Absolutely vile!! Took over two hours for delivery food finally arrived portions small food was sour .rang up to complain was told nothing they can do about it and hung up

Ordered it at half past seven said it would be a hour 20 past 9 there only just sending it out it wasn’t a massive order horrible service it’s a joke need better service

Such same full food. All food from frozen range in iceland. No wonder its a tenner off. There is no meat on bones, food came clap cold inedible. I even got a wing out to show you it looks like goonies teeth, see image attached to understand. Would never eat from here unless i got a million pound

Used to be a nice little place , really gone down hill badly food was cold not happy , 1.5lt bottle of pop £3.50 I wouldn't recommend this to anyone am not going again . If anyone is looking for a nice Chinese go to wok Eva in Cleckheaton lovely food.

Forgot one of our orders, denied it. Had to go over it on the phone for ages. One of the orders was either wrong or it is NOT satay. Food was cold. Took over an hour. Struggling to find any nice words

I ordered from here whilst visiting someone at the hospital, I genuinely got food poisoning at night and day, I went to work and had to go home. I would never order from here again!

I think I am one of there longest running customer's at over 30 years the food is always so nice an me an my family have totally enjoyed it threw out the years my kids the my grandkids and step kids and still now no matter where I've lived over the last 30 years if they don't deliver that far I go collect I now live 6 miles away an very happy to pick up my food The owners ( staff) are a family and are so friendly I really love this place an great value for money Regards Paula

Absolutely disgusted !! Ordered a chicken curry. The chicken was tiny little pieces, tasted nothing like chicken, and the "curry sauce" was literally watery gravy with a bit of curry powder in. Wasn't even Chinese style! Also ordered pork and mushroom. Again the pork was tiny little OVER COOKED pieces. The "sauce" was literally exactly the same as the chicken curry one. Also ordered spare ribs in BBQ sauce. Absolutely vile! Extremely over cooked, literally like trying to eat bricks, not to mention the "ribs" were ridiculously small. Will definitely NEVER order from here again

Not happy with my meal yesurday food not cooked well made family poorly asked for redund will not give one I will not be ordering from them ever again and I loved ordering once a month from this place

The Bag of chips wasnt even half a bag and looked like they had been warmed up tasted weird like dog food and chicken was freezing also looked like it had been re heated and the prawn crackers tasted like yesterday. The can of coke was ok though. Went strait in the dog bowl. Waste of money.

Ordered a special black bean with mushrooms.... like dirty water, no flavour what so ever. Even added sweet chilli sauce at home... still can't eat it.. over priced too.. like boiled meat, mushrooms and boiled onions. Never would go here again. Horrible.. Horrible.... Horrible

This food i just ordered is absolutely disgusting the prawn toast is soggy and stinks like dog food the soup might aswell just be a solid coz that aint no soup the noodles absolutely disgusting spare ribs in ok sauce vile it all turned up freezing cold no heat what so ever i literally live around the corner from the shop so dont know how its so cold but anyway im going to be binning this food i would ecen feed this food to my dog im going to be ordering from bonnies chinese down the town centre. if i can give advice dont order from this chinese its disgusting

Absoloute vile food. Come cold and basically not een cooked fried normal bread and made that for prawn toast what is that even ew honestly and the customer service i had when i called up he put the phone down on me vile

I ordered egg fried rice soft fried noodles with bean sprouts and a portion of bean sprouts and a satay special rice was cold noodles like warm bean sprouts warm and the prawns was rubbery in the satay special

Okay so this is a big one, but this is the worse chinese i have ever had in my 47 years of life, I mean like really bad, they even managed to burn it, how do you burn a chinese ?? the fu yung was just dreadful, seaweed was not actually seaweed. For real, anyone that says this is a good place is either paid, high or has never had a chinese takeaway before. I can NOT stress enough, this food is about as chinese as an indian. If I could zero star on this i would, as one star is a massive upgrade

I just want to say regardless of these other reviews because each to their own! My first time ordering, Ive just had the most amazing food! I ordered the satay chicken which was spicy but really tasty the chicken was tender and it wasn't over run with more veg than meat. I also had the duck in orange sauce! And oh my gosh was that just the b@!!#cks I would add a picture except I didn't realise when I dished it out how amazing it was going to be and I didn't stop to take a picture! I gave them a call to express my gratitude it's been a long time since I've had a Chinese as nice as that ! 10/10 the lady on the phone was really nice.

Customer service is non existent, The Lady on phone is extremely rude. Always shouting in Chinese. Cut me off 3 times. Didn't bother ringing back.

Worst takeaway i have the misfortune to deal with order was acepted on just eat to thornhill for 1 hour 20 mins this time arrived and the order was delayed for half a hour after half an hour had passed the order was delayed for a furter 40 after calling the takeaway for a third time the boss answered the call to respond they do not deliver to thornhill and cancelled my order so after 2 and half hours of waiting my order was cancelled avoid this takeaway.

