New Wings Diner in Glasgow City

Appalling. 2¾ hours after accepting order, no food has arrived. Phone isn't answered. They simply let it ring for over 5 mts then clear the line. Took money quickly enough but have now admitted that they have no driver. Dreadful customer service, especially for a regular customer. DO NOT order from them unless you want to go hungry and them keeping your money. Have now had to complain to my Bank

Cheap meats fast food , most for profit making than customers satisfaction, very overpriced, chilli prawns and chicken not best probably booker cash n carry like most restaurants for most profit making

Definitely the best Chinese in Clarkston/Busby. Food is absolutely lush. Love the fortune cookies and free by when you spend a certain amount.

Lovely hot food, quick and friendly delivery!

It took an hour and a half for them to deliver the wrong meal and they said I couldn't get a refund so they sent me the correct meal instead but it was inedible.

I used the just eat time of delivery for 21.35 instead of asap due to my girlfriend not getting in from work till 21.30 they have delivered it just there at 21.10 so cold Chinese for my girlfriend tonight. No point in having a delivery time part if it's not followed! Unacceptable!!

Asked for no onions again in curry and got them my husband has onion alergy tgird time this has happened not happy

Enjoyed most of my meal however I suffered an allergic reaction to the pancake rolls. Must have been cooked in peanut oil or the same pan as satay. Unfortunately won't be back here

Asked for no veg in curry n had onions we have alergy also says free crackers orders over ten pounds never got any !

Delivered in 40 minutes.!!!!!.. Nothing leaking or spilled food was piping hot, superb and great value.

Ordered here once or twice before and never had a problem. Tonight I ordered my food at 6:40pm and has just been delivered at 8:05pm despite the order confirmation saying the food should be here by 7:30pm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt considering it's a Friday night, however when the food arrived the majority of it was at the bottom of the bag, the food was lukewarm, I specifically ordered chicken and black bean sauce WITHOUT peppers, yet it arrived filled with peppers. Very disappointed considering how good the other reviews are, will definitely not be ordering from here again.

The shredded chilli beef was amazing, loved the mini curry samosas....one of the best meals I have had.

The food would have been better had we recieved it warm.

I usually really enjoy the food here and eat often but tonight I placed an order for 6.45pm and they delivered it at 5.20pm! I wouldn't normally mind if they apologise as we are human and can expect mistakes BUT 1) the delivery drivers attitude was "oh well" and handed me the bag!! Which I refused! I then phoned the restaurant to confirm the Oder for 6.45pm and I got the usual chinese takeaway service!! Food is nice as far as takeaways go but make sure you mega highlight the time of your delivery!!

More watery than Bin Ladens grave

this was for my son and me. My son thoroughly enjoyed his but couldn't manage to finish because it was such a big portion (mainly rice) (His was the lemon chicken with fried rice). . Mine was just a little bit bland and I certainly couldn't finish it because there was so much of it! We would order from here again though (perhaps not the chicken with stir fried veg). Both of the soups were nice though

The food was quite tasty but a bit bland. The chicken in batter was a great size but a bit greasy.

The food was amazing arrived before the delivery time and I will definitely be ordering from New wings again x

Salt and chilli chicken balls were good a long with the curry sauce but the chicken in the chicken curry was like jelly squares.

Consistently good meals. New favourite chinese take away.

Ordered chicken curry and couldnt believe it when theyvsent us a full REAL chicken breast instead of that blue bag kid on stuff other places sell as "chicken". Have ordered a few times from here and keep going back. Reasonably priced and nice food.

It took more than an hour and a half to get our food. We tried calling and the woman that answered was useless. Our food was cold.

Order was placed at 7.26pm with delivery estimated to be 8.20pm after two calls to the takeaway the food arrived still warm at 9.25pm. Item's were missing from the order after contacting the takeaway and being told that the item's were not on their invoice I was just brushed off. The missing item's appear in my confirmation and were paid for before we relised they were missing. Will not be ordering from here again.

Food was really good but the curry samosas dont have much taste to them, food was well presented and delivered pretty quick.

Thought we would give this new place a try and glad we did.Nice choice of dishes, though the Mixed Seafood dish I got could have done with less mussels and more prawn. Starters were lovely. Delivery time was fine, considering they were travelling a distance. Would use again.
