah yes it started Monday at 4.00 because the deal was different in Scotland to the rest of the country so the allocation had ran out. There was a man behind me who also had the email and was looking for a free beer as advertised. I brought out my phone and read it out to the barman explaining that the £3000 was each day and started at 4.00pm each day. He didn't seem to know what had been advertised or had been told differently. I then asked him how it was been monitored and how they know they'd reached the allocation. He said it was just rung up on the till. This all took 5 to 10 mins and eventually he reneged and offered my friend and I a free lost lager. We then had a table for 6 people booked at 5.45 for wings Wednesday. Again there didn't seem to be enough staff on to cope with the number of people there as the service was slow. After ordering our first load of wings, it took nearly 30 minutes for them to arrive. Food was good and by about 7.00 the staff seemed to have caught up. I suggest if you're going to run multiple offers, make sure you have enough staff to cope with the bookings as you already know how many people are coming. Second, if you're going to run a free pint for customers that come all the time, don't give the beer away to football fans from another country that know nothing about the marketing promotions you're running.

Waited around 25 mins for each plate (which was tiny) and staff were too nonchalant about it. Almost as if they were doing it on purpose to deter us from eating what we wanted for an all-you-can-eat meal.

Lovely bar and even better beer!! Arrived on a Saturday afternoon and got seated straight away. Service was fast and the staff were on the ball.

We are massive Brewdog regulars and is our absolute go to. We booked a hotel to go to NY's 90 party, to say it was disappointing is a massive understatement. There was zero atmosphere and it was not a 90s party. There were a few 90s songs mixed in with mostly chilled music no one had ever heard of-not really upbeat or New Year vibes. Got quieter as evening went on, assuming as people left due to lack of atmosphere. Also there wasn't even a proper countdown for bells! Quite bizarre all round.

Food and drinks in here on way to Slipknot at Hydro. Great dinner with a friend and my son.

Just head to Spoons around the corner. Better atmosphere, service, and you'll get the same drinks but at half the price.

Try the never ending list of Beers from the menu with either the original wings or the vegan option. It's the best possible combination.

The booking has got out of control now, you can't walk in and get a table which is insane. Every table has a booking card on it, you can't relax at a table. They should have left it with a few tables for walk ins. We had to move 3 times and the waitress got pretty arsey with us... 4 tables that were booked, the people didn't turn up... It really doesn't work at all. I've been going to Brewdog since the flagship bar in Aberdeen but I'm having second thoughts about going at all now. It's obviously all about the money now.

Love the food here and great portion sizes. Brilliant value for money as well.

Ordered 2 sides for £6. Onion rings were nice but the macaroni and cheese felt like it came from a tin. Staff and venue great.

The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding

Sat down, and was greeted by a very friendly waiter so the customer service was good. Ordered Buffalo Chicken Loaded Fries and a sharing portion of Buffalo Wings and sadly that's where things started to go wrong. The Buffalo Chicken Loaded Fries had Blue Cheese Sauce drizzled all over which took me by surprise as it specifically said on the menu they came with a Blue Cheese Dip (I don't like Blue Cheese) so I asked for another plate (the other waiter seemed a wee bit annoyed but to be honest I understand). The Buffalo Chicken Wings magically turned into Salt and Chilli Chicken Wings, absolutely dry as a bone, looked like frozen food and vastly overpriced at £15 for a portion of 10 of them. I liked the vibe of the place, I enjoy a cheeky wee Lost Lager ngl, waiters were friendly, but the food was a big let down. Must do better.