I found 3 hairs in the food, when I phoned up to complain, I was told the (brown) hairs couldn't belong to any of the chefs as they all have PURPLE hair!! Haha its actually laughable....£30 down and feel sick. Vile.

Just orded from here they seemed really nice when I placed my order. It's just come and it's in the bin everything has burnt black bits from the frying pan by far the worst Chinese I've ever had. First n last time sorry but I feel sick

Been waiting 2 hrs and after 3 calls they say delivery was sent n be 10 minutes to then wait another 15 minutes rang bk up n the staff said I have to wait n hung up on me

Just had a chicken curry and chips from here and it was uneatable. Chicken was like rubber and under cooked. The onion was chewy and almost whole. The sauce tasted like water with a bit of flavour. The chips had raw cold potato in the middle. Absolutely horrid. Not again for me. Ever.

We ordered from here on the 11th of April. The meal took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive and was the worst Chinese we have ever tasted. What a disappointment. We certainly won't be ordering from here again. My advise, go somewhere else.

Ordered from this chinese without looking at the reviews which was a silly idea. Spent 32 pound for all my family to have stomach-ache the following day. The salt and pepper chips were over cooked , my partner got crispy beef in chilli sauce , the beef was that pale that it didn’t even look like beef it was clearly not fresh. All the curry’s we ordered were very spicy , and also pale!. I would deffinetly not recommend.

Me and my partner both ordered sweet and sour chicken tonight with noodles and chips. The chips were cold, and the sweet and sour chicken was honestly the worst I've ever tasted around here, it tasted almost vinegar and over cooked. So disappointed!

Placed an order and was told would be 40 minutes 1 hour and 7 mins later it turned up and was luke warm very disappointed

First order was awful!!!! Asked for crispy duck SPECIFICALLY with no skin/fat....asked 3 times just so she understood!!! Filled my tray up with fat after only filling 2 out of 8 pancakes with the actual meat!! Also spring rolls came with no dipping sauce!! Was foul!! Rang to complain and ignorant woman put phone down on me half way through my sentence!!! Awful food, awful customer service!!!!

Reasonable place with a variety of good food. Relatively busy over weekends. Average customer service - not a well coming reception at desk even not a good intent to help customer about food availability, choice of halal food etc.

Have used this place for years food is tasty but had set meal last week I was up all night drinking water 12 glasses. Then 2 glasses of milk and a cup of tea . A nights without much sleep has put mr off . The salt content must be sky high

Love this Chinese takeaway and have used them for 30 plus years. Great quality food and yes we have to wait at busy times for over an hour. Worth the wait though. Good grub at realistic prices.

Order from here last week, I got sweet and sour chicken, salt and pepper chips, egg fried rice and prawn toast. Great big long black hair in chips, chicken was hard and didnt taste normal. Salt and pepper chips good, prawn toast not prawn toast at all, its like they put batter on top of mashed up prawns and full of oil, like they hasnt been drained off. Food was hot so thats good. Took ages to come, asked for large, got the same amount of chicken in they just put more veg In it.. only ate the chips, the rest went in the bin.. £15'wasted. Wont bother again

Family has been coming here since I was 8 years old. (Im 20 now) and without a doubt the best Chinese I have ever been to. Not the fastest of deliveries in the world but would you rather trashy fast food? Or Chinese to almost perfection! I can say Connie (who runs the Chinese) is so kind and works her socks off 7 days a week! She's only human just like her staff and on a extremely rare occasion something might not be to its standard quality, slightly over cooked chips as an example. But for the money you spend you can't help but feel full at the end and know it was a takeaway worth waiting for! Some of you mind find this biased because I've been coming for years, but I do use other chineses in my area as a small change I.e different curry sauces and salt/pepper chicken! But if you genuinely want food you can rely on and can handle the slightly longer waiting time you won't be disappointed. And a cheeky tip about your food, order it early for later on and they will have it there on time for you no problems if your one who hates waiting about. 10/10 5/5 what ever the max rating in your eyes is it deserves! And the fact this is a 7 days a week takeaway and has been running for so many years just shows the quality of the food you will receive.

The nicest chinese food around here

Pancake rolls were really over cooked. Sweet & sour chicken was pretty poor.

Chips were inedible, chow mein dishes were better but still over cooked

Nearly half an hour late, but worth the wait. Food was delicious and good value.

Chow main was abit flavourless and mini spring rolls could of done with more flavouring but it was overall nice

The food just wasn't that good. The salt and pepper chicken and chips had been microwaved so really wasn't that great. When it first arrived it didn't smell nice, this instantly put us off our food and then we were disappointed with the taste. We tried here for the first time but never again. Delivery time was quick though, although it seemed as though it had all been microwaved so no surprise really.

Mention this lady time ordered but ordered again tonigh first time ins whisk and 3 of us ( 2kids) had s+S chicken balls in batter and a lot left as chicken very pink and even 2/3 pieces showed specs blood! Not good earing
