New Royal China in Dartford

If someone got issues, go somewhere else. It's 5 out of 5.. been livin 6 years around the corner.. firstly 3starwise.. now=5.5!! I'm addicted to this food!! Service = Brilliant!!

Have been ordering from the Royal China for quite some time now. Service has always been good. However, I must admit and sorry to say that the quality of the food is going downhill. On my last order I had the crispy shredded beef. Upon pulling these apart, it was pretty much just fried batter. Felt a bit cheated. Today I ordered £47 worth of food. One of these being Duck in Plum Sauce, but received Duck with Pineapple chunks. Wouldn't normally have quibbled, but parts of the duck meat were obviously undercooked. Have previously always enjoyed the China meals, but not this time at all. Guys, you really need to pick up your game.

Wow! First time ordered from here. Food arrived on time, hot and large portions. A added bonus, free prawn crackers and spring rolls. Delivery driver, very polite. Will deffo use again!

I love getting my meals at this restaurant. Gentleman at the till is always nice and polite. Meals are very delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant for everyone.

One of my favourite places to get food, I like everything from here except there Kung Po chicken, the best kung po is from Conley Road China Express along with there crispy Mongolian lamb in soy sauce.

Missing ordered when ringing up they claimed we never ordered it, even though we got them to repeat our order back, just rude and useless, never ordering from here again, they will take your money and say you didnt order what is missing even tho we did

Missed items on order, when we thought it was just the chips they told us they would knock it off the next order. We then realised more items were missing and was told I’m a liar. Have used for years as food is always good but the customer service has been awful lately so went elsewhere. Decided to use tonight as son prefers a certain dish from here. Wish we hadn’t bothered

Food cold and chips look like they were cooked hours ago. Called to discuss and no customer service skills or resolution. Poor quality food

This take away was usually good value for money... however over the last few months the prices have risen far to much... and also making an additional charge for delivery... and in my opinion the quality has deteriorated. Therefore time to move on.... lots more to try.

We honestly reviewed this business on just eat over a year ago as we waited 2 hours for food for it to arrive and it was stone cold. The restaurant agreed the service was poor and refunded so we could get food elsewhere. Today we tried to order again to give them another chance and they cancelled our order! We tried several times and it kept being cancelled. We phoned and asked why and they said because it was because we left them a poor review a year ago! Are you joking? We left you a poor review based on poor service which you agreed with and now you won’t give yourselves a chance to change our minds?! £60 a month regular order like we used to put in you have lost out on. Disgraceful customer service. Absolutely no way to run a business.

I've had it a few time was nice. food order was wrong and rang up to swap got the phone put down on me 3 times shouting Chinese language to me. prawn on toast was wet disappointed is a understatement all I wanted was my right dish that's meant to be satay chicken

Horrible the absolute worst Chinese i've had in Dartford, there's so many better places i've tried most in Dartford these are by far the worst. The salt and pepper prawn tasted like chicken and was mushy, crispy shredded chilli beef was inedible and too hard. egg fried rice was completely white with no flavour.

Have just had a takeaway for the first time from here & it was lovely! Far nicer than our usual place. Food delivered early and of very good quality plus many free extras like prawn crackers, spring rolls & extra tub of sauce. Would highly recommend, we will be using again. Whilst I was looking to see where I could leave a review I came across the food hygiene status which is 2! I’m so shocked at this as our meal was 100%. Maybe they’ve corrected all that was wrong since then.

Food at this takeaway is really good, have never had any bad food. The portions are really a good size. Have used this takeaway for years, and will continue to use. Staff are always friendly, and sometimes you get freebies.

Food really good and tasty, had extra spring rolls and prawns crackers on top of my order, pity that is accepting only cash in 2020 and as a reciept i recieve a piece of paper i hope my company will accept it as paid from my pocket.. anyway really good chinese food...

Absolutely horrific, rude staff and wrong food, was cold and dry absolutely vile.

Really good food for a local take-away. Typical English-Chinese fare, nicely done and good pricing. Collection time was spot on, and 20 mins from order to pick up. Free crackers always very welcome, and food not too greasy which is great. Our regular :)

Every time i have ordered there has been 1 item incorrect delivered. The food is tasty so I tend to leave it but this is the 3rd time now. Disappointing really as it is not a one off incident. Don't let this deter you as the food is very good.

The food was luke warm when it was delivered, the noodles were over cooked and quite cold. I saw good reviews and thought let me try it. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with the food.

Food was terrible and they sent me the wrong order. Although they delivered it on time I had to wait extra long for them to re-deliver my correct order. Won’t be ordering from here again.

We ordered chicken chow mein but we received beef. This was not what we ordered but as the order had taken an hour to get here we didn't want to send it back and wait longer.

