The wings were good but we were ignored to get the wings, and also the waiter rejected to get 10 wings for the next plate. We only had 20wings. It didn’t feel like unlimited wings in any way.

I yesterday had the pleasure of visiting Brewdog merchantcity, and it was an experience worth sharing! This charming pub offers a fantastic atmosphere that perfectly blends a laid-back vibe with a hint of sophistication. To start my visit, I decided to try their full English( it had potato scones so it was Scottish) breakfast, and I must say, it was outstanding! The ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection. The sausages were savoury, the bacon crispy, and the eggs had that ideal runny yolk that made every bite a delight. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of indulging. We used a voucher, which also included drinks. After enjoying the hearty breakfast, I decided to explore their drink offerings. The craft beers on tap are impressive, but I opted for a couple of lonewolf gin instead. The bar staff are clearly passionate about their craft and mix drinks with creativity and precision. Each gin I sampled had a unique flavour profile that complemented the botanicals beautifully. The service was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the cosy decor and the lively yet relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding, whether you're there for brunch or an evening out. In summary, the service was excellent. Brewdog merchant city is a gem that excels in both food and drink. Whether you're a craft beer aficionado or just looking for a great breakfast (or both!), I highly recommend making a visit here. I have already booked a return!

My husband and I went on a Friday night. We were able to get a booth, and we had a great time and great food. Every beer was enjoyable, and we both loved the BBQ menu. We are from the Carolinas and really loved the carolina BBQ pulled pork and burnt end loaded fries. The sauce was spot-on and the meat was smokey and tender. The slaw, mac and cheese, and onion rings were also really good. The servings are large. I would recommend this for a fun but laid-back evening out.

Strangely they put a reserved sign on our table for 1 hours time while we were sitting there. Not very professional.

Wow wow wow!! Words alone simply cannot express my amazement at how good the pitmaster, that cooks, the 14 hour hickory smoked, brisket is at this establishment. The brisket was beyond perfect and on par with some of the Texas Monthly top 50 establishments that I have eaten at. Trim was perfect, flat was still moist, seam fat rendered perfectly. The pitmaster that smoked the brisket, that I was served on the evening of the 1st of October 2024, is in line for a job at Terry Blacks or Blacks or Snows or Goldees or Fanklin BBQ. I used to cook on a vertical pellet smoker with all the extras for extra smoke and none of my briskets came amywhere close to yours. You can instantly tell that it's been done on an offset and properly. WORLD CLASS!!!

Nice pub with a very good atmosphere. Good canned beer sortiment besides the taps.

Excellent visit on a busy Wednesday for the unlimited wings and to celebrate an early birthday thanks to Steven and Shona our service was amazing, this branch of Brewdog has a great atmosphere and a great team who deliver not only great food and drinks but also a super service, looking forward to our next visit possibly on A Sunday to try the smoked meats. Had booked a table @ 17:30, which was good planning as by 18:15 the place was extremely busy. Food was served relatively quickly from being ordered, though could have been slightly warmer. The establishment had a “Tunes on Tap” offer from 18:00 til late, which I thought was allowing patrons to request music; how wrong I was!! Upon enquiry, this was merely a “DJ” who played what he wanted to, which was very similar to the music played prior to his appearance; “elevator music”. What’s the point!!

First time in the one in Glasgow. Will definitely be back.

We went back currenty for their smoked meats and WOW, it was amazing. Excellent flavours, presentation, sides. The cornbread is like a savoury cake so unique and delicious. Just brilliant! Great value too and the team very friendly and attentive. Love the vibrant and casual atmosphere and the beer garden. The food is always great and they have amazing vegetarian burgers too!

We enjoyed our day out at the Merchant City in Glasgow. We were expected and our table reserved, service was fairly quick and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, a number of items on the menu were sold out or not available so it took a while to place an order. The food was nice and beer selection good. All in all a very pleasant experience and I look forward to further visits here.

Couldn't have been more helpful to be honest. Food was fantastic.

Overall good Brewdog location. The interior is nice and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. However I have been let down by the food in the past. On three separate occasions I have visited over the last year, they had no smoked brisket on the smoked meats menu, seems to be a consistent issue. The “dragon spiced” wings were extremely salty to the point of being inedible and I had to ask for a refund. The manager was very polite and professional and allowed me to order something else from the menu.

Having eaten in several Brewdogs across the UK and always enjoyed our meals, I purchased a Wowcher Voucher for a Boozy Brunch. Staff here were very friendly and helpful. Our food was so good and tasty. The premises had a nice vibe to it. Even without the voucher I would recommend this for a good meal with value for money.

The music and beer are good. I didn't like that they sat us at a high table and after 5 minutes they told us that we had to leave the table at that time because it was reserved. After a while they came to remind us

Can't beat the unlimited buffalo wings and a few beers! The waiting staff were good and efficient. Deep fried Oreos were amazing!