Was delivered the wrong food, when I told the restaurant they told me they would give me a discount for my next order. Leaving me without what I had ordered. I asked for what I ordered to be re delivered and was told that they had no other drivers , I explained that this wasn’t my problem and then the lady on the phone said they would re deliver and put the phone down on me. I have been using this restaurant for 4 years, have spent £100’s. WILL NEVER order from them again.

The food, as usual was brilliant, which was why we went back and ordered from NRC again. The food arrived nice and hot and was delivered by a nice friendly driver. We will be ordering from this establishment again very soon!!

Singapore fried rice was not good at all. Lacked flavour, was not spicy as is supposed to be. special fried rice was the same, white rice with a few pieces of meat and veg. The other food was nice and tasty.

cannot go wrong perfect everytime

The food was not nice, and I actually ordered varieties of dishes over £30, the food was cold on delivery. I order king prawn fried rice, but i got white rice with fried eggs and 5-6 pieces of prawn. I called to complain but the man i spoke to was so unwilling to listen or resolve the issue. Worst chinese restaurant i've tried. Fisrt and last time it would be.

mixed vegetable chow mein was really awful. It was smelly, suggesting it was made long back and kept it ready and simply sent out once they received the order. It was really bad. But the non-veg items I ordered in the same order seems to be fine as who ate them said they are fine.

My order was very disappointing. Does not look fresh at all. I got 2 orders of what was meant to be dry ribs as an example - one was better cooked than the other; one did not appear dry at all. Are Just Eat sourcing from multiple restaurants??? The rice appeared broken and almost smashed together. It puts a real taint on Just Eat's credibility.

Don't waste money ordering Malaysian dish just order special fried rice its cheaper for the same dish. Delivery was 30 minutes before expected time so food went cold while I cooked my sons pizza so we could eat together.

The king prawn dish was off. We order from Here regularly so was very disappointed with them. They smelt and the taste we had of them made us realise they were off. Would like a refund.

3rd time I have ordered from royal China , I have to say there food is always hot, well cooked and everything has been just perfect, I won’t be going anywhere else for Chinese food, if your looking for decent food you won’t go wrong ordering from here 👍👍👍👍

Pre ordered Chinese for 7.15 at 6.05, Chinese was delivered at 6.30, wasn’t happy as husband wasn’t even home from work.

Everything was spot on. Lovely food, delivered hot and on time.

Read reviews before ordering stated 5stars must have been paid to put those reviews, as food is the worst Chinese have ever had, disgusting ended up in the rubbish bin, even my cats did not want any of it, complete waste of money.

Because of covid 19 we have used just eat a lot. This Chinese is quite a find. Lovely food hot and large portions. We are only using them from now on.

We have been looking for a new Chinese since we moved into the area a year ago. We have just found it. Amazing food, so tasty and very hot. Great selection and well cooked.

Ordered via Just Eat, arrived much easier than expected. Food was hot and tasty. They added a couple of little extra items for spending over £20, which was a nice touch. Would definitely order from here again

They mixed up the order but sent the missing items when I called back.

Issue with the starters - Five mini spring rolls in the starter which was too much. One of the pieces of prawn toast was hard and edible. The chicken satay arrived dry without any satay sauce. .Apart from that, the rest of the order was absolutely delicious and piping hot.

The food is consistently of high quality, cooked to perfection and service is fast. I thought I'd ordered too much this evening and when I checked my plate, it was all gone. Yum!

Food is brilliant. But i was expecting free crackers and the bag of crackers i paid for but only got the small free bag. Not the first time this has happened now

.most of the food was fine but the satay sause tho was very watery satay sause is ment to be thick and this sause was literally brown water

This is the second time we have ordered from the New Royal China and again the food is of an outstanding quality, plenty of it and piping hot. Highly recommended.

We loved the Chinese food, non greasy, good sized portions and fresh, a good amount for the price. It was lovely to recieve a little packet of mini spring rolls and prawn crackers with our order. The only that could have been improved was the Thai green curry which was very bland and gloopy. Everything else was wonderful though and will definitely order again.

Honestly the best Chinese take away you could ask for. Staff/ delivery people are super friendly, food is always hot and delicious. Portion sizes are relative to the money you pay and the food itself is delicious. I have lived in dartford for 3 years and tried every Chinese take away- trust me, these are theeee best. Definitely recommend.

The food had no flavour at all, i ordered seafood Chow Mein, there were 2 squids, 1 prawn and 1 mussel in the portion...no taste, no love, that food just tasted like "money"... The duck wrap was horrible. The king prawn in batter was acceptable...but won't order here again...i lost 18£