Pretty good. Many core ingredients out of stock pretty early into the night. Do have a lot of promotions, but you need to “reserve” them ahead of time. Staff is around, they were kind. Sent in a few small orders over our visit. Had some missing items in them, which we had to track a server down to resolve. However, they were kind and helpful while doing this. Great beer, great fried Oreos. Dragon fries were gritty with seasoning, but was good. Burger was a weird consistency, but fairly good. Brisket was pretty good, but cut in wrong direction, leaving it chewy. Website was not very user friendly, but fine. Did not match up 100% with paper menu, and had to look at the website and the paper menu back and forth in order to figure out availability and what was in things. You can also go to the bar to order or order with a waiter. Some items were marked in app as out of stock, some you needed to ask. These were some of the many items out of stock: Feta & Avo, a southwest style bowl, a Korean BQQ fries, Chuck Norris, chicken + bacon + avocado sandwich, and more. Probably a place for a drink, maybe some fries. That’s about it. Would be willing to give it another shot, but not optimistic.

Good beer and atmosphere, but some of the staff unfortunately could do with going on a customer relations course, and very slow at clearing tables, we sat outside for about an hour surrounded by dirty tables full of dirty plates and glasses

FOOD REVIEW ONLY This is a review of the food only. The staff, venue and atmosphere are good. In particular, the two staff who served is were great and couldn't be more helpful. The food is rotten...... Tasteless, tough, poor cuts of chicken. Chips that tasted of nothing that which even a doze of salt couldn't improve. Other items swimming in oil. Don't go here to eat. There's loads of alternative. Walk round the corner for Bucks Bar if you want pub burgers & fries.

Didn't have food just came for a drink. My husband liked the variety of beers. I found there were plenty of non-alcoholic drinks for me, the raspberry lemonade was good. Dog friendly. Plenty of seats inside and outside. Nice airy open atmosphere. I would go back.

Another visit when we were looked after well (special shout out to Callum!) 90 of us landed between 9 - 10am to start a group day - and most wanted breakfast. The crew were fab! We had a great start to the day (and they even found the time to provide a birthday cake for my daughter!)

Wings Wednesday as good as ever, but starting to notice the waiters serve you far less once reaching higher numbers of wings... Not very satisfied with the bias since they ended up telling us we had to leave by a certain time and still ignored our table for over 20 minutes, this was after we had finished a round of plates. Could've easily fitted 2 or 3 plates more but it's quite obvious they want their money's worth (yet so do I) and will pretend you don't exist.

Visited with my wife to do the cocktail tasting experience. We had a great time, the guys serving were lovely, we ordered a vegan platter which was brilliant, and even bought some takeaway beers. Wouldn’t normally be the kind of place my wife would go to but the range of cocktails available means we’ll be back together!

We arrived shortly before they started serving, and they wouldn't let us sit inside, so we had to wait by the door untill 11.. Then the "out of stock" started - cocktails are all premixed, so they can run out of even basics like a mojito.. Turns out breakfast is only served at the weekend, not mid week.. The food was excellent, the chef that brought the food over was great - staff banter was 50:50 (in that we had one surly and one friendly!)

As always, food was good and beer was excellent. As an EquityPunk for 11 years, I brought 14 people in on a Thursday night for my birthday drinks - several of us had good too. I was disappointed that the staff were reluctant to accept my shareholder discount when my friends were buying a drink / ordering food. When I enquired why that was, I was told that "giving that discount to so many people was losing the company a lot of money"; I countered that 14 people were there buying food and drink, who otherwise wouldn't have been there - probably something like a £400-£500 spend overall. I have used BrewDog for birthday celebrations and this has never happened before. I'm concerned that BrewDog, which we love for sticking it to The Man, is becoming The Man.

Really disappointed on this visit with level of service. Previous visits have been very positive, but after this visit, won’t return.

We ordered the Caesar salad. it was impossible to eat. spicy. They poked around in the plate and left. There was no mention of a spicy dish on the menu. If the chef likes spicy food, then it is not necessary to make it in the establishment. We won't come here again.

We went to for three cans cocktail experience for a fiver. I made an online reservation but when I entered there was no one there to receive us. I finally chased down someone serving food who wasn't sure if we would be able to choose three each or three in total. It was the latter. The three we chose were really sweet and not veey fresh tasting. We also prdered food using the app and honestly it was too greasy. I love Brewdog but it keeps disappointing.

I visited BrewDog on the 3rd of this month for their Wing Wednesday promotion but, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. While the wings were tasty, the waiting times were unacceptable. Initially, I ordered ten wings, which took 15 minutes to arrive. When I ordered my next plate of five wings, it took another 15 minutes, which I didn't mind too much as I planned to eat more. However, when I tried to order another plate, my server informed me that there was a large party booked in, and it would be a 30-minute wait just to place my order. Despite being told it would take 30 minutes, I ended up waiting an entire hour before I could order again, and then it took an additional 15 minutes for the wings to be served. The wait was due to a big party that the staff should have taken into consideration. In total, I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for just 20 wings, which cost me £14. I was very unhappy with the experience. It would be good if there was something they could do to make up for this.

Fantastic service, staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even brought us tasters of beers he thought we would enjoy without requesting them! Beer top notch as always, only issue was food temperature however this can be difficult to control other than having microwaves at each table!

Great food. Get there early as they ran out of brisket and chicken by 6pm on a Friday.

1 star due to the poor service. We were sitting outside and ordered through the QR code. After 15min we are told there is no smoked meats available (menu boasts this is a specialty only available here) so the order got rejected entirely. They should write somewhere when menu items are not available, or remove the option to order from the QR. We then waited 30min for 2 salads, and everyone around us waited even more though the place was not busy at all.

Found it very disappointing. My cider was flat, and considering the prices I’d expect more. The food was all show, looked amazing tasted rubbish. The potato was burnt, the chicken tasted boiled, the best part was the sauce on the spicy wings. Even the sauces tasted bland. However the burgers were great, and the bacon was perfect.

A better Brewdog compared to a few others I've been too. Nice friendly prompt service and just general good vibes. If they all could be like this one- please..

It's a franchise, and this was the only one we went to, and it was great! It was packed on a Friday (dinnertime), but the servers were attentive and friendly. When our order didn't come in a timely manner, our server offered us a free beer on him and 25% off our order. We order the feast platter, chicken wings, and the Mac n cheese. All was very good, delicious pub food. We ordered a blonde lager and a cider (very good). Overall, it's a really chill place for some solid pub food and drinks!

Kinda rude. Didn't want to wait on our group of 7. Wings were subpar Only said they would serve from the graising menu, but served other from the full 🤷

This place is very dog friendly, but it lacked atmosphere. We visited on a Thursday lunchtime and, despite the place being extremely quiet, the kitchen got my order wrong. It then took a very long time for the correct order to arrive, by which time the others had finished theirs. Having said that, the food was very tasty, if somewhat overpriced.

Food was good, service was very not great. First guy who took our order was pleasant and answered our questions happily and with a joke. When our food was served, the lady was very passive aggressive, didn’t seem happy to be there and made it seem like it was obvious that there was a typo on the menu and we should have known. When we complained about her, she stormed over and confronted us. This definitely left a sour taste.

What can I say?! Excellent!!! Great atmosphere, great selection of ales etc, great tasty well presented food! Chilled atmosphere, except the mental barking little sausage dog that was in the time we were and spent the entirety of its visit barking hysterically at other people and their dogs. Bit of a nuisance really but that's no ones fault but the pet owners. Otherwise the place was super chill and fun and we enjoyed our visit. Staff friendly and helpful. We shall revisit a lot!

We took a seat outside today and ordered online. After waiting 35 mins I went to ask if there was something wrong with our orders. They said they can see our orders, but didn't check them, which means they didn't even start to prepare them after keeping us waiting for a long time. I just asked refund and left. I was just speechless, never expected such disappointing service.

Went on a Friday lunchtime in May. Place was very quiet when we arrived so had a pick of seats. We didn't drink any of the wide range of beers. We just came in for food. We tried to order the Holy Smoke platter but they couldn't give us that as they didn't have any chickens. So we settled on the Trinity Sampler and a portion of burnt ends. The food was terrible. Brisket is supposed to be a moist slab of meat. It was like they had cooked it for the last 3 days. I felt all moisture leaving my mouth as I tried to eat it. It felt very much like scraps of meat they had lying about from the previous day reheated. The pulled pork had a strange taste to it. The hot links was a single sausage that was basically a smoked sausage in flavour and consistency. The sides were fine - nothing that special. The portion of chips was pretty stingy. Our portion of burnt ends was not true brisket burnt ends. It was very wet and had a oily film in the bottom of the dish. I BBQ a lot and smoke a lot of meats. I could do better with my eyes shut. Won't be back.

The wait staff was great! Very good service. I had the Cluck Norris; it was not good. There were two huge pieces of chicken that turned out to be mostly fried breading with very little chicken and the chicken that was there was very overcooked. If I go back I will try their burgers.

Disappointed. No lovely smells of food. Table was ☹️ disappointing very very small and squashed. My burger was not hot on arrival and cold when I managed to finish with difficulty as it all fell apart but actual burger was good quality. Girl who served our meal was lovely!!

I went here on Monday evening. It's not busy, which was good for me. Good draught beer and burger. Staff were very nice. They have discount for student everyday and every time. Perfect!

Went in. Asked are you serving food. They said yes. Sat at the table for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to come over -take an order. Nobody came over. Must not like money. We were just about to order 75 quid worth of food and drink. Maybe a few more drinks and dessert. Left because disturbing the two lassies at the bar from there chat seemed inappropriate.

My wife and I had lunch and a few beers on a fairly quiet Sunday afternoon in the bar. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We had a nice few hours and look forward to going back again soon.
